      They pick up p consistently, and when there is an object that is oversized to pick up, it is easy to call them and arrange it. The billing is reasonable.

      These guys work hard in any type of weather, always on time, even on holidays. And I appreciate that Rumpke picks up yard refuge.

      We have been Rumpke customers for years. No complaints. They communicate well through email. Driver is courteous, we had Rodney forever, he and my husband became friends ??. Our new driver is doing really great!

      We have had Rumpke services for several years and have never experienced any issues with our service. Holiday schedules rarely change our regularly scheduled day.

      We have had no problems with Rumpkes service. I always get an email notification when service will be delayed due to a holiday and service resumes promptly the next day. Their drivers have always been professional and courteous. No complaints at all.

      We used another company when we first moved into our neighborhood; the one thing we noticed was that our bill was increasing every few months. When I became responsible for paying my parents' accounts & saw how much less their bill was, I called Rumpke to see if they provided service in our neighborhood. They do; we switched, & we have never regretted it. They are excellent about informing us of any upcoming holidays or changes, are flexible when we have "extras" we need to include in our trash, and have never, ever left a mess or failed to pick up when they are scheduled. I mean, really! What more can you ask!!

      I have been doing Business with Rumpke for 13 years now and am very pleased with their service. The drivers are nice to deal with and they always leave our Container in a safe location out of the road! The People in the office are nice to deal with as well. I only recommend businesses I have done business with, that meet my standards for good Service! Rumpke has been a pleasure to do business with and I recommend them to everyone.
