All the money we have spent over the years to them to be treated like ****. Elizabethtown has descent items but horrible management “Judy” and staff act like their leader. The Louisville location has a great manager Billy but they don’t seem to giver her the good items. If you are sick you don’t get a grace period. I lost about $500 worth of items because my husband and myself had Covid and pneumonia. My auction was due to be picked up by Friday by Tuesday at one I lost all my items. Totally ***** considering we had a fire and lost all our items and there were items that we were trying to replace. Lost it all due to being respectful to others by not walking In and possibly risking getting others sick. You used to get 4 day grace period, then 2 day and then boom nothing! We all spend that money we should be allowed a one day grace period.BidFTA

I am unable to find any record or any correspondence from this individual. It would be difficult to respond to this review without knowing the exact issue. Our warehouses are on strict schedules and do not have the luxury of holding items for extra days when the bidders cannot make their removal days. The auction removal days are posted on every auction as they are running and on every receipt once the auction closes. The removal days are not a surprise.Review fromHershel G

1 starPurchased 2 pallets as OPEN BOX had to take the entire 2 pallets to the dump and paid $200 for the pallets, paid 60 for the uhaul and then another 60 to get it all dumped. I simply emailed them letting them know about the pallets condition and that I felt that the pallet should have been labeled as a Salvage pallet instead of Open box. I did NOT ask for a refund but simply waited for a reply. After 2 days I go to log in and discover that they have completely suspended my account. What kind of customer service is that? No reply, Just suspended my account for showing intelligence and knowing when I've been done wrong. This is %100 a scam company that needs to be shut down. Please, If you're considering doing business with them....DON'T. All of their pallets are TRASH and they use obscure photos that literally show THE BEST trash you're getting. It's horrible and they should be in JAILReview frommitchell w

Absolutely a joke. Do not waste your time. We bought 3 items over $200. Couldn't find any Items we purchased. So many people there you couldn't even park. We decided not even to attempt to talk to the workers because of the lack of workers and the amount of people that were there trying to pick up their stuff. The line to Check out had over a hundred people. Once again an absolute joke.BidFTA

We offer 4 removal days for pick *** at most of our locations. While there is always a bit of a line for removals at the warehouses, unfortunately, due to staff shortages, lines have been longer than usual recently. We are constantly working on making checkout processes faster while being able to accurately get bidders items verified and checked out. A few pick up tips to help avoid the long waits:Arrive close to opening- most places its 1:00. Usually, you can get in, grab your items and be out relatively quickly. If you are a BidFTA+ member, you can attend early removal for most locations!Try to make removals before known rushes- lunch times, after 5 Bring help with you- helps to make finding items quicker and can help with getting checked out faster also if you need cage items.Come with the "it might take a while" mindset. Prepare yourself mentally for some crowds and for searching for your items- sometimes going into it with a positive mindset can make all the difference!Dont wait until the last possible day at the last possible hour to pick up.Review fromdaphne d

If you are diligent and dont pay half of the msrp on items you havent put your hands on, you can snag some wonderful deals here. You just have to pay attention. too many crotchety morons who see the item description, dont look at the pictures and then bid it to 75% of MSRP to be mad about it not being perfect. In short, read, use your eyes. Great deals for the wise!BidFTA

BIDFTA Mansfield Ohio can be reasonably summed up as SCAM. Pay close attention to open package and closely examine contents as it is likely not what was pictured on bid site with manufacturers photo and not actual item. Had purchased air rifle on site. Had my wife pick up package and by appearance of sealed package on bid site, did not check contents. Opened at home and $20 toy air soft pellet gun enclosed. Tough luck was corporate reply. Got me once, they just got a frequent buyer beware commentator.BidFTA

Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience using our website and to get some great deals as well. In order to do that, you will want to familiarize yourself with our item descriptions and how items are lotted. We deal in secondary market items. Secondary market means, these could come from customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls or display/floor models. We have no way of knowing if a customer used the item prior to returning the item or if the supplier simply had too many and sold them to us as overstock. We state clearly in writing throughout the website, the terms and conditions and even signs in our warehouses that we do not test items, we do not assemble items, and we dont verify part lists to confirm completeness. We use 6 different kinds of descriptions when lotting items:Brand New, Appears New, Open Box, please Use Preview, Unverified Condition and Damaged. The following are the definitions for each that are posted in the terms of our auctions: Condition of Brand New: Brand New items are new and unused merchandise. It may not be in its original packaging. They should perform as expected. If you pick up your item and it is not new, or does not work, you can return that item before you leave the pickup location. These items are guaranteed for functionality and completeness. A bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item is not brand new the bidder MUST report this at the warehouse prior to leaving the premises. Once the bidder has left the premises with the item, Fast Track It cannot issue any refund for issues arising with the item Condition notation of "Appears new": these are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness -for items that are marked "appears new" a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when picking up. If the item does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidder MUST report this to 2MC Management, Inc. prior to leaving the premises. Once the bidder has left the premises with the item, 2MC Management, Inc. cannot issue any refund for issues arising with the item. Keep in mind that an item can be listed as Appears New and still be incomplete if the parts available are in Appears New condition. Condition Notation of "Open Box" "Please Use Preview" or "Unverified Condition": Items marked "Open Box" "Please Use Preview" or "Unverified Condition" indicate that they could come from a multitude of circumstances - shelf pulls, overstock, returns. These items could be incomplete and have not been tested for functionality. Taking advantage of the listed inspection days is strongly recommended for these items. 2MC Management, Inc. cannot issue refunds on these items if there are issues arising. Condition notation of "Damaged": Items marked "Damaged" could be new or used, but are noted to have certain damage. If possible, items will have secondary photos that display the damage, but are not still not tested for completeness and functionality and could have more damage than found upon being inventoried by 2MC. 2MC Management, Inc. cannot issue refunds on these items. Being familiar with these terms is very important as to how the items condition is assessed. They are also important to know because they tell whether or not your item can be refunded. You'll want to inspect all of your items prior to leaving the warehouse. Plug them in, take them out of the boxes, see how they work. If they are lotted as "Brand New or Appears new" and there are any issues, you can discuss a refund with the removal staff at that time. However, if they are lotted as "Open Box", "Please Use Preview", Unverified Condition or "Damaged" and once they've left the premises, they are no longer eligible for a refund. We always recommend doing a little homework online for larger purchases. Double check to see how many boxes the item should be in. That way you'll know if your item is complete or not. An item can be listed as Appears New and still be incomplete if the parts available are in Appears New condition. All of these terms are posted in every auction and must be agreed to in order to place a bidReview fromMatthew C.

We won an appears new, King bed frame and were very excited (it was fairly expensive). We got it home and started putting it together and it turned out to be a Queen. We contacted customer service to let them know the item was incorrect and that there was no way to check the item without fully unboxing it at their facility. Also there were no labels on the box to indicate King vs Queen. We received a generic response back saying to fully inspect the item and we will not receive a refund. I guess if you do decide to use BIDFTA, make sure you fully unbox your items in their facility and ensure it’s even more of a madhouse than it already is.BidFTA

BIDFTA charges money monthly to use the "Search" feature of their app. The feature has been failing time and again for several months. In the middle of a search through the purchased feature, the app will suddenly log you out, and tell you that you have to log back in. It's VERY frustrating, time consuming, and causes the loss of your search or item you were bidding on. You have to log back in, start all over by typing in the search again, then repetitively scroll through pages and pages of what you've already seen just to try to find where you were before you were inconveniently logged out. It happened during 5 searches tonight in a very short period of time. I've brought this to BIDFTA's attention (first email on January 2nd) through their customer service email system (as it had happened many times before finally getting frustrated enough to email and complain). I keep getting a form letter type return, followed by a message basically saying they are working on it. Their customer service representative "Jen" has eventually become very argumentative and misleading. I've asked her (and at least one other representative) roughly 10 times via email for them to refund the money that I've paid over the last 4 months for the feature (since it has been messing up), and for it to be made right. I would like them to stop charging until it is functioning properly again, after all, we're paying for a service that we are not properly getting. I have an email thread with more than 20 emails, with screenshots of the failure messages, but it clearly isn't enough for BIDFTA to honor my request and make this right.BidFTA

The app was experiencing technical issues- as all apps tend to do from time to time. When it was discovered, it was reported to the IT Team who began a fix for it. The issue has been fixed, total time of it logging people out was about 2 weeks. During that time, other features of the BidFTA+ membership were still available such as Member's Only" auctions and early pick *** which is why no refunds for any past subscriptions were given. The offer was extended for ******************** to cancel his membership until the fix is completed, but he declined that offer.Review fromAshley B.

I won a bid on a pallet that “appears new.” EVERYTHING on that pallet was clearly used. Scratches, dents, rust, missing pieces, etc and nothing functioned whatsoever. One item, an air fryer, caught fire while checking for function and could’ve easily caught my kitchen/house on fire. I emailed about the problem, and they sent me an email in return basically telling me I’m out of luck.

****Because of the lack of an itemized lists of items on it, pallet lot auctions are non-refundable and not eligible for a Courtesy Refund.”
Don’t waste your money. Certainly don’t think that they care about the consumer.BidFTA

Pallet lots are non-refundable. There is no itemized list of what is contained in the pallet lots. Therefore, we would no know if items were removed or not if bidder's returned them. We always recommend going to the locations and inspecting the items in person to see if they are something you would feel comfortable bidding on. Every location has inspection days when this can be done.Review fromDeborah M

1 starThis place is a joke. They take your money and only refund if it says “ appears new” or “new”. They take pictures of things that are misleading when they could be honest about the condition of the item. Like taking a picture of an item that is completely busted on one side but choosing to only show the side that isn’t broken. This location has the rudest people I’ve ever met. They are not there to help you find your stuff that’s a fact. I stopped bidding on things there after the last time I went to pick up and one of my items was covered in mouse urine and feces. I put my hand right in it as I reached to pull it forward off a rack. That place is disgusting.
