It went well until I was forced into getting the remodel when I was getting an estimate and I told him I had two more people coming out and I was like being forced and then I get this attitude I'm wasting time and gas and why you need three estimates and up until that point it was finePremier Home Pros, LLC

1 starAwful job done for $15000.00! Beware! My mom got the walk in tub installed and they had to cut door jam out to get tub in, therefore leaving drywall damage around door jam which they will not fix! They claim it's in the contract they don't fix drywall, but if your going to charge $15000.00 to replace a tub to me it should look like they were never there! What a bunch of crooks you guys should be a shamed of yourselves! What a scam, I recommend to look elsewhere premier home pros are no good!Review fromThomas M

2 starsPaying a large amount of money to have a shower installed. Looks ok but has some bad parts that need to be fixed. I've called several times and talk to guys in sales. Everyone has told me that's the way the shower is designed. My 98 year old mother is concerned about the cap on the drain moves is you step on it . Hard not to cause it's in the middle of the floor. Water is staying in the corners of the shower floor not good. Should be going down the drain. With what we have to pay it should all be fixed. Not be told to get some velcro to resolve the issue withe drain cover. Not professional !Review fromHeather S

Simply reply to an ad for a quote and they harass you non stop over a three week period from no less than 30 different phone numbers, all of which I had to block. I requested multiple times to be removed from their call list, and they kept contacting me.Premier Home Pros, LLC

1 starTheonly reason for 1 star is there is not a no star rating. Co has 1 person on a job, this one person tries to go so fast the quality of work is terrible, Damaged my walls in Bathroom and left it, Towel Rack now down and bracket damaged. Shower does not work, drips only , repeated calls, they say we will there and always no show. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLEReview fromDanielle H

1 starJob number phpa01533, the guys that installed my showers was extremely professional, the material and the work beautiful. I will never recommend premier home pros to nobody, why... I ask for the invoice to see the breakdown, I was told to look at my contract. I wanted to see the 10% seniors discount, the 1200 dollars discount, in which I was not giving. The seat for the second bathroom was not giving. Total cost for both showers was ********. I now believe that the cost was inflated. That is way I didn't receive the cost breakdown. Yes I signed the contract and when I looked for the invoice breakdown, I was told that you don't give invoice. Like I say, the team that came to my house was wonderful, I do believe premier home pros scam me. I will be reporting my feedback on my social networks. ****************************************************************************************************************
