  This company is a scammer a FRAUD, they called my husband they were quick to take our money no one came to check what we were moving you call them it takes a long wait to reach them they r the rudest people. They gave my husband a price then they ask for a written list of items with measurements fax to them and we sent it to them they pump up price by 700 more. They got to my house at 1:30 pm supposly from 8am. Then movers tell us that they can only load the boxes and maybe the top queen matress but no furniture so they call us interstate and they tell us 36 thousand and change then 5 mins later they call us asking for over 6,000 more and I find out thru the other company that which never told us that upon delivery they were going to charge us close to 3,000 more. I called them this guy was so rude to me why not he already scam my husband out of 1.500 DEPOSIT. BUNCH OF CROOKS SCAMMER S

  This company is a SCAM! NEGATIVE 10. In their contract you sign says NO MATTER what service they give you they will take your money and the credit card companies will do nothing.
  One of their workers even told me on the phone that she needed her job so she couldn’t tell me how to get out of it but the things they do to people in desperate positions is disgusting. This happens all the time to people trying to move. They know that you will pay more money to get your personal items. In our case one man with a truck showed up and asked my husband to help him move the heavy items. When we called for 2 days we didn’t get ahold of anyone and they wouldn’t give our money back or send another mover out.
  Finally we packed and moved ourselves. Cost us even more. We are still fighting with credit card companies to get our money back. Also, we have contacted an attorney.

  This is the worse company I ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, rude and off delivery schedule. No customers should ever use this company, especially military personnel or any military installation should never let this company on government premises.
  This company quoted me from Little rock air force base to Maryland for $4300 after I sent them pictures and videos of all items to be shipped. 15AUG2023, I spoke with Mrs. Anne on a recorded line and was told before paying a deposit of $1,290, that I was under a binding contract, meaning my price will never change; also told me I would receive my household good in no more than 10 days (01SEP2023).
  A day prior to pick up, their quality specialist called and receive the same pictures and video sent previously to the binding contract quote lady and was already trying to increase the quote to $8000. When I called Mrs. Anne again under recording line, I was advised not to worry because my contract was a binding contract, therefore the quality specialist did not have the right to increase pricing.
  First, on 21AUG2023, US Interstate and Rail LLC, sent me a an undocumented helper who was not allowed on military installation, therefore I had to help the driver myself moving my 3 bedrooms house. S
  Second, the company increased my quote $5,500, but still left most of the household goods listed on their initial quote.
  Third, I ended up taking a UHAUL container that was drop to my new house 09SEP2023, while the US Interstate brought my stuff 18SEP2023 and lost my new TV, broke my executive bookshelf, scratched the executive leather chair and broke my commercial shredder.
  I plan to file a claim against this company, sue them and make sure no one does business with this company.

  One star is way too high of a rating. 3 to four 4 weeks ahead of scheduled move, was quoted $9800.00, 3 days before move (after non-refundable deposit paid) "quality guy" called with the news they under quoted the move and needed another over $6000.00. We were handcuffed so OK we have to have everything out, then day of move, they called and said Original quote, and quality guy under quoted the job and need another $8251.00. No, move $16,000.00 plus not a penny more. Said it would be here 7 to 14 days tops. It's been 14 days and truck still has not left town. Looking at probably another 4 weeks for it to arrive, if at all. Do yourself a favor and please save yourself the headaches and get anyone else for your move. Total disaster and can't do anything about it, just out over $16000.00.

  "Unexpected Challenges with US Interstate and Rail Moving Company
  I found myself in an unfortunate situation with a company I didn't initially intend to hire. I had initially received a quote from a company called America's Moving and Storage for $4,201. It turns out they are somehow affiliated with the company I ended up with. My experience with them has been frustrating, to say the least.
  The trouble started when a rather impolite representative called, demanding immediate payment. Feeling cornered, I paid up. My move was scheduled for 6/28/23, and Luis, a representative from the company, arrived at my house to assess my belongings. To my shock, he informed me that the cost would be $9,415.16, nearly double the original quote. At that point, I had no choice but to proceed, as I had already given notice to vacate.
  Luis claimed he sent me an inventory, which I never received. He assured me that my belongings would arrive by 7/3/23. However, as of today, 9/6/23, I am still without my possessions. I have been in constant contact with the company, but their responses have been frustratingly vague and unhelpful. They keep telling me they are 'looking for a driver,' 'a driver has been assigned,' or 'the driver is in transit.' It's been an agonizing waiting game.
  I took the step of filing a complaint with the Department of Transportation (DOT), but even that has not yielded any meaningful assistance. I'm at a loss for what to do next. My family believes we have fallen victim to a scam, and the blame is unfairly falling on me for trusting this company. We've been sleeping on the floor, without our clothes and possessions. It's heart-wrenching to think that I paid for a service that hasn't been delivered.
  I'm in desperate need of help. My household has descended into chaos due to this moving ordeal. If anyone out there can offer guidance or assistance, I would be immensely grateful. I just want my belongings back and some semblance of normalcy restored to my life."

  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I am only moving what was stored in a Two car garage and they are charging me for extra space and the cost is over $10,000. They are CONS and take advantage of those moving! DO NOT USE! If I could I would of mark NO stars! THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH LOOKING INTO. I would of been better off renting the largest U-Haul truck for what I had and drove the truck myself, if I was able to drive. But they will add in items and unexpected charges. DO NOT USE!!

  If I could give zero ?? stars I would this is one of the most under the soil moveing company that I ever dealt with first of all let me first start off with saying that my price was initially supposed to be $980 for deposit $980 for pickup and $980 at delivery so which equals out too be $2940 but it went from $2940 too being $4300 they double the cubit feet SCAMMED they came to my home around 5:00pm on the day of pickup to pick up my items they waited in the truck for three hours before they started loading my items on the truck it was 10 o’clock at night when they left my home it took about four weeks for me to get my items and when my items arrive Everything was broken and damaged both of my screen tvs were broken and seven of my boxes in my chest of drawers were missing and was stolen customerservice kept telling me my boxes were found and then kept saying they don’t no where there are liars and SCAMMERS I had very important documentation that I needed that was in those boxes and now I will never see them again in life this stressful situation went on for almost 2 months I kept calling customer service and Machelle and Stacy and jeana are EXTREMELY rude and very nasty and care nothing for there customer MS AMY and MR BRADEN and MS SAM were all phenomenal sweet and kind with trying to locate my boxes ?? claims Did nothing to help there not going to pay me the full value for my tvs because they only pay for the weight and that’s like $20-25 dollars they said I have $10,000 insurance for any loss items I will like to no when and where because I didn’t get any thing yet i submitted 7 claims and I still didn’t get anything yet claims is doing nothing to help SO if you read this review and the other reviews, please take it seriously, this is not a real moving company is a third-party they are SCAMMERS they will break and damage and open and steal your items this company are liars and PLEASE LISTEN IM TRYING TOO WARN YOU spend your money some elsewhere. .

  This company is a complete scam. They quote you a price. Then the day of pick up someone comes to your house takes a video. Then they state you have more items (which I had less than what I told them.) and charge you about double what they quoted you. They then have multiple people call you to try to get you to signs different contracts then the original contract to confuse and scam you into paying more. Well we needed the items moved so we payed the extra price . Needless to say the items took 3 weeks to deliver and a few items were missing. So please don’t be fooled like we where stay far away from this scamming company.
