      I bought a few knives from this company and now as of 8/15/23 I have a pending $57 charge on my card that I did not authorize. I tried to go to their website and it's gone. I tried to email them and the email bounced back. I tried to call their phone number during business hours and no one answered. I don't know what they are charging me for and do not authorize any charges but I can't talk to them about it. They seem to have vanished.

      Shortly after I posted my complaint, I got an email from the business stating that they would cancel the pending charge. They also apologized for the issues. I am waiting to see if the cancellation goes through. If it does I will update my complaint, since I was seeking a cancellation or refund of the charge.

      In August 2023, I had a charge of $57 that appeared on my credit card account. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I purchase anything from these people that would cost that much. I purchased a free machete and paid $9.99 for shipping and handling only. There was no instruction that anything else would be charged. I want my money refunded to my credit card. This is classic fraud since I looked up on reviews and it seems that there are many many people who have had the same thing happen to them. I have contacted my bank about this fraud and they are investigating. My next step would be to involve an attorney for class action review.

      I just had a meeting with my accountant and found these fraudulent charges to one of my bank accounts. I have a total of 8 charges that I NEVER authorized!!! For a total of $456.00 I need this account closed and a refund issued immediately. Apparenttly one of my kids order something from SOS self defense on 11/28/22 for $9.95. Now my account is beinging charged $57 per/mo. Please advise! Thanks!

      The company is SOS Self defense tools. In late June ** 2023. I purchased a knife for $9.95 S&H only as stated in the advertisement. But this Company made a unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account of $57. I never signed or agreed to such a transactionThey illegally withdrew my money. I would like my refund of all my funds. Immediately. This company is a total FRAUD!! SCAM!! A bait and switch.They need to be shut down.

      I PURCHASED A KNIFE FROM THIS COMPANY AND NOW AM BEING CHARGED $57.00 PER MONTH FOR NOTHING.       On April 4th 2023 i accepted an offer by SOS to get a poker knife for free by just paying $9.99 shipping and handling Which I paid with my debit card Well, everything was fine until they started withdrawing money from my bank account without my authorization the first withdrawal which I did not noticed was for $57 made on 5/9/23 and the second unauthorized withdrawal for $57 was yesterday 6/6/23. The total amount of money withdrawn from my bank account without authorization is $114.00 I never agreed to pay anything else besides the $9.99 for the shipping of the free knife so I want my $114 back because they took that money without my authorization and thats theft. Thank you.

      On April 14 2023, I seen a charge of $57 that was removed from my bank account. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I purchase anything from these people that would cost that much. I purchased a free knife and paid $9.99 for shipping and handling only. There was no instruction that anything else would be charged. I want my money refunded to my bank account. And these people should be investigated for fraud since I looked up on reviews and it seems that there are many many people who have had the same thing happen to them.
      They tried to deduct another $57 today and my bank closed that bank card.

      On 5/14 I was billed $57 for a RECURRING payment from Science of Skill (AGAIN!). This is the second time they have done this. I have previously filed a dispute with you about them and you resolved it but here it is happening again. I need your help again. The first complaint I filed was on 5/6/23. I have read many complaints on your site about this company and they have done this many times before.
