I just had all of my windows replaced today on 09/24/2022. The windows came approximately Three weeks early. Steven, was the Crew Leader. The crew was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves ?? I highly recommend that you give Universal Windows Direct a call if you want or need your windows replaced.

Universal Windows Direct worked with us on finding the right windows for our home. They communicated well during the ordering and processing process letting us know an accurate timeline on when we could expect to have the windows installed in our home. They were prompt and professional the day of installation and were done quickly! Our windows look great and we can already tell a big difference in temperature control for our house within the first few days after installation!Universal Windows Direct

Terrible service and communication, they tell you 1 time that your windows will be in and then they make you wait 4-6weeks later and tell you that you have to wait. They measured wrong size for my windows 3 seperate times. Been 8 months and my job is not completed yet.Universal Windows Direct

I contracted with Universal to have the siding replaced on my house. The old siding was at least 50 years old, so it was overdue for a change. In just 2.5 days, the guys took down all the old siding, plus awnings and outdoor wood stairs I wanted gone, then gave my 98 year old house the glow up it deserved. I'm so happy with the results! I absolutely recommend Universal and Tim's crew for professionalism, efficiency, workmanship and overall quality.Universal Windows Direct

When the purchase price of new windows is the base price of brand new vehicle, you would expect a level of quality & professionalism commensurate with the money being spent. My wife and I had a installation set and the installers arrived with 1 window broke; another with scratches, and no caulking. And although they came as if they were ready to do the install, they clearly were not. So we did not allow them to proceed and politely ask them to re-schedule. We're hoping that Universal Window gets this corrected and even though companies claim this is a learning experience for them, if you've been doing this for as long as you claim, you should have it down to a science by now. If the second attempt goes better, I'll update the stars - until then, I will not recommend Universal Windows.Universal Windows Direct

Universal Windows is Wonderful. We had a 40inch window in our kitchen and decided to make it bigger. We had 2 double hung windows with a picture window in between which made it an 80inch window. It turned out fabulous.
Universal came out, measured what we needed and scheduled the job. The window & installation was built AND installed a month earlier than expected. WOW. The installers were neat, clean and fast.
Yes, I would recommend Universal Windows to have work done again and to future customers.
