    I added insurance coverage to a recent cruise my husband and I took. I paid for it through the cruise line, and was reassured knowing that AON was the insurance provider (I also use them in my own business as a travel agent, for E&O insurance). Thankful to have had the extra coverage because I became quite sick on the cruise and ran up a bill of nearly $1,000. The claim process was fairly straightforward, requiring a bit of paperwork (all reasonable and do-able online). *** responded to my claim quickly and paid it in full. I'm very pleased, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again, or recommend it to clients when traveling.

    Our flight home was interrupted by Hurricane ***** and had to spend 1 night at our connecting airport due to flight cancellation. Claim was handled expeditiously and to my satisfaction

    I would definitely, buy this insurance again because they were very responsive when I sent the *** cruise medical record and bill to AON. I had to get a response from United Healthcare because UH included some travel insurance in our plan. And that response from UH took 2 months.*** was very positive about waiting for that information and then promptly sent a check for the remaining balance. They were very easy to deal with both on the phone and online.

    *** was great to work with. When we explained our issue the representative didn't hesitate to provide us with all the info we needed AND a very timely reimbursement. I recommend Aon for your travel insurance needs.

    My wife broke her femur. We were not able to go on the cruise. We got Aon's form filled out by our doctor, I uploaded the information to Aon and a few days later received confirmation that our claim was accepted and payment was made a few days later.

    First off, read what you are getting. There are different levels of coverage. We always get the cancel for any reason. The only real exception is a pre-existing condition. That being said, wife came down with pneumonia days before our cruise. Hospitalized. (fully recovered). We submitted the required paperwork and the claim was taken care of very promptly. Excellent organization, but you need to read and follow what they request. If you do that, no problems.

    The personal attention and swift handling of our claim was noteworthy. We have used Aon in the past, but fortunately have not had issues that warranted filing any claims against the policy. However, this one time was well worth the cost of the premium for travel insurance for now and in the future. Very professionally handled from the claim submission through to the settlement payment.

    Was very easy to file a claim, had to cancel cruise due to wifes last minute surgery and not being able to travel. Paid everything back but insurance cost, will be using them for sure next time.

    I have only good things to say about AON Affinity. I've had two claims with them in the past two years, and both times their handling of my claim was efficient and problem-free. I was compensated 100% under the terms of each policy. You can't ask for better service or better results from travel claims.

    A return flight was canceled by airline.. so we rented a car from ******* to *******.. filed a claim.. they processed it super quick and no hassle!
