This is a corporation that doesn't care about consumer feedback or concerns. I've gone down and sat in the corporate office for an hour without anyone coming out to talk to me. The store down the street from corporate office are very rude and disrespectful. If I was stealing products, I'd be treated better than when I told the clerk whatever several times who then yelled for security. I will go to ***** from now on. This store is garbage

Kroger delivery service in Florida misleads you with the Kroger offers to take a certain dollar amount off your purchase if you order a certain dollar amount. When I placed an order with a Kroger offer of $35.00 off when you purchase $175.00 or more in groceries, upon checking out I reviewed the receipt and noticed that I was not given the $35.00 off as advertised by Kroger. So I called Kroger customer service and was told that Kroger would apply a $35.00 credit on my next purchase order with Kroger delivery service. I believed Kroger and made another purchase a month or so later. However, no $35.00 credit was applied to my recent purchase. So I called Kroger customer service again and yet again I was told that I would have to make yet another purchase with Kroger to obtain my $35.00 credit. In short, do not believe Kroger when they say a credit will be applied. In short, do not sign up for Kroger delivery service.

I order groceries online because Krogers in Ann Arbor, Michigan only has self checkout that fails every single time you scan an item. EVERY SINGEL TIME. However, On Friday, September 20th, I made a grocery order that was canceled without notice. This forced me to scramble to feed my family. I made a second order on Monday, September 23rd and it was scheduled for morning delivery. Itw as rescheduled WITHOUT NOTICE for between 1:00 and 3:00 - a time when I would not be at home. If Kroger is going to have exclusively self checkout, they need their machines to function correctly or actually pay people to do checkout like every other store on earth. if Kroger is going to have grocery delivery, they need to PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTICE of cancelations and delays and not force customers to go on a hunt to figure out why their food hasn't arrived.

Tampa Kroger Delivery has twice arbitrarily cancelled our delivery order with no explanation or apology. Summarily cancelled. Rude and unprofessional. The second time has prompted this complaint. Kroger evidently likes to wield their power in just who gets their paid delivery. Calls to the center felt like they wanted me to say I had not paid for the delivery, at least that was the tone of the spokesperson. I am too old to play games with some peon on the phone from Kroger **** impugning my intelligence and honesty. All for shopping at Kroger! ******, here I come. They don't try to bamboozle or fool me.

I WAS STING BY A BEE ON 09-16-2024, AT THE GEORGIA KROGER LOCATION WHILE PUMPING GAS. THE EMPLOYEE WHO SAW THE NEST SAID SHE WOULD REPORT IT BUT DID NOT. I DROVE ACROSS THE STREET TO THE STORE AND WATCHED HER WALK TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO HAD AN ATTITUDE AND DID NOT CARE. HE COLLECTED ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A COPY OF THE INCIDENT REPORT. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A LADY WHO MADE A REPORT AND GIVE ME A CASE #. I FOLLOWED UP TODAY 09-17-2024 AND INSIST THAT THEY DO SOMETHING BEFORE SOMEONE END UP IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A DEADLY REACTION TO A BEE STING. THE EMPLOYEE I SPOKE WITH TODAY SAID SHE IS WORKING ON IT. NO ONE CARES. THEY DIDN'T ASK HOW ARE YOU FEELING. WHERE IS THE CEO FOR THIS COMPANY. OR THE EXECUTIVE OR THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE? DO THESE PEOPLE WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY EVEN HAVE A HEART OR CARE!!

Someone should look at their business practice. They advertise prices on the item and now you have to have a virtual coupon no one tells you about. I was charged more than double for my items then had to stand in line at customer service. I even used my kroger ID. This is deceptive practices for sure!

These stores are gouging the consumer. Other stores charging $4.00 for butter and 2.50 for cheapest eggs, while Kroger is charging 3.79 for cheapest eggs and over $8.00 for pound of butter.
I hope consumers wake up to these deceptive business practices.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Delivery Experience with Kroger Fulfillment Center Driver Brittny on 09/15/2024 Dear Kroger Customer Service Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a profoundly concerning incident during a recent delivery from your fulfillment center. This particular delivery took place on September 15, 2024, at approximately 8:50 AM at my mother’s condominium. The conduct exhibited by one of your drivers, Brittny, during this interaction, was highly unprofessional, offensive, and a clear violation of Kroger’s core values, which you have prominently displayed as being foundational to your organization’s operations and customer relations. As a loyal customer who has relied on Kroger’s Home Delivery services since the opening of Fulfillment Center 01, my family has always had positive experiences with your company. We have consistently trusted Kroger to provide a seamless, respectful, and supportive delivery process, especially given our specific needs. Unfortunately, this experience with Brittny has left us feeling frustrated, disrespected, and questioning the standards of service we had come to expect from Kroger. The Incident: At around 8:50 AM on September 15, 2024, Brittny, a Kroger delivery driver, arrived at my mother’s condo to deliver groceries. Present at the time were my wife, my mother, and myself. Upon Brittny’s arrival, my wife kindly asked her to bring the groceries up five stairs—just five individual steps—to the entrance of the condo. It is important to clarify here that we were not asking her to navigate flights of stairs or perform any extraordinary physical task. Rather, it was a simple request to bring the bags up a few steps to the door. Brittny cursed and threw the products that we bought stating it was not her job. Please reach out for further details.

I have been a customer of Kroger for a year. In August someone used my cards saved on the delivery app and made 2 instore purchases buying giftcards. One purchase was for $31 and the other one was for $36. I called Kroger and was told the cards used did not match cards on my account but the money was taken from my account. I was told to dispute charges which I did. I live in ********** and both purchases were made in store in Cincinnati, OH in the middle of the week. I later had my money refunded by my bank and credit card company. Since this happened I have been treated like a criminal by Kroger and they locked my account so I cannot add a card to purchase groceries. The then had to call call and talk to someone to have it unlocked. I was ensured the issue was solved but tonight I go to order groceries and get the same message. Unable to add card at this time. I called and was told no one was available to help me and was then told it would take up to 2-3 business days to fis my account. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one wasn't available and it would be 1-2 business days before I would get a call from one. I was told by the accounts person when he unlocked my account the first time my account was flagged as the Fraud's account. So I get money stolen from me and then get treated like I'm the criminal. Everyone I speak with can hardly speak English and don't understand what I'm explaining. I believe it was someone in Kroger that hacked my account and it is starting to show. My account is being locked because I won't save a card on my account and why should I for it to happen again. I don't think so. If Kroger cannot solve this issue I will just go with another grocery delivery service. I'm not going to keep putting myself through unwanted stress to give my money to a company that clearly don't want my business.
