  ITS A SCAM! Read the complaints and the company's response. All estimates, pick-up dates and delivery dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed!
  What kind of moving company cannot estimate and fulfill a pick up and delivery time to the T?! Outside of an unforseen disaster, what part of logistics don't they understand? They don't have any logistics people better than this? And for estimating the cubic feet of a load; they don't do any math ahead of time or at the time. They get some moron to do their bidding and simply double the cubic feet, wait until the bitter end and get you to sign under duress.
  THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION! THEY ARE STEALING FROM THE HARD WORKING AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO TRUST THEM TO PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE! THEY HIDE THE BAD REVIEWS FROM EASY ACCESS ONLINE.
  THEIR ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO OFFER YOU A DISCOUNTED MOVE IN THE FUTURE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AFTER BEING SCAMMED ONCE, WHY WOULD YOU DO IT AGAIN??? WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?

  The move was the nicest I've ever experienced. They conducted a thorough inventory of our belongings in the most polite and effective way possible. Despite the stress that comes with moving, Donald helped my family make the process more tolerable. Once more, thank you for making things look simple and for handling my belongings with care.

  Same experiences as everyone else. All the sales techniques were too good to be true! Upon arrival of movers we had to pay additional due to boxes and having to pack breakables, then sign the bill of lading of 24 pages while on the phone and then pay deposit. Then, the delivery window is 6 & 1/2 weeks after pick up of our belongings. Our belongings are sitting in a warehouse in Iowa! We call every day and no help with an approximate delivery date!

  DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!! If I could give ZERO Stars I would! They originally quoted us about $6k to move our 3 bedroom house from Phoenix, AZ to Denver, CO and then also gave us 2 months of free storage..or so they said. We paid them 1/3 of the quote that day. On the day of the move, they showed up, and took 5 hours to wrap up our furniture (We had already packed all of our stuff in boxes ourselves). Then at 6pm, while I was trying to put our 5 month old baby down for a nap, they pressured us into signing a new contract because they told us we had more stuff than they had originally quoted us. They would not load our stuff onto their truck unless we signed. (Such a Red flag, we should have sent them away). The new quote was for $10k! We called Customer Service and they explained that they would be sending a new contract once they got our stuff to their storage where they could properly measure the room we would be taking up. We foolishly believed that BS. We paid another $3k that day to them. By the end of the night, one of the guys wouldn't help move anything else, and my husband had to move our things himself. They also wouldn't let us load about $3k worth of patio furniture, because it wasn't on their original video they took when they first got there. This was never explained to us. They called us a week later and told us they were arriving in Denver and needed an address to drop off our stuff. They told us we were no longer getting 2 months of free storage and if they had to store our stuff for any period of time, we would be charged $2,600 - on top of the $4,500 they were demanding just to get our items off the truck!!! They would also only take Cash.. it was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. We were completely Scammed! DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE AWFUL. If anyone who has been scammed by them would like to file a lawsuit with us, they are deserving of a Class Action, and we will join in!! They do not deserve to be in business, they belong in jail!

  These movers are the kings of coordination. They orchestrated my move like it was theirs's own, each mover playing their part flawlessly.

  I've used the services of US Interstate And Rail, LLC once more. They perform an excellent job and take great care while handling delicate items. They made a rapid and seamless shift.

  Can’t give 0 stars. I was initially quoted one price and a few days prior to move I had removed a couple of items from that list. With first quote I told them my sectional sofa was 3-pieces but huge and most this size were 4 pieces and explained that from one corner to one end it was over 10’ and from corner to other end was also over 10’. Before final call I was asked to have measurements of items so I pulled exact manufacturer measurements and I was only off 3” on each end of sofa from my original estimate when setting my transport. 3 days before pickup they more than doubled my cost because of sofa. So I said forget it I’d sale sofa or store at son’s. The day movers arrived they said that I’d have to pay for sofa space weather they took it or not, so I said take it and with exact manufacturer measurements they turned around and charged me yet again another $400. I was told it would be 10 days to arrive and I asked that it be 10-12 days as I was driving from — to — and had just had knee replaced and I would need this time. Now I can’t seem to get a straight answer and am being told that it will be 21 business days. The movers who US interstate sub-contracted with are never open or don’t answer phone and I believe US interstate themselves is unable to reach them. I will be contacting attorney tomorrow (Monday).

  Bait and switch company. Will give you a quote for items listed then the company will send a UHaul with only 2 guys and tell you the quote given won’t even fit the items that are on the inventory list. A 1-bedroom apt cost $6k in the end. Plus paid for full pack and movers came with no idea it was and had no supplies that were pre-paid. It’s a scam so stay away. Never been treated so badly by a company as a paying customer. Drew Johnson who claimed to be a manager was rude and a jerk. Company doesn’t understand that moving is stressful; just want your $ and entraps you so you have no choice but to pay what’s due at pick-up. BBB to come next.
