      If i could give speedx 0 stars i would! *** never had any issues with receiving packages before up until now. All my information is correct, and someone is always home to receive the package. Apparently, my package has been attempted to delivered twice, during time frames I was here, and didnt see anyone attempting to deliver anything. package has been out for delivery since 12/13/24 today is 12/24/24 nothing yet.

      This company left my package in the hallways of my building and ot was taken. There is no direct contact number for them. This is the fourth time my package has been taken because of their poor service.

      I made an order on ***** and the new courier service they use is SpeedX. They have claimed to attempt to deliver my package five times already and right before midnight claim that delivery attempt failed. I provided them with precise instructions on how to reach my apartment and Ive never had any trouble with deliveries with other companies before. They even have my phone number, but they never called for help to find my apartment. This is unacceptable and ridiculous and unprofessional. I am beginning to suspect that they steal the packages and claim its the customers fault that they werent able to deliver.

      I placed a few orders on ***** in November and it turned out to be h*** as they shipped the packages with Speedx. First Speedx claimed they couldn't deliver on multiple occassions, then they supposedly attempted delivery at all sorts of ungodly hours and claimed all sorts of different reasons why they couldn't deliver.. Then when they did eventually state that the packages were delivered, it turned out to be a bold faced lie. They don't reply to emails or messages on their site and they further add insult to injury by sending a fraudulent picture suggesting that someone did collect the package. They are schemes, liars and frauds.

      They lied and stole my package. They uploaded a picture of some random address thats not my address and just swiped the package. They have NO PHONE number on purpose because they know theyre a scam. How can such a blatant scam still be in business? Theyre straight up stealing.

      Speedx claimed my package was delivered, but the photos of the delivery show the wrong house. When I contacted their support to bring up the issue, I did not receive any follow up or any means to ask for refund. Their support is clearly just a placebo meant to get customers off their back.

      There's absolutely no way to contact this company. All listed phone numbers are missing. My phone has been in delivery in my city for the past 4 days. Previous it delays and excuses have been everything from clearing customs to a car accident listed on the tracking.I think they lost or chose to keep the package and are intentionally not trying to be located.
