    If I could give less than a one star review I would. My grandfather died and my fianc and I split up I explained this upon canceling the flight to all Parties. I submitted all of this information back in august along with when the flight was cancelled. It is now November and I still am awaiting my case to be fully resolved. I have fought with this company almost every single day. I feel like I have been treated unjust and unfair. when they claimed they fixed my case the check was made out to my ex and I. therefore I would only be able to receive a half of a refund. I paid for both the plane tickets the transaction was made by me and only me. it is not fair that I've had to endure pain and suffering along the way while constantly being reminded about the loss I endured in this hard time. There was a lack of care and non existent customer service. when I asked why they did the refund this way. they told me it Was my punishment for canceling the flight. I said so I'm being punished for a death in my family. this is inhumane and unjust. and now after the fact I can't receive any help from anybody how is this humanly possible. and the amount of times Ive requested and called for help and still yet to receive any help. I want my full refund. I will never ever ever receive insurance from this company it is a complete scam and a lie. no knowledgeable help. even supervisors are absolutely clueless. claims department is a joke. they have no clue what is going on. everyone lies about everything I would be embarrassed to own this sorry excuse for a company. I cannot believe this is legal to treat people in such a disrespectful and rude manner every time I asked someone to do their job. This company should be sued and shut down.

    Absolutely the absolute worst travel insurance company I've ever used. Used this insurance on over 15 cruises because the cruise company showed it on their site. When needed for covid on a cruise, we filed a claim for over $5000 in extra cost including new air fare because the airline would not transfer my fee due to the 10-day travel rule. This insurance company paid $70 out of $5000 and most of it was **** to the airport. Don't insurance waste your money on this insurance company. Better insurance and cheaper is available.

    Do NOT purchase travel insurance through *******. The company they use is AON and it is a scam. We booked flights for a trip and my daughter came down with COVID. I spoke with ******* and the AON the travel insurance company. I filled out all the paperwork online and sent a copy of her home COVID test. No one informed me that without paper work from her pediatrician with “her name, DOB, amd social security number on it that they would not refund us for our flights. I sent in additional paper work from her cheer coach stating she had to skip one of the largest competitions of the year as well as our hotel reservation cancellation. Almost one year later they said that they needed a doctors note with all the information listed above. From February until November surely someone knew that additional information was needed with as many calls and emails that were exchanged. This company is a scam and has ZERO intentions of paying out for claims. Steer clear of *******s insurance and AON travel insurance on any other websites.

    Theyre dishonest and disreputable I was hospitalized when my cruise departed, sent them medical information, filed the claim July 27, 2022 and have received nothing from them, no action whatsoever. Their emails initially said they typically resolve claims in 21 business days. They are LIARS. Wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1. Weve advised our travel agent to never again use Aon.

    I would like to give no stars. My husband and I were on a ********* Cruise in February of 2022 when became ill and ended up in the infirmary for 29 hours before docking back in Miami and transferred to the University of Miami ED. He was inpatient for 4 days and discharged. We filed a claim with AON and it was received on May 13th. I have spoken to AON customer service on 6/15, 7/7, 7/9 7/14, 8/9, 8/30, 9/26, 10/7 and spoke and also spoke with 2 supervisors during these calls. They keep telling me it is still under review and if they need more information that they will contact us. On 8/9 they requested the primary insurance EOBs. On 8/24 they were uploaded to the AON site and I received an email stating that they received them. Now on 10/22 they sent an email requesting additional information on the details of what my primary insurance covered. All this information was on the EOBs that they received on 8/24. You never get to speak to the same customer service representative or speak to the person who is reviewing and has questions on my claim.

    We filed our claim towards end of June. Treatment on my back did not work, Due to pain we canceled. We were under impression from travel agent this was good insurance. We are told our claim is in processing and they are swamped with claims.. Im afraid well never see any money.

    So far this company has not been hospitable at all. Me and my wife had to cancel our trip that causes almost $3000 as it was to the Dominican Republic. As we all know the last 6 weeks or so hurricane Fiona affected the D.R.- Dominican Republic was even declared in a state of emergency by their own president. So the day we were supposed to fly out. being that we had full insurance or so we thought. The flight company gave us back our money with no problem but we are waiting on about $2000 more to be refunded through this insurance policy. They keep giving us the run around and now are asking my wife to submit a form or proof stating that we couldn't gain access to the location because of the hurricane. In other words it looks like they are saying as long as you can get there in any way form or fashion then you're NOT covered by this insurance, who cares if your feet were buried in mud or you had to stay in the hotel for the entire 5 days looking outside at 12 noon with it being dark and rainy. We wait years in between vacations due to our jobs so we expect to go on a nice Sunny vacation and go to the beach and sip on mai ties. This insurance company seems useless as of yet. I will update this review as time progresses. ******* ***** and ***** *******

    We purchased this insurance thru ********* Cruise. We paid for our trip April 28, 2022. We were leaving August 7,2022. On July 14, 2022 I went to the doctor's, for medical reasons my doctor said I cant go on the cruise. I filled out the paperwork with all my documents and sent it to Aon. After the 21 days I started calling about our claim. I was told they are behind but working on it. I was told also to send my information again. I did but I told them my claim better not start all over again. I been calling every few days and getting the same run around. As of today October 31,2022 I am still waiting. It is now over 3 months since the claim started and 6 months since ********* has my money. I have told the representative that by the time I get my money I will have a credit on my credit card. I have taken out travel insurance before with other company's and had to cancel trips due to health reasons for my husband or myself and never went thru like I am going thru now. We work hard for our money and we take out insurance to make sure if anything happens we are coved. I told the travel agent to never use this company again.

    went through this company for a cruise protection plan and we end up having to cancel the cruise due to death in the family. The first checks that were sent out had the INCORRECT information on my spouses check and so we had to cancel that check but they end up cancelling both checks and we are still now waiting on them to send another set of checks and they have no ETA on when the checks will be even sent back to us.

    We originally purchased travel insurance with this company and filed the claim for a cruise that we could not go on because of an unplanned surgery. The cost of the cruise should be reimbursed in full due to covered reasons. The total amount of the cruise for the two of ** was $5130.48. We have submitted all of the information and forms and have called the company several times only to be told that they are 'reviewing" our information. They have had this information for since for several months. The representatives keep saying they are "behind" and will get to us eventually. We are frustrated and no one calls us back or takes ownership of our case. When we try check our status on line it shows "Closed" but we have yet to receive our refund a call or email. I would not recommend this travel insurance to anyone. They continually give us scripted answers and tell us that it has been sent to management. I am worried that others have and will go through so much trouble. I am also filing a complaint with the States Attorney General. No one should have to be put through such a process.
