    If I could give 0 stars, they would receive it! We filed a claim on 8/1, was told 21 days so we booked another vacation. Still no response from AON and they ignore my calls and emails. This company is horrible. I will not book with any cruise line using them.

    I am another claimant without any results to date. The claim was filed on 7/27/22 due to testing positive for covid 7 days prior to sailing and I just got the 2nd canned 30 day update - ******************************************************************************** the processing. Online status says the claim was "assigned to a rep". The reps each had something different to say about the status of the claim...the first rep barely spoke English which caused me to place the 2nd call a week later. My next step is to call my governing state authority (I'm thinking Insurance/Banking commission because I don't think insurance falls with the AG's consumer complaint office). Get it together Aon or get out of the game! Cruise lines should partner with a reputable company for this product. I don't think this will help me get faster service but it may help other people to make an educated purchase!

    Horrendous company. My luggage was damaged, flight cancelled on my way home and was told luggage, lodging and food would be compensated due to them cancelling. They make it incredibly difficult to file a claim, and lose your file to avoid paying a claim. This company is nothing but a fraud, if I could rate zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and ask your agent booking your trip if you have any other options for travel insurance because this one is complete TRASH.

    Filed a claim 04/08/2022 and it is now 10/08/2022. Six months. I have dealt with this company in the past and have had various issues resolved within proper time frames. Now nothing. Not sure what is going on as presently all one gets is a generic return email saying claim in review. They have strict guidelines when taking your upfront money but now slow to non-existent customer service on a filed claim. Possible lack of personnel because of covid, maybe?This is a claim for expenses incurred because of a cruise cut short by the cruise line. Fortunately fairly small amount so feel for the people filing for large amounts on cancelled cruises.

    So here is another bad review. Too bad I didnt Read these reviews before buying the insurance note to those of you that are looking for insurance dont buy from this company! After his corresponding back-and-forth with them I have finally realized I am never going to see any money from this company and Im tired of putting stamps on letters Ive mailed back to that

    Ive waited 3 months for a response from this company . My son got sick got sick and could not travel to Europe . They dont respond to emails . Same answe as everyone else . Your claim is being revised all documents in . I am up for a class action lawsuit with this company . Anyone else ????

    ******* gave us AON as their insurance carrier (not cheap but I trusted *******). It has been almost a year now and we are still providing evidence that our luggage was damaged/is now unusable. Last ridiculous request from *** was to provide the name of who damaged our luggage and a letter from them stating they are responsible. What is the whole point of having insurance? They should lose their license. I don't know how in the world ******************** gives them an A+ rating, they are thieves and liars. Do NOT use them.

    Unbelievable that there are not even forms to fill out available until they send them. We are stressed enough with cancellation due to serious medical problem.

    I had an accident on board cruise ship in May , a trip to the on board medical cost $380 Filed claim May 18th jumping thru all the hoops now 10/04/2022 just got notice 30 more days due to too high volume of claims ,will never use them again

    Terrible service. Missed our cruise on June 28. We filed our claims on June 29. No response from company other that it was assigned to an agent. Purchased this insurance through ******** ****** *****. They are of no help until *** gets our claim through. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ********!!!
