I was having trouble opening one of the windows. Brian showed me an easy way to line up the windows after washing them. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly he came to fix my problem.

There were some minor issues with the install but when I called they were happy to send somebody out to fix issues (broken sash on install and one window floated). When Jim the service man came, he was VERY knowledgeable and was able to fix minor issue. Jim was also very kind and respectful! I am very happy with my windows and would refer to family and friends! I LOVE the warranty! Thank you to Universal Windows for your great customer service!Universal Windows Direct

Jake was very informative on not only the windows but also the company itself. All of my questions were answered and I feel confident I made the right decision going with Universal Windows Direct. We had 13 windows replaced. A crew of five men showed up at nine in the morning and we’re done by noon. They were courteous, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Our windows look great, and we are very pleased.Universal Windows Direct

From the initial appointment to install everything was great! Had windows installed in 7/2022. My cats tore one of the screens. They came back and replaced the screen along with a tilt latch that was broken. The do guarantee their windows and workmanship! I would highly recommend!Universal Windows Direct

Jake came to the house and was very informative on how the windows were made. He took the time to show us all about the windows. He measured and took into consideration what we were looking for and how we wanted the windows to look. He also worked to get us the best price. We can’t wait to have our windows installed. Overall, Universal Windows Direct made buying new windows a breeze. Denver and his crew did a great job installing our new windows. He answered any questions that we had & even showed me how some of the installation process worked. His crew was thorough; the aluminum trim was done perfectly and they left the house just as clean as when they arrived. The windows themselves are easy to open, lock, and clean due to the tilting option. I'm glad that I chose to use Universal Windows Direct.Universal Windows Direct
