      The installer, Ryan ****** was polite, courteous, respectful of my home, and he did a wonderful job. He made sure things were all cleaned up. I reached out 3 times to the company to schedule the installation in October, but they started the production of the windows right away and they were installed August 25th . Wish they would cater to the customer's request. After all, the customer is paying a lot of money for the service. They gave me an option of storing the windows for an addition fee. That's wasn't going to happen with my limited budget.

      Show room is windows only. We asked to see sliding door operation. Door was not operable, in plastic wrap, lock and handle is not attached to door. We waist our time to stop by . Very dissapointed. Glad we was not prepaid for this installation.

      First off, the installer, Ryan ***** was wonderful. Very respectful of our home. He worked steady and did an amazing job. We were replacing a Patio door with two new windows. The result looked like the windows were always there.
      My complaint is because the sales person was supposed to get back to me regarding changing my order to full screens. Never got an update. I only received half screens. Called the office to ask about full screens. The windows were not in production yet and they still wouldn’t do it.
      My advice to you is hang onto this installer. He made the experience wonderful.

      Terrible work and experience. Just click the link or copy it and paste in your browser and you will see how bad this company truly is. The only solution is to take out the windows Universal Windows Direct installed and replace them with new Universal Windows Direct windows. The fact I had to get upset to get them out here sooner to fix their mistake was upsetting. If you go with this company and they mess up, their technicians do not work weekends so you will have to take time off of work for their mistake.       Our interior looks horrible, we were not told we weren't getting full frame. The windows do not fit, we have a two inch gap from the window to our frame. We were told they would fix it for an additional 1075, I'm not paying for something they destroyed. Not good customer service at all!! I will not be recommending them to anyone. They do not stand behind their work.

      The window installation couldn’t have been smoother! The two gentlemen that installed our windows were very professional, polite and took great care not to damage or dirty our home. Sales was exactly what was promised! Going to order additional replacement windows!
