      Purchased some knives about a month ago said pay shipping and handling $7.95. Received a charge of ***** on 2 /11/2023 Did not know it was a subscription maybe I. Fine print but I do not want this feels scammy like you agree to something and all rhe sudden your agreeing to pay the 57$ without clear knowledge of doing so I want a refund of the ***** charge

      I bought a $10 knife last year Ive been getting billed $57 a month for the last seven or eight months They refused to cancel whatever this is for. I didnt sign up for anything. I simply bought a $10 knife and they will not stop charging me $57 a month..I simply want them to refund all the payments & cancel!

      The Steel River Midnight Stealth Stiletto + Mini Flashlight offer you ordered was packaged and advertised as including a 14 day free trial to The National Self-Reliance Initiative, formerly known as Science of Skill Academy, which became a monthly subscription. This was described in the offer and the check out page.

      The consumer never received the refund as promised by the business.  She challenged the fee with her credit card company.  When the credit card company contacted the business, the business denied the refund.

      This customer filed a dispute on 03/21/************ - Chargeback processed there was a total of 6 charges refunded. Once a charge back has been filed it has to go through the charge back process. we are no longer responsible for the charges when this happens. There have been no further charges upto this point

      On 11/22 I ordered a $5 knife on SOS Self defense Tools (aka Science Of Skills LLC) website and was charged $57. Shortly after the following month I was charged another $57. I figured there's a secretive/ deceptive subscription you sign for. There's no way to unsubscribe via their website (I believe is made on purpose) and are asked to unsubscribe via email or calling their customer service. I emailed the above company a month ago and yet to hear from them. The phone is designed to keep you waiting and nothing is ever resolved! I want my money ($57) for the deception of the website and to unsubscribe effective immediately!!!

      On 1/15/23 I purchased a knife for $9.95. It was delivered in good order. On 1/28/23 this company made an unauthorized transaction to my account for $57.00.

      On December 7, 2022, I purchased a knife and received an additional FREE knife for gifts from Science of Skill, LLC. The total was $17.90. It was posted to my bank account on 12/9/22. Upon checking my bank statements, I noticed an additional charge to my bank account for an additional charge of $57.00 on 12/21/22 from the same company, Science of Skill, LLC. On looking further there is another charge of $57.00 on 1/20/2023 from SOS SELF DEFENSE TOOLS. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY OF THE CHARGES, OTHER THAN THE $17.90. We are a retired couple in our 70's and would not have partaken these other 2 services.

      I received an offer of 2 knives from Science of Skill. Received the knives but was charged and extra $57.00 to join something that I never signed up for not was told about. I would like to get my $57.00 refunded and removed from their group/mailing list/company business or whatever.

      1/17/23 charged a recurring debit card purchase of $57.00

      Called 3 different numbers I could find for science of skill and left messages.

      Emailed three different email addresses associated with the company.

      Attempted to use their online chat.

      Unable to make contact by any means, I would like to cancel whatever it is that I am being charged for.

      I keep getting billed by this company and I am not even sure what for. I would like to report deceptive business practices and would like a total refund of all the money I have paid @ $ 57.00 a month. I believe this constitutes fraud and should be illegal.
