      Tire shop forget to put on the oem Valve Stem Cap on the two tires on the passenger side of my subaru forester limited 2016 after they checked my tires. I got home noticed only had my driver valve stem cap on driver side two tires. Go back tomorrow to get my missing parts from my car. That is ridiculous they removed things off my car to damage Tire Pressure Monitoring System ((TPMS)) Valve Stem Cap

Recommend tire place by good year. Shop workers kept saying **** word alot. It could be hear in the waiting area. Worst nightmare tire place in ********* ************* that has goodyear name on it. Please order replacement caps missing from shop. The open my hood on my Subaru told them not too. Also, touch stuff in there leaked my coolant out. Spilled on engine radiator. Also, good year touch the battery too. When told they car was service by subaru dealers only allowed in my hood of car. Car there for tire warranty only. What give the shop the right to touch my engine and coolant.

      Please refund me check to buy new tires at a discount? Let subaru dealership put on new tires at ******. I trust them. Bring the defective tires back to goodyear to help improve goodyear product quality. So odd tires wear out so fast.

      Never realized my tires defective had those hidden bumps sidewalls. Treadwear only last 24,000 miles. Concern is why new tires wear out so fast.

      On 12/15/22 we had tires (Goodyear reliant all season) bought and installed from ******** They were said to be Goodyear tires and were 65,000-mile tires per the tire warranty. At ****** miles we went to have the tires rotated for the third time; only to have ******* say they would not rotate them due to their condition and that they were unsafe. After asking for them to be taken care of due to them not even being remotely close to their life expectancy and at least ten phone calls over two weeks to the store and the ***** number ******* says nothing can be done because we did not get road hazard warranty with our purchase. But this road hazard warranty is supposed to be for cuts, snags, and ROAD HAZARDS as in immediate damage... not due to the tire being poor quality and wearing rapidly. ******* did offer to waive our safety and rotate the tires regardless of them being unsafe however, we declined. ******* is protected because its warranty specifically says it will not warranty rapid wear. Fair enough. They direct us to Goodyear. While they were able to give us a much quicker response it was rather unsettling which I think everyone should know for their own future decisions. The Goodyear manager was willing to give us a prorated refund towards new tires from their store. However, the manager stated Goodyear knowingly buys bulk tires from third parties from other countries applies their logo on the tire, and sells them to the box stores such as ********

      I bought 4 sets of tires for my wife car on 03/06/24 trough their website. All beautiful, all the customer is the most important and the have the ***** to say that this product Wrangler® Workhorse® HT has warranty. obviously I'm buying NOT the tires, IM BUYING THE PRESTIGE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. but after 1 month one of the tires has some issue with the sidewall. NO puncture, NO dent NO scratch visible. Just the product cant work as it's designed.
      I asked for the warranty and their Solomonic solution is TO CHARGE ME another tire and have the "courtesy" of just the 50%. Are you for REAL goodyear? a product that has been on the streets for less than 50 days and you have the audacity to claim is just a "sidewall puncture" that NO one can even see? How is this really warranty works? Thankfully to my disgrace the Authorized retailer was so professional that solve this problem as fast as he could do it. Thank you very much to al the team of B&M Autorepair, tryly profeesionals!

      Called the customer and went over the invoice and previous file and it was deemed a road hazzard which is not covered under the manufactures warranty. We gave him a discount for goodwill. Customer is still not satisfied with that. Told the customer there is nothing more we can do, it is not a covered condition.

      Formal Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Service Experience and Request for Refund I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the unsatisfactory service experience I recently encountered at your establishment. I had high expectations when I enrolled in your three-year alignment and wheel balancing program, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.On 05/05/24, I had a scheduled appointment at 09:00 am for one of my vehicles, as confirmed by your front office representative. Arriving promptly at 8:55 am, I handed over my car keys and checked in around 9:10 am, expecting a timely and efficient service as promised. However, to my dismay, my vehicle was taken into the shop even after two hours of waiting.Throughout my wait, I diligently inquired about the status of my vehicles every thirty minutes, only to receive vague excuses and empty promises for progress. It became apparent that there was a significant delay, yet no proactive steps were taken to address the situation.Upon escalating the matter to the manager after two hours of waiting, I was met with indifference and disregard for my time and concerns. Despite highlighting the considerable inconvenience and the breach of our agreed-upon appointment time, the manager failed to acknowledge the gravity of the situation, offering neither an apology nor a resolution.As a result of this unacceptable level of service, I am formally requesting a refund for both of my vehicles enrolled in the three-year alignment program.        I am rejecting this response because: I need goodyear to drop the dispute they did agains my dispute with my bank, because they didnt fix my car and they told my bank that they did. I have to take my car to an other shop to get fix and they know this because i explained to them on the phone when Goodyear corporate contacted me Thursday May 8 2024

      I ordered tires from Goodyear in Sept 2023. Those tires were installed on 20 Sept 23 but were found by the installer to be defective. My order was cancelled and a new order was placed for similar tires that same day. The new tires were not delivered on the promised date, but were delayed almost a month. They were installed on 18 Oct 23. Due to the delay and the issue with the defective tires, I was promised a refund of 10% of the purchase price, as well as a refund of the installation fee. I have called Goodyear at least five times since the beginning of 2024 concerning this refund. Every person that I talk to insists that they will get the refund to me immediately. I still have not received the refund.

      I have followed up with Mr. **** in regards to this matter and he said he actually had responded back to this claim beings he was refunded$362.20 for his time and trouble he experienced with his Goodyear tire order. Customer said he was completely satisfied with his refund and that he must have just submitted this claim right before the refund hit his account. I apologized to Mr. **** for the length of time in receiving his refund. Mr. **** accepted and said again he was satisfied with outcome.

      We had an oil change on our 2018 Kia Rio on April 16 which cost $86.

      We then noticed oil spills in our driveway at our condo we are moving out of this week and took the car back to Just Tires on 4/22 to see if they could fix whatever was leaking. They said they put a new seal on the drain plug. However,it was quickly obvious that it was still leaking. Having lost faith in Just Tires, we took the car to Oil Changers in Simi Valley to have the car looked at. They put a seal on the drain plug and said there had been no seal on the drain plug, which is why it was leaking. So just tires lied about that yesterday and/or were negligent. Thankfully the leaking has now stopped.

      We are requesting a reimbursement for the cost of having to go to Oil Changers this morning ($25), the cost of the washing of our driveway by a professional power washing service ($250), and a reimbursement for the cost of the oil change that was so poorly done by Just Tires ($86).

      I contacted Just Tires customer service, however they were very rude and unhelpful and stated they didn't believe us. They asked for proof from the place that fixed the oil leak/no drain plug seal, which we have a receipt for but not exact documentation as the place was just helping us out and put in something generic aka topped off oil to not have to charge us extra for all of the work done. We were long time customers of this establishment and are disappointed to say the least at how we were treated. Basically told there was nothing they could or would do and then ignored. We are just looking to be reimbursed for the damages done by their faulty oil change - which we believe is reasonable and within our rights.

      The point of contact was a ******** ****** - reach by calling customer service for Just Tires/Goodyear.

      As Just Tires/Goodyear has stopped responding to us, despite us providing all pieces of documentation they requested, we are looking for support from the BBB to resolve this.

      I purchased tires for two of my adult children. I chose Goodyear because they offered a $200 rebate on a set of 4 tires when using their credit card for the purchase. Every time we filled out the rebate forms (properly), an error would come up saying that these tires are not eligible for the promotion. The tires were installed at 2 different Mavis tire locations (Hamburg NY and Phil PA). The rep on the phone at Goodyear was not helpful. The rep at Mavis agreed that this is probably a problem with Goodyear. I'm not looking for anything extra, just what I'm entitle to.

      I took my car to Goodyear and dropped it off when I picked it up I paid over 1200 dollars and I almost lost my life. On my way home my car lights warning lights start blinking on and off then start smoking as well so then my brakes wouldn’t work causing me to spin out in the middle of the highway. Once I barely made it home I called Goodyear and they said they will send the tech to my address when he showed up I start recording him he jumped out with a ratchet and said he forgot to screw the bel volts back in . After several attempts of jumping my car we couldn’t get it to start I am requesting a full refund because I alnoqr lost my life and the services weren’t done properly

      I purchased a set of 4 CS5 Grand Touring tires on 6/18/22 for my 2012 Toyota Rav4 from Just Tires, **** ********* ****, ********* ** *****. The stated warranty on these tires is 80K miles. Upon, a recent oil change my regular mechanic said the tires need replacing. They are rotated every 5K miles with every oil change. So I returned to Just Tires on 4/5/2024 and inquired about the warranty as it has been less than 2 years and less than 25K miles. The Just Tires rep came out and looked at my car and asked if I had the original struts. He then proceeded to look under the car and said "yep, these are the original struts, they need to be replaced". He then told me the 80K warranty was meaningless and that I would have to purchase new tires. I returned to my regular mechanic with this info and he told me that, no, the struts aren't bad and if they were I would hear or feel it when I drove and that it would create an uneven wear pattern on the tires which is not the case. I feel like I was just dismissed out of hand at Just Tires and they did not attempt to be helpful in any way. I cannot afford to purchase another set of brand new tires. I don't know what my recourse is.

      Good Year responded to the complaint and redirected me to a different retailer who honored the warranty. Problem solved.
