      On September 2, 2023, I had received a message stating that I could receive a self defense item by only paying shipping and handling in the amount of $7.98, which I had. The $7.98 was charged to Science of Skill, LLC. I did receive the item. On September 15, 2023, I was charged an additional $57.00 by Science of Skill, LLC. If I had any idea I would be charged any additional money I would not have acted on the offer. I have not contacted the company.

      As part of what I now believe to be a fraudulent monthly bbq club I would receive weekly deals on non bbq related products. One week there was a promotion for a free knife all I had to pay was shipping. I payed the shipping and got my knife so so complaints there. The company I payed the shipping to was science of skill llc. I was billed correctly for this exchange. Weeks later I got an unauthorized charged for $57 from science of skill.

      I have been charged multiple times in a month the ***** and the subscription is supposed to be cancelled. I have been charged three times this month September 2023 for the fee.

      I ordered a knife from them July 14 for $7.95. There are 2 unauthorized charges for ***** one on July 28 and one August 26. I tried to contact customer service to get it resolved and nothing will go through to them.

      I purchased a knife through an online offer. Part of the receipt email included this:You will be recieving an email with your password and login for your Trial to the National Self-Reliance Initiative, formerly known as the ***********. Please be sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder if you do not see it within 2 minutes of receiving this email. If you have any trouble logging in or navigating the National Self-Reliance Initiative, formerly known as the ***********, please contact Customer Support. I never received any such email; I even checked my spam folder. The websites associated with this organization are now deactivated. I am now being charged $57 for a subscription which I cannot cancel, which I only recently realized I was being charged, and have no such recourse to do so.

      i order free knife and only need pay for S/H. which I did. They keep charge 57 $ until I spot it. Total 627$ I never authorize this company to set monthly chargers.

      On June 5, 2023 I made a one time purchase Order Number: *******
      Ordered On: 06/05/2023 06:49am Order Total: $9.95 For a USA Stiletto + Blue 2024 Hat & Red 2024 Flag from SOS Self Defense Tools. This was a one time purchase. I have noticed that beginning June 20, 2023 I have been charged $57.00 a month.
      June 20, 2023 charged $57.00, July 20, 2023 charged $57.00, and August 19, 2023 charged $57.00.
      This company seems to have a history of charging people for a membership when they purchase an item. Very poor business practice. Please take the appropriate actions to end this fraudulent business practice to warn unsuspecting customers/victims.

        I am rejecting this response because: You stated that your refund policy covers 60 days, and I filed this complaint on August 20, 2023. You advised you were refunding the charge posted on 7/20/2023 for $57.00 and 8/19/2023 for $57.00 and not the amount posted on 6/20/2023 for $57.00. June 20, 2023, was sixty days from yesterday, 8/20/2023 when I became aware of your so-called membership. I want a full refund because I requested it within sixty days, as you outline in your response, and because, as you can see, your membership practice is very illusive and hidden within your sale. This becomes apparent when you look at all the complaints against your business. Your approach must be upfront with any customer rather than how you practice business. If you do this to customers who believe they are only purchasing an item, you are scamming many people.
