      WORST DELIVERY BUSINESS EVER !!! how have you delayed my package for a week due to unforeseen circumstances and your help chat never reaches out to you to help. Disgusting company.

      No address, no phone number, no email reaponses. Just an AI chat bot that gives you the same script every time. They say they generate a ticket for you concerns but won't give you the ticket info. My package has been held in a facility for 2 weeks with no delivery attempts made and no updates for why. No one will respond to my inquiries. The seller i bought the **** from cannot get in contact with them either. This company is a huge scam.

      Lies Lousy Dishonest Not reliable they take no accountability and no urgency when it comes to folks package they don't give no reasonable explanation instead only blames the sellers when it shows there's no updates I won't be ordering from ***** as long as they're using them

      This is the first time iam getting issues with Speed X. They claim they made a delivery attempt which failed. They have no known number you cannot contact them, no known address, how am I supposed to follow up if they are not genuine.

      I made a 15$ order and the driver who delivers packages, marked my package as delivered and stole it and I cant even get a refund back ! ***** is a horrible service and speedx is worse , I pray this shuts down , cause they are stealing people packages and ****** them as delivered and its so frurstratibg. I cried all day fr because like whyyyyyy

      They attempted to deliver my package & never contacted me when they couldnt find my building. They updated my tracking info to say rescheduled for delivery but never attempted to deliver again. Customer support is absolutely awful & you cannot talk to an actual human representative.
