      I am very happy with the service they provide. They let you know in advance of the holiday schedule the last company did not let you know so sometimes your trash would sit for a couple of days. I hope they continue to serve this area.

      New service has not been picked up in three weeks. We started the service and placed the cans at the road the night before scheduled pick up on friday. The cans sat all day and that eveing we called and they told us to leave them and someone would come by and get them. Saturday morning they were still full. we left them as instructed an received a call on sunday saying they would be picked up monday. Monday evening still full we called and they stated it was 24 business hours so i told them we were at 48. they stated then up to 72 hrs. wednesday they sent someone and they dumped. this next day we set them at night for friday pick up. again no pick up so we rolled them back and assumed they felt they were here two days prior. So this past friday they were placed and by lunch time no pick up was made. after 12 pm we began calling and each hour was told they were scheduked and the dispatch agreed with pick up. By friday evening at 4 still no pick up after 4 calls. They told us we would receive a credit and a manager would call. after they closed they called the the number on file not the number given. Monday 8-22-22 i have two calls and each promised a call from the manager and still no call and cans are full at the road again. I have four neighbors that seen we switched and ask about service because they were equally interested but now have seen our cans at the road for days and weekends and agreed the bad service they have is better than my new service. the only thing good so far is the office answers the phone i says they will have you contacted but you will not get the call and your cans will go for days at the end of your drive. it's been another half hour since last request and still no call recieved or cans emptied. I'm into second call already. since this last friday we have called 8 times , still full cans. contacting AG and Mayor next. Geez how lazy Americans have become.

      You have to watch this company they will attempt to bill you for services that they have not provided pay attention to your bill also pay attention to if you cancel service the remainder of what you owe them they will try to bill you for service that they have not provided yet I encountered this once before and had to straighten it out I got better things to do with my time than to correct a business billing account.

      They have missed picking up our garbage again. Sometimes they say that it is because our garbage was not out even though I put it out the day before. I think that its because we are the only one on the street And the truck driver does not want to come down our street. We will be changing to another company on Monday

      Ive had bad experiences with rumpke for awhile. But this last month has been horrible. Theyve broken my garbage can that I have to replace. My garbage can is thrown all over. I am woken up at 2-2:30 every Thursday morning. This has been going on for a few years. Im fed up with them and they really dont care. Ive called twice now with no resolving the issue. Now I am taking videos at 2:30 am and pictures of my garbage can thrown around. Republic here I come after 40 yrs with rumpke.

      Very poor service-several missed pickups and the response is always they will be back out in 24-48 hours to pick it up. This time they did not come back out. We pay for trash pick up and should not have to call repeatedly due to their drivers not doing there job. I would not recommend
