    90 business days 18 weeks and no resolve this business should be shut down as a fraud.

    We went on a trip through GET and purchased Ins.through GET and the day before we were supposed to fly out tested positive for covid.Our travel guide said to keep all receipts to turn in for reimbursement which we did. It cost us an additional **** dollars and we filed out the required paperwork and sent in copies of receipts. I have called them at least 3 times with the same response which is we are working on it. It has been over 3 Months since I turned in the papers. This company should be looked into seriously for fraud they just give you the same answer every time you call and inquire results. Does anybody out there hear us?

    I recently had to cancel a trip planned through **** *******. We purchased the cancel for any reason insurance from AON Affinity. The day before we were leaving to travel to ****** with the tour group, I tested positive for COVD. ******** airports made it clear that any one with Covid symptoms testing positive was prohibited from traveling to ******, Our claim has been denied. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. The whole thing is a scam. AON needs a negative number of stars!!

    Just as mist of these other people said. Its been 4 months and I also get the run around its being process. $2,800.00 out of pocket. And all they can say is I am sorry for the wait. Its a total SCAM!

    We filed a simple travel claim 2 months ago and we are still waiting on any sensible response from Aon Travel Insurance. Don't bother asking them why the claim processing is taking so long, it's like talking to a wall. Aon Travel should be rated with negative stars. Never, ever should anyone use Aon for their travel insurance needs because when you need them they won't be there for you. I'll file a formal complaint later this week with BBB and a letter to ******** ****** Line to question the business relationship with ***.

    This company is ridiculous. We have a hotel bill of $4400 because you couldn't fly with a positive covid test. They left ** in ********* ******. When will they pay ** back. Its been 3 months.

    Would give less stars if possible. Had a trip interrupted by ***** and am attempting to get trip reimbursement as well as hotel *** to required isolation. I first filed on august 7, 2022. Cannot get anyone to respond except for form emails posted on strategic dates. They told me they would take 21 days and I received an email on that day telling me they were taking longer than expected. I finally did get to talk with an agent who gave me platitudes about sorry etc. still no action. The cruise line will not engage although they were the ones who sold me the policy.

    Absolutely terrible company.. I filed my claim over two months ago and they have not even begun the review process yet. When I call and ask for a supervisor they put me on hold and no one ever picks up. Avoid using this company.

    Do not use this company to purchase travel insurance. We booked a cruise for our family (12 people), and purchased the recommended travel insurance through Aon. 4 of us unfortunate contracted Covid so we were unable to facilitate getting the rest of our family to CA for the trip, as we were driving to pick them up. I filed the claim with *** and provided documentation that we had Covid and that my husband and I paid for everyones trip. Their website would not allow me to put our names as claimants on all the claims but provided a detailed explanation about paying for the trip and needing the reimbursements to come to my husband and myself. *** issued checks in the names of each of our family members despite the fact that none of them paid for their trip. I called and explained to *** that the trip was purchased on our credit cards, and that these family members are all in other states. They assured me they could send a form to be filled out and signed to change the names on the checks. They then sent an email saying they couldnt do it so I called back an additional 2 times and was assured I would receive a form, however I never received it and instead received an email saying we need to work with the insured persons on the checks or the bank. Some of these are minors and in one case they even issued a check to someone that doesnt exist as my son had not provided the name of his cabin mate prior to cancelling the cruise. I now have to figure out how to get these checks cashed so that I can put the money back on our credit cards and Aon is absolutely no help. Please purchase your own insurance and do not use this company. They are incompetent and fraudulent.

    Cancelled trip June 6,2022 5 days before trip because my mother passed away. Still waiting !!! Ridiculous , never again
