    I also wish I could give this company zero stars. We filed a claim in May 2022 after our return to ******* from a river cruise in ****** was delayed due to a positive Covid test. We submitted all the requested documentation with the claim and heard nothing for 4 months. In September they requested a very specific receipt from the airline showing the cost to change the flights, despite ** having submitted the original and revised receipts with the claim. It took until November 1st to get this precise receipt from the airline and I uploaded it same day. Their "customer service" representatives do not have access to any useful information and can only provide assurance that the claim is under review. They cannot say when the claim will be settled or if any more information will be needed. Aon have been experiencing an "unusually high call volume" for 6 months straight now. Do not use this company!!!

    ****. Had a 54th Anniversary cruise planned for May, 2022 and purchased Aon Ins. since it was on the Cruise Lines info. My wife became seriously ill that required a major surgery. We filed the claim on May 7th. They ask for same Doctor statement info in Sept and we submitted it again. I've emailed as well as talked to them many times over the almost 7 months. It is absolutely ridiculous to take this long. Rating is 0.

    Filed my insurance claim on July 18th,2022. Due to a life threatening condition with my sister we had to cancel our trip. I have gotten documents from attending Physician and the hospital. They keep requesting more documents!! You are not able to speak with a Supervisor!! It’s a total scam. My trip cost is over 5000.00! I would not recommend this company. ****** ******

    We are older and I have an autoimmune disease. I started a new medication after booking a cruise. It would make me very Sick to travel after treatment. Now starting my second month waiting for our cancellation payment. This company keeps telling me I need more records from my doctor. Its a pre/existing condition. What the heck? Never ever buy from ccl insurance again. Going back to ************!

    AON has stone walled our travel insurance claim for the last 8 months. AON offers travel cancellation insurance, gladly took our premium payment and represents that should we have a clam it will take 3 weeks to process a claim. We provided all of the medical records to prove our claim. 8 months later our claim remains open.

    *** received letters from two of my doctors explaining why my husband could not travel due to illness. They closed the claim with disregard for specialists opinions. Do not get travel insurance through these terrible scammers.

    Purchased this travel insurance through ******** Cruises. We had a flight interruption due to weather and a missed flight on the way home, and I filed a claim on August 28 for our hotel and flight refund. Aon keeps asking for information totally unrelated to a travel interruption claim, such as verification of homeowner's loss. Now they are telling me to wait an additional 30 days before calling again. This is totally inexcusable.

    AON Travel is the worst travel insurance that I have dealt with! ****** Travel/****** Travel should not market this insurance company if they want more people to tour with them. Our claim was in June and they kept on asking for same documentation that were sent to them already including a letter from the airline to confirm delay. They have closed our claim and have to open a new one, which will take, I do not know for how long again.
    ******/****** did not help, we booked our flights with them, airlines will not help if you did. ******/******' response, no one can help us after office hours and weekends, as if they book flights on weekdays only!
    This is one of the best tour for us because of the the location and friends with us, but it left a very sour taste in our mouths because of the lack of help received with regards to the flights.
    I suggest that you do not book flights especially at this time where a lot of flight delays/cancellations are happening.

    We recently had a major delay with our flight. The airlines ended up changing our airport which caused major expenses. Our insurance only reimbursed ** for our meal of $29.74. I gave them all of my receipts. Paid $40 for the insurance. Not worth the hassle.

    Refuse to Pay Claim! I purchased the travel insurance for a cruise I went on in July 2022. I got sick the last night on the cruise and had to go to the doctor. I paid my bill and filed my claim on August 9, 2022, I gave them all the information that I had and still as of today I have not gotten my claim taken care of. They asked me to file it on my health benefit but I explain that I did not have any at the time. When I asked why was it taken so long they kept telling me to give them another 30 days. It didn't take them 90 days to get my money so why is it taken 90 plus days to give me a refund. They have you paying for this knowing they are not going to refund you your money. If you're traveling please don't use them because you'll be forever waiting for your money. They are just stealing people's money.
