  Excellent service, pricing is very reasonable, the pickup is always on the day that is scheduled. Service is the best we have had with the 4 other companies we have had since we moved here 30 years ago.

  The only reason why I left 1 star ….. is because there was not an option for no stars. My residential can was not dumped. I called and was told that the driver made an attempt to dump it and was afraid of spilling something out of the can. I reviewed my ring doorbell images and no attempt was made to lift the can. When I called and spoke to Juanita his supervisor she informed me that he will not be coming back and that I needed to get overflow bags and empty my trashcan out and put the items in the bags. I have three pieces of 4 foot siding one garbage bag with household waste and a large cardboard box in the can no loose trash. The explanation was that their drivers don’t get out of the truck anymore for safety concerns. we are stuck with this service because Xenia has a contract with them. I probably wouldn’t be complaining if this was not my first issue I have lost a 4 foot square patch of grass when their automated machine slammed my canned down and destroyed my grass I’ve had to pick trash up all around my yard from where a bag ripped my wife has to leave her car in the middle of the street and move the cans from the middle of our driveway three out of four times that the trash is picked up

  Worst customer service ever, I am 62, had knee surgery and my tote got some rain in it, the driver has refused it for 2 weeks now, I even tried to empty some water from a wheelchair, they pick up couches etc but a a heavy tote? I will contact the BBB

  For 3 months our trash has been picked up every other week if that. When I call for someone to come get the trash, no one ever came. Not once. Then THEEE WEEKS went by with no service and no one came out when I called. FINALLY someone came at 21 days and only took the trash from the two cans. Not the two extra weeks of trash sitting there in bags. Now I’m having to fight to be refunded for service That Rumpke was REFUSING to give? That is really bad business.

  I have no issues or complaints about Rumpke. The trash pickup driver in our area is very friendly and courteous.

  Overall I'm pleased with the service. Only complaint is how little I am able to have taken away for a special pickup. Perhaps, they would offer customers ability to drop off pickups at a landfill or drop off site so that they are wait week for week to get garbage out of yard.

  I have no issues with Rumpke service. The guys are kind and place my trash can where it is. When I had an issue I called and the issue was recognized and had no problems thereafter it was minor. Not every job is perfect and if someone thinks it is they need to look at their own backyard. I had something I wanted to get rid of but it was too heavy and was on a dolly, The guys went and got it and disposed of it (this is above and beyond). I say THANK YOU to the workers. This job isn't easy and they are dealing with everyone's trash, these guys are most likely to get ill. Thank you Rumpke you have a great group of workers.

  Rumpke took over for another trash service when they retired and closed. In 4 weeks since they took over we have had 2 weeks that they picked up. One of those 2 times we had to call and they picked up 2 days late. The other 2 weeks we called and was told to leave it out and they would pick up. We are still waiting. We have called another service because we are tired of waiting on Rumpke. Their home office has said they will refund our money but we will have to wait. We've heard that before from them.

  We have used Rumpke for many years. They are reliable and efficient. They send reminders when there are holidays upcoming. They never miss a pickup.

  I had been with ** ****** ******** since I moved in to my house in 1985. To say the least, I wasn't happy when I heard that I'd have to transfer to a new company. However, I've been pleasantly surprised because I love the service I get with Rumpke. They are very timely in their pickups and I really appreciate how they communicate if there will be any changes to the overall weekly schedule during holidays. I rated Rumpke at 5 stars and recommended them to my neighbor two doors down.
