      Would give zero stars if that was an option.
      The week before Thanksgiving we paid to have a dumpster delivered to our home. We asked to have the dumpster for one week, and we paid for one week.
      The next week we expected it would be picked up but it never was. No big deal, it was a holiday week and we figured that threw it off.
      But they didn’t come the next week. And then started the issue of getting it removed.
      The tenants that are renting the home as well as my husband and myself made multiple attempts to reach someone about having it removed. We were unable to get through, were told there was no record of there being a dumpster there (even though it was there taking up the driveway). They would tell my tenant to have me call and then I would call and be told that they hadn’t talked to anyone and didn’t know what was going on.
      Fast forward 2.5 months and we finally get someone who says they can have it removed if we pay $458 in additional fees because we didn’t call to have it removed.
      They then attempted to tell us they have no record of us calling, despite multiple attempts being made over the 2.5 months.
      So after a total of $1300 we have decided to cut ties with Rumpke completely, canceling our weekly service and we will be supporting local businesses.
      I strongly advise anyone considering Rumpke to learn from our experience.

      I can see that Rumpke is consistent, as my compliant is similar to the others. I pay for a service and I found it to be subpar. When Rumpke employees do decide to empty my trash bins they are sloppy and poorly done. They leave trash scattered all over the ground and it wasn’t there before their pickup. Isn’t sanitation and waste concerned about the environment. I’m not saying pickup every bit trash, but it always looks worse than before they came.
      I understand that being a trash must be a disguising job but there should be some environmental standard the employees must uphold. I obligated by my city to use Rumpke services and I pay promptly and cleanup all the trash they leave behind. I wish I could get Waste Management back because they seemed to have better employees.

      Driver intentionally did not pick up on Monday - then again on Thursday leaving our business to deal with a week's worth of trash. The company promised us to have someone out Friday morning - they never showed up. Then promised to have someone out Saturday morning - they never showed.
      It's obvious this company has zero concern for their customers. And it is equally obvious they have no desire to hold their employees accountable for providing customer service, as this driver has been a continual problem and reported on numerous occasions.
      Blatantly lying to a customer is unacceptable at any level. Doing it twice is incredibly unprofessional.

      Worst online billing of any company I ever dealt with. I travel a lot for work and I'm never home. Auto pay has way to many issues. All my other auto pay providers the payment process works just fine. My trash collection was shut off because auto pay wasn't working. No notice from Rumpke. Just stopped collecting. Wife was very upset. Happy wife, happy life.

      We got Rumpke's service on Dec 23, 2022. Dec 28 was the first and only time they picked up the garbage.
      When we called the lady I talked with, assured us that they could pick up the garbage in the driveway since there is a school next to this house and it is dangerous. I've called at least 3 times a week, sent emails, and our trash hasn't been picked up for 3 weeks. They have not responded to my emails and they told me that it would take 10 business days to give us an answer. I also told the lady I spoke to today when our garbage could be removed and she did not give us an answer

      My son is my neighbor and picked up some of my trash and the driver realized this and I was sent an invoice. I called Rumpke was told they would remove the invoice. 6 months later right after Christmas I get another invoice. When I call Im told the driver again saw boxes with my address. I explained that the holiday just past and shipping boxes w gifts may have different addresses. The rep the. Told me I needed to show proof of invoices from another waste removal company. I then spoke w a manager Aubrey who was not helpful and very rude which caused me to raise my voice. Your reps are horrible and you are so hard up for customers you now go through customers trash LOL Rumpke your service is horrible and thats why I go through someone else and now my son will too

      This isn't the first time we have had issues with Rumpke. It took us over three months to get our spare can. Last week we were told trash was a week behind due to weather. Yesterday 12/30/2022 was our pick up. It was going on four o'clock so I decided to call and see if trash was getting picked up. I was told if not that day it would be the following morning today 12/31/2022. So we saw the Rumpke truck got every house but ours! Our bill is up to date. This is very unacceptable.


      Update spoke with a supervisor about trash pick on 1-3-23 still no trash pick up. Our yard smells like a landfill two almost three weeks of trash just sitting. Almost a month of service we pay for and didn't receive. This is unacceptable. No one should have to go almost three weeks without trash pick up. We are the only house on our street not to get serviced. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Rumpke has not picked my trash in almost 3weeks I keep calling and they say they will return in 24-48 hrs no one ever shows up not getting anywhere with this company. Cancelled my service
