      Products look nice however they are incredibly overpriced and the salesman was way too pushy. If I receive an estimate for $17k, but it could be $14k if I sign today.. then when I don’t want to sign today it miraculously drops to $10k it only tells me they were pushing a product at an astronomical markup, not that I’m getting an amazing deal. The salesman also made an insulting comment when he realized I was not willing to sign a contract the same day.

      When we signed the contract we were told our entryway would be in stalled in March 2023. They got their money the same day. It is now June 2023 and no entryway. We have been paying on this door since January 2023. March they told us the door wasn't ready. We weren't told anything after that. My husband would call and ask where our order was. They told us it's back ordered. Now they finally given an installation date of June 19. Today they called and left a message that they can't make that date. What is going on? We can't reschedule . My husband took off for this date. The following week I 'm having surgery and won't be up to having this done for a month. Very poor service. We feel like fools trusting you. This is not acceptable.

      Nothing but positive things to say about this company. Joey and Cody were fantastic on the installation, going above and beyond to utilize the original 1934 wood frame to maintain the look and aesthetic of the window.
      Whole house is of windows is finally done. If I ever move and need to replace windows, it will be with Universal.

      Jake was very professional showing us a great window with the super pacer technology. He was friendly and gave us a fair price. We really needed this done and are exited about the new windows.

      Ryan, my installer was excellent. He showed up on time, was professional and courteous and did a great job tearing apart my 100+ year old windows to make the new ones fit perfectly !! They look great! I’m getting compliments from all of my neighbors! So happy I choose Universal Windows Direct!

      Installation of the windows went well, clean-up could have been better and only when install was complete were we made aware that the glass would not be cleaned. I questioned why and was told that customers complain about the smell of the glass cleaner and some are allergic to the cleaner.
      The upper and lower grids do not line up and when I questioned this to the service department the answer was "the lower window unit is wider than the upper one"!

      Business neglected to respond to the 2nd item, "window grids in upper and lower window do not line up", lower glass is 1 inch wider than the upper glass, if all glass was measured from the center out for the grid installation they would line up!!!

      Excellent service. The installers were professional. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves …overall it was an excellent experience as a homeowner. We will definitely buy windows from them again.

      Sales person was terrific, and once they got out here, mike the installer was great & professional and got the job done and quick. I'm finally after 3 years enjoying the nice breeze in my house. Love it and the cat loves sitting in the window.
      1st pic is before.. the 2 others our now.. love them. And loved the value.

      I did not receive the custom windows I ordered. The windows I ordered were supposed to help muffle the outside noise, And help keep the heat and the AC in the house.They don't the noise is so loud it sounds like I have my windows open and I don't. I have called the company and I cannot get past the woman that answers the phone. She takes a message and no one gets back to me. I have asked for the sales person to get in contact with me and he hasn't. I paid a lot of money for custom windows and this is not what they gave me.
