      SpeedX is a menace! No updates for ***** packages when they were been previously ordered as well as shipped. This is very annoying especially when there a certain delivery *********** do not meet the criteria. How can ********** GET TO ME FASTER THAN *****????? Makes absolutely no sense. I would leave 0 stars if I could

      My package has been out for delivery for 3 days now. Now its saying theres a delay and some sort of issue but there is no customer service or support team you can reach to understand whats going on. Ive never had this issue with ordering from *****. Im disappointed because I needed this stuff. I wish I wouldve known! I will never ship with them again!

      Zero stars. My package has been out for delivery for over a month. I attempted to contact speedx support three times with zero response. I dont know what to do next as theres no phone number, just chat support. Extremely disappointed and frustrated as I dont know why this business is still allowed to be utilized by people. Where do these packages go??

      This is a very unprofessional courier service. They have the absolute worst customer service. There is no phone number and the listed email on their website is invalid. They also do not have a live agent for the chat it is a bit that is useless. There are hundreds of complaints online about this courier.

      I WANT TO RATE THIS ZERO STARS. Terrible experience: their website told me an item would be delivered on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. At midnight, with no package in sight, their (useless) website reported an "Exception," and a "Last Mile Intercept." There is nothing anywhere on their site to define those terms. There is no contact information on their website. I tried using their "chatbot," but it didn't give me any useful information. It suggested that I probably didn't supply the correct address (I checked, I did) or security code for my building (I live in a single family house with no security code). Over 24 hours have passed since they told me the package was out for delivery and there is no word whatsoever from them. The tracking website status hasn't changed. According to multiple online reviews, my experience is not unique. I wonder if any attorneys general or *** have investigated this shady operation? The package is only worth about $40, but it's really important to me.

      If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat! The carriers at this location (*******, **) are incompetent. I got a message twice saying my package could not be delivered as there is no access. They are not even trying to "attempt" to deliver the package. I have told them numerous times what the gate code is and if they cannot get it, there is a person at the gate to help them. I've NEVER had any delivery issues in my life. This makes me think this is 100% a shady business with corrupt business ****************** of my package now has been delayed and I am now uninterested in the package. Will no longer use ***** if SpeedX is the carrier.If you are a business who needs a shipping carrier -- I don't care how much cheaper SpeedX is compared to other mail carriers. DO NOT USE THIS ONE. You will lose customers. I will no longer shop at ***** if SpeedX remains as their carrier.
