    One star is too much. They are a scam of a business. They quoted us over the phone for roughly $5,000. We went through everything we had, room by room, with the kind salesman who looking back was just roping us in. They told us the movers would be in contact with us leading up to the move and that we’d hear from them 24 hours before the scheduled moving day. We did not hear a thing. The salesman ghosted us. Movers eventually showed up in an unmarked truck wearing no company gear. They proceeded to look through our place and look at our stuff. He then told us our quote was off and we needed double the space we were quoted for and it’d be an additional $6,000. Do not do business with these scammers. They are just going to give you a low quote so they can get your deposit fee only to try and screw you the day of the move.

    Do NOT use this so called company. Luckily we got lucky and they didn't show up and so I called my bank to dispute on fraudulent charges and was able to get my money back. 2430 just for the deposit. When I called the original guy he ended up blocking me from communication. We ended up renting a uhaul for 2500, that included extra insurance that we paid for. That was from idaho to Alabama. Well worth the 2500 and received all the belongings. This company needs to be shut down

    Initially quotes $2400 on the move. The reserved cubic footage was only around 450 so it felt rather small. After the call with their inventory person 7 daya prior, the space they thought I needed increased to around 700 cu ft. More reasonable being that I previously moved with a 15ft uhaul truck multiple times. I purposely added another 50 cu ft for peace of mind after reading all the bad reviews that they refused to take items. That ended up being in the upper $3000s. I was told I would get a call the day before to confirm pick up day and time, I never did. I had to call them multiple times to figure out what day and time they were showing up. Customer service was not helpful at all said they basically didnt know and the movers would call. They messaged me at 2-3pm the day of to say they'll be here at 6pm. I woke up at 7am to sit at home until 6pm. When they showed up they upped the cost again to $4800 saying they needed 900 cu ft of space. Lies since I mentioned I moved my whole house in a 750 cu ft on multiple moves and my items have only decreased. They also charged me for servies not rendered like wrapping 4 furnitures when it was only done for 1 item that I didnt need them to wrap. They insist on these extra services and say we cant do it unless we do it this way that costs you extra money. The person I talked to on the phone also purposely hung up on me. Asked the person that called me back and he said the former guy got a call from another customer so he decided to drop my call without notice and pick that up instead. They are thieves

    I experienced significant frustration and disappointment with the delivery service provided by this company. Despite picking up my items on June 19, 2023, and setting an initial delivery date of June 22, 2023, my items were not delivered as promised. The lack of communication and failure to provide updates on the delivery status were particularly concerning.
    Throughout the process, I made multiple inquiries and received assurances of delivery "within the week" and a 24-hour notice call before delivery. These promises were not fulfilled. The delay in delivery, which extended beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, was unacceptable and led me to notify the company of my intention to file a claim.
    The company's response indicated efforts to deliver by August 11, 2023, but even that commitment was not met. Despite expressing ongoing patience, the items remained undelivered.
    Overall, the company's failure to communicate effectively, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and provide a reasonable solution to the delivery issue led to a highly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

    Worst service ever. Never showed up and I had to pay another company twice as much because my house closed and I had to be out. Worst communication between employees ever! I have never been so upset. What a racket. Renee K.

    I have waited 7 weeks for my furniture to get here from Louisiana. It will be 8 weeks Friday. They loaded our items on 6/11//23.
    I did not pay the extra for reserved guaranteed delivery since their quote stated delivery time 3 to 7 days. There was a language barrier upon loading my furniture as neither of the 2 men spoke English. They did not go by the itemized list as to what needed to be loaded; instead they took things that I was going to load in my car and bring myself. Due to this issue the final cost doubled in price from what I was originally quoted. With the price nearly doubling and the fact our furniture still has not arrived to our new location we are extremely upset.
    All we are being told is that a driver has “now” been assigned and we should be getting a call any day for delivery. We have been updated with that same statement for weeks now and no delivery as of 8/9/23. Any information as to expedite our delivery would be greatly appreciated.

    This company does not even deserve the 1 start I was forced to give them in order to submit this review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sketchy and unethical. They are extremely nice and supportive trying to get your business and once you give them a deposit the nightmare will begin. My move quote went up 3 times the original amount, claiming the volume of my goods was high. This is extremely false and I have pictures and measurements. I had no recourse of action. I moved a small 1 bedroom apt. The amount of money I paid tripled the original quote. I am missing items. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. I will be looking to initiate a lawsuit against this company. Save yourself the financial burden and emotional strain and rent a U-haul and hire labors to load your truck. This company is a bunch of crooks.

    I wish I could give this "company" a 0 star rating. First, I booked my move with Johnny. He told me that this company worked with the customers directly. As soon as I signed the contract, he wouldn't answer any of my calls regarding my move. Fast forward to my move a couple of weeks later; I was told my things would be picked up on a Tuesday or Wednesday. In the middle of my scheduled pick up time on Wednesday, I got a phone call saying the movers would not be there until the next day. My things were picked up the next day. I then had to make payments via Venmo, as the movers would not accept a credit card, so this was a red flag, but I needed my things moved ASAP. I received an invoice from a third-party moving company two days after my things were picked up, demanding that I pay more money. This invoice stated that I needed to pay for 70% of my move before delivery would be set up, even though I had originally been told I only needed to pay 50%. After calling both US Interstate and the third party company every day for a week, I finally found out that US Interstate had passed my moving contract on to this other company, so they refused to answer any questions I had. The third party company did not process my payment until nine days after I paid, even though I paid on Venmo and those transactions go through immediately. No one would tell me when my delivery was, just that I needed to "wait a day and be patient". After almost three weeks, my things were delivered (my delivery date was also pushed back a day with absolutely no warning). I was charged an extra $100 for Venmo fees, even though that was one of the few accepted payment methods. I finally got my things, and my dresser was scratched in multiple places, and my nightstand drawers are all broken. The fact that this company has a C+ rating honestly blows my mind because THIS IS A SCAM.

    It ended being twice the initial quote. Thats how they sign you. And then, they only single wrap your wood and leather so when it shows up, if ifhe furniture shows up, its damaged. Just about every piece. Also, i signed a contract stating the estimated deliver window was a span of 2 days; but then we get a call saying they will.arrive one day early, and if we cant be there (tbis was a different state than moving from) they will put our stuff in storage and then we will have to pay for that, plus redelivery. I worked with a Matt Harris on the phone before move. When everything went awry he didnt answer my calls or return them. He said he was an alter boy. Literally. Also, they demanded cash on delivery. CASH! Shady, shady, shady, across the board. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM it is ALL A SCAM. My kids could have moved our furniture more carefully than they did and it would have saved us 8500$. I will make sure everyone I speak to knows this.
