      Job number phpa01533, the guys that installed my showers was extremely professional, the material and the work beautiful. I will never recommend premier home pros to nobody, why... I ask for the invoice to see the breakdown, I was told to look at my contract. I wanted to see the 10% seniors discount, the 1200 dollars discount, in which I was not giving. The seat for the second bathroom was not giving. Total cost for both showers was ********. I now believe that the cost was inflated. That is way I didn't receive the cost breakdown. Yes I signed the contract and when I looked for the invoice breakdown, I was told that you don't give invoice. Like I say, the team that came to my house was wonderful, I do believe premier home pros scam me. I will be reporting my feedback on my social networks. ****************************************************************************************************************

      Not a good experience. We asked for a shower stall of a certain length and a stand alone tub to be in a certain position. Also asked to have the most expensive, premium shower head. When the installers came it turned out the tub dimensions were too big for our desired layout. We shortened the length of the shower and changed the direction of the tub. Had we known the truth on sales night we wouldve made a different decision. Next they installed the shave bar in the wrong place, sales *** ***** make note of placement and installers ***** ask. Sales *** wrote down the wrong shower head so the wrong one was installed. I was told I would get a $500 dollar refund for the shave bar mishap and get the shower head I asked for. First attempt at refund ***** happen. The guy who came to measure for shower doors was suppose to install the correct shower head. He ***** have the shower head with him and ***** have a good excuse. I voiced my other complaints about installer mistakes, tub being scratched, ceiling scratched, paint missing in stairwell, etc. He said hed address the issuesthey did nothing. Also, when I went to tell ***** about the scratched ceiling, he was peeing with the door open. Later he came downstairs and told me that the installed shower head (that I ***** ask for) was better than the shower head I wanted. I called their offices the next day with questions about the shower head and was told ******* would call me back when he got in, an hour timeframe. I ***** hear from him until the following day. He finally came through on the $500 refund. He also said that hed give me the shower head I asked for. Installers came back to install the glass doors, but the area wasnt measured correctly or the company cut the glass the wrong size, add another two weeks. But while the installers were there, I had them install the new shower headits a similar product to what I asked for, but is still NOT the one I asked for. Feels like a scam. Be careful.

      This Company is a joke, they use anyone that is breathing for an installer. They had to install my shower door 2 times and it still leaks water. I complained and they told me all their swing door showers leak and it was my fault I chose a glass swing door, they refused to fix it or even come out to look at the leaks saying leaks are not covered under the warranty .DO NOT BUY A SHOWER OR ************* FROM THIS COMPANY BUYER BEWARE !

      Hello Premier ************ area,To be straight forward, I was very excited about getting my new shower conversion installed. After the long wait, I noticed that the wrong shower set up was installed. The drain was placed in the wrong spot, I was given a center drain. The frosted glass door is not the one **** and I agreed to be installed. I ordered the half frosted door. I was not notified by **** that the half frosted door is no longer offered. I informed him about it and he responded that his company decided to give me a frosted against what I ordered without informing me first. He removed our right to choose and we are stuck with disappointment. I explained my disappointment to ****, but it was only a back and forth conversation that did not lead to a resolution and I have not heard from anyone since. The middle drain is a safety hazard because the drain cover is not attached and I slipped on it and almost got injured. My hot water has not been hot as it supposed to be since the install. Im very disappointed, but I am grateful to have my shower installed. I will not ever refer anyone to your company.Sincerely,Unhappy Customer

      Be careful this company took our money and didn't do anything but BS No permits No truthful conversations Just 2 seniors getting a game played We want our deposit of $5000 back as we see nothing happening Check given April 10 it's May 4 and just shrugged shoulders. "We are working on it," Nothing but a game with seniors too old to play We want our monies back... as why ?deal with a company too stupid to understand permits ***** ********

      This was one of the Worst experiences I have ever had. After committing to an 18k bathroom remodel they sent installers which attempted to Defraud me out of an additional ****** for something in the project they needed to complete. Their Project manager out of ************ refused to communicate. After HIS continued mistakes and very NEGATIVE attitude I canceled the contract with my bathroom only 3/4 finished.We have not had the use of our master bathroom for almost 3 months. Now looking for someone to finish the job. Only 1 person tried to do the right thing. Then he was over ruled. They would not give me the name and email of the ****** not use these people!! Incompetence all over this company!

      Hi ********** We're sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with Premier and wish to provide clarity on the situation from our perspective.Firstly, we acknowledge *** ****** dissatisfaction with the project's progression and the overall experience. However, we respectfully disagree with certain aspects of their complaint. We maintain that there was consistent communication with *** and Mrs. **** throughout the project. Our project manager, **** *., engaged in regular communication via phone with *** and Mrs. **** throughout the project. We acknowledge that we had to revisit the property to remeasure the custom glass door, which did cause a delay. This was communicated to the customer. T he dispute regarding the glass door configuration stemmed from a disagreement about the door's intended installation. We installed the door as per the agreed-upon specifications and the order placed. The customer claimed the door was still wrong, but it matched our contract with the customer. We have a signed addendum showing the customers approval on the final order. We understand that the customer desired a different configuration after installation, but we explained that remaking the custom door would incur significant additional costs, which we could not absorb.The customers have only paid $6,000 (not $18k as mentioned) and we only charged them for work completed..Due to the ongoing disagreements and the customer's decision to terminate the contract, we ceased work on the project. We provided *** **** with a final addendum, signed by the customer, which outlined the work completed and the remaining balance.We regret that the project did not reach a satisfactory conclusion for the customer. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, but we understand his wishes to go in another direction.If you need further service or have additional comments, please call us at ************ and press option 4.

      We contracted with this company last year to have our shower remodeled. The job was completed in December but there were some issues that needed to be fixed. For example, the fixtures had the wrong finish, some molding was misaligned, and the drain was not installed properly. These issues were fixed after repeated calls to the company and about a two month wait.The bigger problem was that our shower has a 3' by 4' glass window in it. The individual who set up the job, ***** Light, told us that a new glass window would be installed and included this in the contract. We later learned that this company does not install glass or any type of window in showers. We then had to contact another company, at additional expense, to have the glass installed.I spoke with **** *****, who apologized for the mistake and agreed to refund $1500 of the contract price as we had already paid for the job. I have made about a dozed calls to the company to inquire about this refund. Each time I was told someone would contact me in ***** hours. No one ever did. On two occasions I requested to speak with a manager. Again I was told they were not available and that the matter would be elevated to high priority. No one got back to me. I still have not received this refund or any information about it even though I released the full contact amount in December 2024. Communication with this company has been very difficult . We were disappointed they they did not live up to their part of the agreement.
