      after 3 contract changed you would think that our order would be correct. it was not! we were never notified that the order was already in production and thst it could not be changed. we found this out when they were at our house to install. ATTENTION to detail has been thrown out the window since the pandemic. I had never had any problems like i did with our last 2 orders. WILL NEVER EVER deal with this company again. Dealing with Cody Hinkle is a lost cause and will say anything to you to get your order through! Very disappointed

      The installation was done very professional. Both men were courteous and all about the work. We had 2sets of windows and a sliding door...they did not stop till it was all done and cleaned up AND showed us how to work the one set with tilt in and sliding screens!

      Terrible instal and terrible customer service. After bumping our scheduled appointment twice causing us to take off two days of work team showed up to instal new sliding patio door, front door and storm door. The slider was not the correct size for opening. That didn’t stop them from jamming it in causing the frame to bow and not shut properly. The glass is wavy and seems to have debris inside the two panes of glass. Our existing interior trim was cut and no longer fit so they had to go to Home Depot and get new trim which is now left for us to paint. They left a a two inch gap on top of trim. Caulk was left dropped all over our patio floor. Storm door was not installed properly and does not close unless you pull hard. Techs came out (another day off work) they couldn’t fix anything, they confirmed all of my problems and took many pics. Found out storm door is missing several parts. I’m no genius but seems like installer should have realized that and not try to half ass instal a door that won’t function correctly. Who exactly are they sending out to instal their products. Customer service has been a joke. We now have to wait another month and a half to get functioning doors. I have a special needs child and we have to now keep two of our three doors permanently closed and locked for fear she will get out of the house unattended. Was told they will use my experience as a training opportunity for their crew. That’s great but where does that leave me? I asked for some sort of compensation and was basically laughed at.
