      There's no customer service, there's no timely response. This company doesn't care. They lie and say they deliver packages, and they don't. I've never experienced such an awful delivery experience.

      Absolutely awful, attempted delivery on a Sunday at 7am. Confirmed my address with them again when there was no issue the first time, no updates whatsoever in the system with my package and its stuck at **** supposedly after trying to find the location in my own with no updates whatsoever.

      absolutely the worst deliver company i have ever experienced, ************ claims that they attempted delivery of my packages yesterday which they absolutely did not, I was home all day. They have no agents that you can speak to its all AI **** and when you request agents they make you sit in a que for hours and hours and never connect you to an agent, They also do not have a contact phone number for you to be able to contact them. They wont verify what facility has my packages and claim that my address is invalid when it most def is not its the same address that *** had all my other packages delivered too.

      They supposedly tried to deliver it to me on Thursday but when I looked on my security cameras no one ever came to deliver my package.They have made a second attempt on delivering my package and again no one ever came and I still havent received it!! So disappointed!!!!!

      Never received my package. Had to have been THE WORST shipping company ever to exist. Says out for delivery Im home all day and they send me a text saying cant deliver because no ones home but Ive been here all day!!

      They are horrible, its wayy past my delivery date and u still dont have my package. I spent over $150 on my order and I was really excited but now Im just frustrated and stressed because I miss 3 events due to the delay its just ridiculous
