      I had the worst experience I've ever had at this business. I had a flat tire before work and went to get a repair. When I arrived at the Just Tires store I was the only customer there. I got there at 9am on 9/13/23. I waited for about 5 mins while the employee stood there watching Fast and Furious on the shop TV. When she finally called me up she was so rude and treated me as if I were the scum on the bottom of her shoe. Then while I'm asking a question she blatantly ignored me and started watching TV again. She then yelled at me when I asked about my tire. I have never felt so disrespected when I'm trying to pay for services. I ended up walking out before I could get any service done to my car. I checked the reviews and saw that this wasn't a one time experience. This has happened to numerous people. The reviews all say the same thing. It says all of the employees are mean just go in and ask a simple question to any of them and you will be met with a condescending tone or answer. Then they'll make you feel like complete trash for coming in and needing work done. It felt like I was a nuisance for bothering her while she was watching a movie. I really hope something is done about this. PLEASE HELP!!!

      I took my vehicle in for a state inspection at the Goodyear on Richmond Road in Williamsburg on August 8. They told me there was something wrong with my rear lights and recommended me to repair them at a dealer's. But the report they first issued me was for a Mazda (mine is a Honda) and the odometer number was also wrong. I asked them and they simply changed the model name and reprinted the report. They also emphasized my car had a serious issue and I should get it repaired at the dealer's.

      I took my vehicle to another store on August 10 and let them run a diagnosis of the rear lights. They found nothing wrong and did the reinspection and replaced the sticker. I then called the Goodyear customer relations about this. They called me back on August 11, accusing me of lying, saying I could have secretly repaired it at another store and was scamming them. Everything was on record and no problem was detected by the diagnosis. I was shocked by the way they treated their customers. Why would I waste time and energy lying for only $20? The diagnosis also cost me $117 and it would've been unnecessary if the Goodyear shop did their job properly. No apologies, no refund. I only got blame, rudeness, and arrogance from the Goodyear representative.

      Per our store, the conversation he had with this customer, She had told him she was having a problem and  he was  THE ONE WHO DID THE INSPECTION. AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION  HER LIGHTS WERE SHORTING OUT SO HE FAILED IT. EVERYTIME HE PUT THE HEADLIGHTS ON WHEN HE PUT THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL ON THE RIGHT ONE WOULD BLINK AND THE LEFT WOULDNT. SHE TOLD HIM SHE HAD AN APPT TO GET IT FIXED.  IF SHE WOULD HAVE COME BACK TO HIM IT WOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN $1.00.  INSTEAD SHE CHOSE ELSWHERE AND WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $20.00   We are not refunding her as she chose to go elswhere.

      I bought my 4th set of GOODYEAR tires straight from ************ over the last three years.My most recent was August 7th,2023.I paid $1204 to GOODYEAR and had they had me go to their local retailer to have installed.GOODYEAR has $100 REBATE on this set submitted my online rebate claim and GOODYEAR put it on hold for not providing enough documentation.I once again bought these tires at ************ they charged my CC the $1204 what more proof of purchase do they need?Do they assume I paid $1204 as a donation to their company.These online and mail in rebates are nothing but scams and hoops to go threw so the customer gets frustrated and just gives up.Corporate GREED AT IT'S WORST!!!!!!!!!!!

      The response sent to you was not from the employee from GOODYEAR who called me or the email provided to me.The lady I talked to was named ******* who I sent my receipt too who apologized and told me the Rebate Center was subcontracted out by GOODYEAR.I bought the tires once again on ************ they already had a record of my tire purchase.This will be the THIRD TIME I HAVE SENT THEM A RECIPT.******* also told me SHE WOULD HAVE RESOLVED AND GOODYEAR WOULD BE SENDING ME THE $100 GUARANTEED WITHOUT GOING BACK THREW THE REBATE CENTER.This is just another RUN AROUND because ******* told me she would not respond to my BBB COMPLAINT until I had received my Rebate.Just more LIES from GOODYEAR!

      This is a total lie Goodyear called me yesterday September 5th have the message on my voicemail with a case number told me to please call them back same lady named *******.I called back the customer service number waited 25 minutes to talk to anyone.You know what I was told to resubmit the invoice to the rebate center.I had already submitted to rebate center they denied rebate which is why I field complaint because they wanted proof I actually had the tires installed ***.******* called me a week earlier and said if I email invoice to her which I did immediately she would get my $100 rebate handled.BBB LET ME BE CLEAR ORDERED TIRES FROM ************ WHICH ************ SENT ME A RECIPT OR INVOICE WHEN I PURCHASED NOT A THIRD PARTY.BBB UPLOADED INVOICE TO THEIR REBATE CENTER.BBB EMAILED TO ******* AT GOODYEAR.THEY HAVE THE INVOICE THEY ISSUED THE INVOICE LMAO.BBB READ ON REDDIT HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS WANT TO START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST GOODYEAR FOR THE REBATE SCAM.GOODYEAR YOU HAVE RUINED YOUR REPUTATION WITH ME FOR A $100 A LOYAL 30 YEAR CUSTOMER WHO HAVE BOUGHT 9 BRAND NEW SETS OF YOUR TIRES PLUS I'M THE USED CAR DIRECTOR AT A TOYOTA STORE AND THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER SET OF GOODYEAR TIRES PUT ON IN MY SHOP.STRETCH THAT $100 YOU STOLE FROM ME I'M A MICHELIN MAN NOW!

      I bought a set of Goodyear eagle touring tires in September 2022 totaling **** from the ***** location in ********* *******. I went to the ********* location around January to have them rotated. My 2 back tires is totally worn out. I contacted Goodyear and *****. They are only offering a small discount. They are saying I didnt get my tires rotated. I took my car to the ***** store and left it. They called me and told me my car was ready for pickup.

      I got all 4 new tires at the below location and the following happened:- Different tires than what I had ordered were put on - My rims were completely destroyed - The logo covers on my wheels were missing - Bolts were missing - I was charged to my credit card on things I didn't authorize When I voiced concerns, I was told to calm down and that it wasn't their fault. This is clearly a pattern which you can see from their Yelp reviews and this business needs to be shut down and customers refunded. This is awful. I have never in my life experienced this or ever made a complaint but this is customer bullying and fraudulence. I need my rims fixed an replaced they are destroyed.

      Company customer service are bery unprofesional and do not get back like promised i had a tire blowout due to defective tires they never reached back out to me for manufature replacement or warranty

      I purchased a new car 12/2023 that came with Dunlop Enasave tires and a warranty. The warranty reads that if weather cracking damage occurs within 4 years, that Goodyear/Dunlop will replace tires. My tires have 8/32 tread left. I went to the local Goodyear facility who checked my alignment and said it was good. They confirmed my tires were dry rotted. However they said I had to contact Goodyear, they don't handle it. I've spent days on the phone on hold for 40 minutes or more and nobody ever answers at Goodyear. I left a message for a call back and received a call at 8:00 in the morning that i missed, because, i was asleep. I've tried to call back again and nobody answers. I am attaching my warranty as well as the Goodyear alignment results. I would like somebody from the company to contact me to discuss replacing the dry rotted tires that are within the 4yr contractual warranty as of this complaint. (12/2023 will be 4 years old)

       I am rejecting this response because: Goodyears.policy on premature cracking that occurs within 4yrs. is not written out clearly on any documents. Based on that I presume they can offer or not offer whatever they choose because nothing specific is in writing,  regarding weather cracking... It's the one area where there's no mention of installation one way or the other and the cost mentioned above and beyond the tires is for taxes.

      I expected install to be free and not to pay because I was told my tires had 8/32 tread life left when I left their shop initially. New, this tire i believe is 9/32 tread

      The only reason for my visit to their shop was to have my alignment checked have them check the dry rot on my tires , the tread,  and discuss with them the warranty that came with my car since I'm within the four years for "weather cracking" coverage. Again Goodyear's policy for weather cracking is incomplete and vague on all their website documents and "warranty pamphlets" that came with the car. I still am not able to find a clear warranty.

      This given, when corporate claims contacted me, they claimed they didn't have the information on the tire tread (that the shop had given to me) and said that I had to make an appointment and return to the shop.

      The problem I had with that is I did have the paperwork i was originally given with the tread depth on it, 8/32.. and so did they.

      I'm uploading this original paperwork. It states tread depth 8/32 on all 4 tires.

        The problem I have is how I was told, by the same goodyear shop upon my return,  suddenly my tires were at 5/32 tread depth.. which is significantly different. The shop clearly was if nothing else negligent... And allowed me to leave thinking my tire tread was still like new, and they're diagnosis was tire rot. 

      However as of 5pm on 8/7/23 Goodyear's corporate office decided that they would charge me $250 to replace the two tires. Some pro rated amount plus installation mounting and balancing.

      This is not an acceptable price , at the very least I expected installation to be free and based on the 8/32 tread depth I was told the tires were..it should be covered in full by Goodyear.  I'm not sure how they could come up with new tread depth and charge me to install and replace the defective tires

The customer tire was measured and on the tread left on the tire we offer the customer 43% discount of the retail price the customer did not agree with offer and will be buying tires at Walmart is what she told our office I am closing this file

      The Goodyear agent called today and would not acknowledge that their shop changed my tire tread from 8/32 to 5/32 overnight. He tried to tell me that my tires aren't even in warranty , since they were manufact 4/19. and that they're doing me a favor. I said they absolutely are in warranty I have the paperwork that clearly states if weather cracking occurs within 4 years and the customer has proof of purchase of a new vehicle then the tires are covered.  and I am within warranty. The fact is, he tried to bulldoze me . I did not feel that his approach or his tact was a professional he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes and I did not appreciate it and when I stood my ground.. and proved him wrong. .. it did not result in a fair deal. Just based on my dealings with the shop, who wrote I had 8/32 tread then changed it to 5/32 the next day and an agent who didn't see a problem with any of this..I will never buy from Goodyear or take my car their business. I did not accept their offer because it was not in good faith

      7/29/2023 Took my truck to a goodyear to get a overhead and inspection. I clearly informed them if the truck needed additional work to reach out to me before proceeding. Well that is not what happened. The truck needed additional work and they completed the work without speaking to me first. They also did not inspect everything properly. Missed a lot of noticeable and important details with the inspection. Tried to resolve the issue with manager...no avail. Tried to speak with corporate office and I cannot get anyone to respond nor offer a proper resolution.

      On Friday, July 21 I took my car to Goodyear Tire to examine a noise I have been in hearing on the front wheel area. The mechanic told me that he has to change a rod and then alignment and everything thing will be ok. I paid $604.

      The second day while I just drove from my home, the car suddenly stopped and the front tire shredded into pieces. I called the shop, and they tow the car but they refused to install a new tire because they think that the tire exploded because of a nail.
      I took my car to be fixed, but instead, I end up with a shredded tire, and the noise was still there also my front bumper was damaged because of the tire.

      I am certain that their machine damaged the tire which is why it shredded into pieces, no nail or hundred of nails could do that. I believe I am entitled to the whole refund of $604 .
      The manager *** ****** was nonprofessional and noncooperative .

      Good morning, thank you for the help I received from Bettter Business Bureau to address my concern with company.   Although their corporate office called me and I took the car to another place to see if  it is done. but it didn't solve  the noise I had in the first place.    this service cost me losing a few days of work and monetary and damage done to my car by local Goodyear.  I hope this never happen to someone to get such terrible service and customer care.

      I recently was in Fort Worth, Texas at a Goodyear shop in my semi truck. I had them put on 6 retreads;)July 11, 2023)
      In 5 days time, the tire treads completely started falling off like they had been glued improperly.
      I had it relaced in London, Ohio when this occurred and had them put on another retread and that one lasted a single day. This one blew out thw sidewall.
      Yes, i get that these were retreads, but one would expect to get some usage out of them.

      possession.  He is taking that tire to a Goodyear dealer to be submitted
      under the normal Goodyear warranty process.

      I would like some sort of documentation of how this situation will be remedied, before getting false hopes on this being actually resolved and simply just accepting they are committing to further communication outside of this complaint.
