      Your company met-ed is over charging,price gouging, & robbing customers, every month the bill goes up on a home that I only live in 3 nights a week, the price has & countinues to go up month to month I will eventually have to do without, & I'll b fine w that

      Horrible company. 2 hour wait time for an operator. Yes you read the right, 2 hours! I am waiting as I type this. I couldnt resolve my problem via email or on the website. I had to speak with a human. This is ridiculous. The state should fine this company for having untimely response times. Shame on you FirstEnergy!

      Have lived in this residence for 13 years and never had an issue with my meter being read. I have a full fenced yard, my wife was home and the vehicle was visible in the driveway. Undertrained meter maid took it upon himself to approach my gate without notifying. He then proceeds to the gate, sees the dog, calls out, clicks his little dog spray, my dog doesnt react and he proceeds to enter my fenced backyard. My dog then reacts as expected then meter maid sprays my dog. Him with his ignorant supervisor on the phone then proceed to inform my wife of what happened while being rude and disrespectful while on our porch/property. This all could have been prevented by knocking on a door and communicating intent. This is beyond irresponsible and to treat an animal like this deserves accountability.

      Came and cut off my electric without a disconnection notice. Received a notice on October 12, 2023 that said my bill was due on 11/2. They cut my service off without an email or any direct communication. No explanation or anything. They claim disconnection are sent through the mail which makes no sense if my communication preference is email. Very disturbing, they also will not come and turn your service on until 24hrs later.Don't matter if they took your money, you have small children, elders or nothing. Very harsh and dismissive to any customer feedback and complaints.

      My area always has outages. Also, Im a senior Im disabled, and I get money from the government but I do have solar panels that were sold to me from a previous owner. I dont pay an electric bill except for four dollars in taxes the government gives me money for my electric bill and electric company is taking the money for their own benefit, calling it a miscellaneous charge

      I have had 6 illuminating co trucks in front of my house for almost 2 hrs and they have just been standing around laughing getting in and out trucks. A transformer of some sort blew 2 blocks from my house at 1 pm. There is only 5 house on my street with power outage since 1pm the truck got here at 7:30 pm it is now 10:10 and nothing has been done to restore power. These clowns can not figure any reason why power is out. In my local area 1 city ********, there are 2 places with 1 to 20 people just s out of luck with power outage since 1pm today. Workers are completely incompetent and useless!! September 7, 2023

      You report an outage online. The next morning, when you wake up and can see your yard after a major storm you have had, you find a down power line in your back yard, and costumer service is rude because you are only updating them on your findings, but they act like… oh you’ve already told us this… “you already have a ticket”, without any concern more damage is done. Then they send out people many times, but most of them “relax in the service truck for a bit”. I’ve seen many workers come and go. I feel, certain people don’t want to deal with certain things, whether it’s individuals or not, and they keep passing the job along to the next that will deal with it.
