      False advertising. I needed an oil change before a trip and went online to book the appointment. After filling out my vehicle information I was offered a discounted oils change for the price of $24.49. After taking my toddler to wait for the oil change I was told there is a mistake online, and the oil packages start around $80. After I reluctantly agreed as I was leaving town they then decided the oil actually has to have a fuel additive or filter or something so now the price is over $100. Literally had to pay over 4x the price agreed to when I booked the appointment.

      Goodyear said they performed an all wheel alignment on my infinity. I had my car towed to infinity dealership because it was not repaired. Infinity mechanic said there was not an alignment performed on my car. The dealership found my car was way out of alignment especially at the front drivers side wheel. I would like for Goodyear to reimburse for the charges they were paid for this service because they did not perform.

      On 5/13/23, I ordered tires from Goodyear online and scheduled an appointment for installation at ***** ******* in ******** ** for 5/16/23 at 5:00 pm. When I arrived at my appointment that day, my tires were not yet received. I was told by an agent (of which I have a reference number) that the warehouse reported that the tires would arrive 5/17/23. I stressed the importance of them arriving as I was driving out of state later in the week. The tires did not arrive on this date either. When I called Goodyear again, the agent communicated with the warehouse, and I was told they would be arriving on Thursday, 5/18/23. I said I would not cancel my tires if I was guaranteed that they would arrive on Thursday, as I was leaving Thursday night. I was guaranteed. When Thursday came, my tires had still not arrived and it was reported to me there was not even a tracking number but they would arrive Friday (after I needed to leave). I asked them to look where I was traveling out of state for my new job, as my tires are not safe to drive on. They were unable to find anything and issued a cancellation. I would have canceled these tires Tuesday, but I was guaranteed they would be there by Thursday and they were not. I am now out of state, waiting for the money to return to my account, with no new tires, and no guidance as to where I can go or how I can get this done, so I can return to my home. I was offered 15% off if I can find a certain tire myself and it has to be refunded after the installation. After demonstrating an inability to be reliable and without guidance, I am struggling to find a solution without putting myself and my young children in harm’s way driving home on unsafe tires.

      The customer purchased tires on ************ and the tires never arrived. We were unable to find another location in the area that had the tires available to install for the customer. We offered as a good will to discount of 15% after the customer gets the tires installed elsewhere. Customer declined and wanted to cancel the order. That was processed and refund was submitted on 5/18/2023.

I had to find tires on my own (which I was able to find Goodyear tires in the ******* area, as I had requested they assist me with but they did not). I will be submitting my invoice for the 15% off, as I did not reject that offer, I just had to travel out of state and was FORCED to cancel my order. I was also offered the installation fee to be taken off, which I will be doing.

      I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot. I bought a set of Goodyear Assurance tires at Monro Muffler less than 10 months ago(roughly 8/01/22). Within 500 miles of driving the sidewall blown out on a rear tire. Monro would not cover since I did not purchase road hazard and I called Goodyear... they said it was a road hazard(I thought more of a manufacturing defect example: sidewalls to thin) and would not cover it. On Wednesday 5/10/23 the opposite rear tire produced a leak. I have owned many sets of tires and never had an issue and was always a fan of Goodyear tires but now their product and customer service at resolving this has me quite upset. Its odd of all the tires I have owned this is the only set that not only are not lasting even 10 months.

      All I see for a response is they are communicating with me. I am gathering the receipts the tires have cost me roughly 670 for the tires + 150 for the first tire replaced that they would not cover saying it was caused by road hazard. I would like a definite answer on what they will do for me before I further my complaint to the attorney general.

      ******* I am having severe noises with my Dura Trac tires. I have rotated the tires every oil change. As directed. My tires are wearing out very oddly all over on both chopped edges and thinner middle. and theyre getting very very noisy more and more each day I bought the truck brand new it only has ****** miles on the tires. The tires were stock on the truck when purchased. I contacted Goodyear ************** talk to a representative that looked around and found a shop I could go over they would look at my tires and do an inspection and see if they were covered under warranty. To get them replaced or a different tire put on. So I show up in ************ at **** tire company. After the Goodyear representative called this company and verified that I could go over there and they could do this inspection. So I showed up for the inspection 4 days later after they could get me in earliest on Tuesday at 10 AM.I show up at **** tire company right away I Talk to **** the owner. At least I think he is, he begins to tell me that he doesnt like to cover warrantee tires at all or even deal with these type of situations because he doesnt get reimbursed. I had to basically begged him to look into the situation any further. He really didnt want anything to do with it. Which I guess I cant blame a guy when hes not getting any money.So I called good to hear back today 5-10-2023 I sat on hold for over a half hour yesterday. I didnt have any more time. I got through today. So I got to talking to the representative told her the situation and she began to tell me that the tire shop I went to is not a dealer and I shouldnt have went to that shop. Whaaaaaaat!! You guys are the ones that recommended them!! and only them! they were the only shop I could go to. So I wasted a couple hours yesterday, trying to work with a tire shop they specifically sent me. Just to have a guy say go away to me! Good year is just wasting more of my time and money. Hoping I go away!

      On 05/04/2023 the customer called to initiate a tire warranty claim.  I called a dealer located in ************, ** to inspect the tires.  The dealer recommend the customer schedule a tire inspection appointment.  The dealer inspected the tires and determined the original equipment tires have been driven for ****** miles and are cupped.   I called the customer on 05/10/2023 and left a voicemail message at 4:28PM EST.  I understand the customer was unhappy with his experience and I offered to direct the customer to a different dealer for a new inspection.  I am still waiting for a response from the customer.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      Good year called around found me **** Tire company to inspect my tires. Good year sent me to **** Tire right away owner comes out.. Says he does not even want to deal with a warranty claim with Good year tire because he said his company does not get Reimbursed by Good Year 9 times out of 10. So now they want me to drive again to a shop in hopes someone helps me with an inspection? When the owner of the last shop comes out and and shuts me down before looking at the tires on my truck because his shop will lose money he said.. its not his issue, and his shop will take a loss because Good year Tire company will not actually refund the shop for the work. 

      So to spend another 3 hours of time and gas to go to another shop seems very unfair to me. You can come to me. Or send me to a shop and put new tires on ASAP Im not going to be the only one spending money and time. Its your turn. Hard for me to waste more time when these shops dont even want to deal with Goodyear.

      On May 4,2023 I went to JUST TIERS to purchase one tier it cost me 184.99 Invoice number is *****. On line they have a price match policy where it states if prior to making a purchase or within 14 days of purchasing you see a lower price on line or at any other area Just Tiers will match the lower price or refund 100%of the difference . I call and ask to speak with the store manager by the name of ****** . I told him i have seen a lower price and I wanted to price match he told me he had never heard of such thing . I told him it was on line on the just tiers to look it up he then ask where did i see it ?
      I told him it was at ******* for 139.44 dollars. Then he told me that he couldn't price match it because it is a whole sale store . I told him that on line it doesn't mention anything about been a whole sale store. then he said he doesn't have the power to give money like that. I have been to another Just Tiers in ******** and was able to price match the tier from ******* the manager just ask to bring him a copy of the price shown of the exact same tier . Please help in getting back the difference of 45.55 dollars .

      went to this business the first time ever and was quoted a specific price for tires and alignment and was basically called a liar and was charged more for tires and didn't receive an alignment. Manager was very rude and argumentive and disrespectful. I tried to handle this as adults but she would not be reasonable at all. I was in shock the way i was treated my wife is a witness to it all i had her on speaker phone to hear it because we couldn't believe it. All she kept doing was making excuses. I couldn't do anything because the installed the tires . i would like to see a refund and a alignment and payed for the difference that was taken from me.

      Bought a new Toyota Corolla cross 2022 on August 30th 2022. I went to get my oil changed at Toyota of Scranton Pa and on the way home I got a flat. The tire is a defective tire (dealership said it had a nail which was not true) tried to charge me for 2 new front tires. This is a new car the outside wall is broken (warpped) this should not be since it's pretty much a new car and already having to replace tires is not right. Goodyear gave Toyota defective tires and I'm being charged $574.97 to replace them. I've called Toyota corporate and got no where called Toyota of Scranton got no where. No one is doing anything to help. I have a brand new car sitting in my driveway with flat tires. Im missing work and in jeopardy of loosing my job.

      Goodyear tires last approximately 3 – 4 years of consecutive usage. On average, Goodyear models such as the Assurance, Wrangler, and Eagle Tire families last for 50,000 miles (80,000 kilometers). So with that being said I feel that replacing my tires after 9 months 22,000 miles is wrong. And according to Goodyears website I should be covered under their general warranty and that is Tire-based coverage for 3 years: 
      Year 1 = Free replacement

      Instead Goodyear offered me to buy not 1 but all 4 new tires at a minimum discount. It still cost me $219.00 to get my tire replaced. Goodyear is a horrible company and did not make things right with one of their customers (Me)! The tire shop they sent me to (****) told me in his experience as a tire expert he believes companies like Goodyear uses thin rubber on the tires they put on new cars. And in my experience of being a new car owner I believe that as well. I've bought preowned vehicles where the tires last years in comparison.

      I purchased a set of 4 tires for installation through Goodyear on April 28th for Install at a local Mavis store on April 30th. The car had an unrepairable flat tire and is unoperable without the correct tires. On April 30th, I was informed that the store would not receive the tires on time and the install had to be pushed to Wednesday, May 3rd. Tires were supposed to be sent to the store on May 2nd. We dropped our car off on Tuesday night and found out the tires never made it to the store Tuesday. Mavis couldnt find any order in their system on when the tires would be there. After further calls and holds with Mavis store, Mavis corporate, and Goodyear, we were informed that the tires will be available by Saturday, May 7th for installation. We had to rent a car during this process. Resolution offered in the form of a 10% discount on the tires and waiver of installation costs is insufficient for the severity of this issue.
