    I placed an order for 2 HappyBirdy Birdfeeders, a SolarSplash Fountain, and a 64GB SD card on April 3, 2025 (Order #******).

    Despite statement saying order would be shipped within 1-2 business days, shipment was not sent out until April 16, but according to the tracking information, it was shipped to the WRONG address.

    I reached out to Customer Service via email and phone, but no reply despite numerous messages. Phone is NEVER answered regardless of when call is made during Customer Service hours, and no emails have been replied to either—despite advertising that “Our customer service team is available to assist you 7 days a week!”

    I have not received the items, nor have I received any update or contact from Customer Service as to its status, therefore, I want a FULL refund.

    Total scam and terrible experience. Do NOT do business with this company.

    I ordered a Herz P1 Smart Ring and Herz P1 Rapid Charging Case on 04/13/2025. On 04/15/2025 I received an email with a tracking number: ******************* for a carrier I don't recognize, ******. When I click on the link to track the package it shows "Order Received" and this status has not changed since as of 04/21/2025. When I click on the link to view my order on their website, they list the package as being fulfilled. I have now sent two messages requesting updates on the status of the package or a refund and been told only "Thank you for contacting WuzuTech. Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." Their website states 24/7 customer support but I haven't received any support. I have found a large number of reviews on Trustpilot indicating that the shipping service they are using is also terrible and likely to damage or steal my package.

    Sent a ring back for exchange. Provided the company all tracking information, including proof of delivery. Four weeks later I have yet to hear from the company and they don’t answer phones during normal business hours. I’ve tried to email them, and they don’t respond. All I’m looking for is a different size of the ring. The worst or non-existent customer service.

    On April 4th I order the Herz P1 ring, when I received it, it was the wrong color and too small. I immediately emailed them and they responded with, I had to send them a picture of the ring, which I did. I also said it was too small so I needed to exchange it for the correct color and a larger size. After numerous emails, they finally responded that they have sent the correct color ring out to me. They ignored the part of email saying it was too small and needed a larger size. I have tried to call, they never answer just a recording to call during business hours, which it was! At this point I just want to send the ring back and get a full refund. I will not pay for return fees since it was their mistake not mine.

    Do not buy anything from this company, even if the price and reviews seem tempting. I purchased the ring on 3.11. I began contacting them on March 28th via phone and email to return the ring for a full refund. It was not tracking my exercise or sleep correctly. I called during business hours and never received a callback or an answer. Their website advertises a 90 day money back guarantee. I received only one response from them on March 31 offering two options instead of a full refund. I’ve emailed several times since then requesting a full refund and have not received a response back. It is now April 10th.

    Their website and price structure is very tempting, and it reads that there’s a 90 day money back guarantee, but if you buy from here, you’re running the risk of having no way to return your item and receive your refund. This is false advertising and I’m surprised no one has shut their company down yet.

    Thank you for letting me know. 

    After submitting the complaint on BBB, the company finally replied to me with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. Unfortunately the item has been received by them for a week now and I haven’t received an email from them or a refund. I’ve contacted them three times since then. This company needs to be held accountable or shut down. It’s really unfortunate, but I understand you guys have done everything you can do.

    I received a smart ring from my lady friend for my birthday, which was on March 1, 2025. The ring is too small. I would like to exchange it for a larger size. I began trying to contact WuzuTech and Herz nearly every day since March 2, 2025. I have called them many times during their advertised working times and receive a recording that their phone lines all shut down, call back during working hours. I have tried email with no response. I have even tried a letter to them with no response. The company sent the ring to my friend with no correspondence included. I am hopeful that you can help me get an exchange for a larger size. The only information was on the outside of the box containing the ring. It is a Herz P1 smart ring Midnight Black Size 9. I need a size 13. I even tried to contact the Herz company but received the same results. My friend was charged $63.94 billed to her credit card. The purchasing party is ******* ******. Thank you for your help.

    I purchased the herz1 ring from Wuzutech in January. The ring suddenly stopped working. I’ve emailed and called multiple times to receive a replacement ring. I’m not even seeking a refund but if they’re unable to provide a new ring then I would like a refund. They have not gotten back to me. I’ve been trying to call them for over 2 weeks now.

    I accidentally placed an order and I’ve been calling and emailing the company and they will not respond or cancel my order. They claim they are available for all concerns but I don’t even know how I would get customer service if I even received the item since their customer service is non-existent. I just want a refund and my order to be canceled.

    Purchased HerzP1 Smart Ring through their website on March 16, 2025 as a gift. The person I bought the ring for bought an Apple Watch which has more functionality than the Herz P1 ring. The ring arrived March 28, 2025. It remains unopened. I have left 2 messages for the company within their business hours, using their ************ phone number within Contact Us. Their message states they will contact me within 1 business day, but I have not yet received any replies. I want to send the ring back for a full refund, but do not know how to.

    I ordered a Herz p1 ring on 3/21/25. On 3/24/25 I was notified by email that it had shipped but every time I checked the tracking number it said that USPS hadn’t received it yet but that a label had been created. I messaged the customer support 2 times with no response as to when it would be shipped. I did receive the ring on 3/31/25 and it is too big for any of my fingers after sizing from the sizing chart on the website. I have now emailed to ask for an exchange of sizes with no response as well as called within business hours and all I get is a recorded message saying that all lines are closed even though I’m calling within business hours. I have read many reviews now that say customer support is of no help and does not respond. I would like a full refund of $69.94 if no response for an exchange of sizes.
