1 starIve been waiting since March 2024 for my bathroom remodel. Even after a $3,612.00 deposit for materials. They have failed to provide proof of contractors liability insurance and required city permits as required by my ***************** Until proof they are not allowed to start. It shouldn't take this long if youre legit. Very unprofessional. Excuse after excuse. Even after meeting with the President and VP on May 29, 2024 I was assured they would make things right. As of this date they arent even responding. They have failed to return my deposit.Review fromCameron D

1 starThe sales person/designer of the bathroom mislead us to believe that after the bathroom project was completed we would simply only have to paint the extra space they created. This was not true since the company states they do not do any taping or finishing of the walls. Now we will have to get another contractor to come in and finish the bathroom. Additionally, after letting the shower area dry for the suggested 24 hours it was discovered that the hot water is not mixing correctly and the shower only gets **** warm and the shower pressure is worse than before the new shower was installed. Hot water works in all other faucets in the bathroom. It has been over a week and we have received no official contact back from the company on how they would resolve this issue. We have not even been able to use the new space due to no hot water in the shower.Review fromGregory N

5 starsWe hired Premier Home Pros to convert a bathtub into a walk-in shower in our condominium in ************************. Very few contractors that we contacted were willing to do this job in a condominium complex. The work took approximately 13 hours and we were very pleased with the result. The team that performed the work was led by ***** who was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful and saw to it that a thorough cleanup was done at the conclusion of the job. 1 starI live in ***** **** FL. On June 8th, I contracted with Premier Home Pros to remodel my shower and attached water closet. Premier’s home office is in ****** Ohio. On June 21, they started construction. After they demo-ed the shower and floor, they told me that the plumbing needed to be moved 6 inches to go inside the wall. My contract clearing stated that they would move the plumbing, but the installer said they didn’t do that. Since I couldn’t get a plumber out there for a week, I decided to do it myself. I have some plumbing skills, since my dad was a master plumber, and I worked in a plumbing shop for 4 years. It took me two days to complete the work, move the water lines, and the drain line, as well as replace the flooring. They finished the install and did an absolutely terrible job. Half the wall joints were not caulked, and the ones that were a 2-year-old could have done a better job. The shelving was not even close to level. They damaged the walls bringing in the shower panels. They left the threshold for me to install from the closet to the bathroom. I was told if I bought a new toilet, they would install it. It leaked. They came out and tightened some bolts, but it still leaks. I called again and am still waiting for someone to come out. It is now July 28th. When we signed the contract, the sales person told us that we did not need a shower door, or a curtain because the water would drain way from open side of the shower to the drain. Not so much. I had to buy a threshold barrier to hold the water in, and buy a shower curtain. Stay away from this company. The people that did the work was a local contractor, not their employees.Review fromMichael F
