Wonderful experience working with Premier Home Pros! *********************** was a *** to partner with. She was on time, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, transparent and earned my trust - which is important when making a big decision. She made making the decision to work with PHP easy. Im beyond excited to complete my primary bathroom remodel!

Took longer then expected to get all the right material and had to call multiple times . Finished bathroom in three days and it looks great . Had a few hiccups but these were handled quickly and to our satisfaction . Crew although hard to communicate with where police and neat ! Bathroom looks great .Premier Home Pros, LLC

1 starThe worst possible company to sign a contract with. They are unprofessional and charge an arm and a leg for third grade unfinished work. They took more than two months to remodel my bathroom. Was told by their sales person that it was a one days job. They could not find the parts for the shower door for nearly two months. They left my bathroom and the ceiling in a mess, destroyed my bathroom walls and ceiling, cut a huge hole in the ceiling to maneuver the shower wall into place and left the ceiling just like that for us to repair it. Please DO NOT do business with them. They give you a date and then don't show up. When we asked them if we could finish the bathroom ourselves since it was almost two months, they threatened to put a lien on our house. 1 starThe toilet they installed leaked from three different places. I had to disassemble it and assemble it correctly. The faucet is 1.5" out of center of the tub. It looks terrible. The back splash they installed is 1/4" off making a jagged line. They stripped on one s**** on a shelf and now one side is not screwed to the wall. They didn't caulk all the seams and now I have to or it will leak. Terrible workmanship. They use outside contractors so you never know who is going to show up.Review fromBarbara I

Everyone we dealt with was courtious and friendly. Our tub to shower conversion turned out great. Love the materials. The installers did a fine job cleaning up when the job was done.No high pressure sales and good communication. We would recommend them to anyone who asks who did our workPremier Home Pros, LLC

The worst company we have ever dealt with. First the tiles were the wrong ones. Next the shower doors were wrong ones . We are still waiting for our right shower doors its been 5 weeks now and we are getting the run around . All the money we paid what a disappointment not happy with the shower at all .Premier Home Pros, LLC

We are very happy with their work and product. They were very accommodating.They were very careful to clean and made every effort to make us happy. I have called the customer service number 3 times since my shower installation was completed on February 6, 2024, explaining my problems with the workmanship on the shower door, which slants downward, and the slippery floor pan with the cut-out over the drain that is not even with the floor pan and moves when you stand on it. As a 73-year-old the consequences of falling are magnified with the slipperiness and instability of the floor pan. Each time (February 29, 2024, March 8, 2024, March 19, 2024) I have spoken with a customer service representative I was told that I would be contacted concerning my complaint. To date no one has contacted me. One of the selling points when I signed the contract for the work was that the company had customer service available 24/7 and to call with any problems concerning the completed work and they would work on a resolution. This hasn't happened.Premier Home Pros, LLC
