      Kroger in the local area stopped carrying a certain product that my family now has to stock up on when we travel to an area that has other grocery store chains. I first tried to contact a manager at the local location, with no returned phone calls. I contacted Kroger corporate customer service and was told that the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer and was told by them that that particular product had won multiple awards and was their bestselling product worldwide. Kroger is the only major grocery store in our immediate area, but I prefer not to do business with a place that would have their customer service representatives lie to the customer intentionally.

      I purchase nine $75 **** gift cards, one $50 **** gift card, and three $100 gift cards from the Villa Park, CA Ralph's/Kroger. The receipt shows that all the cards were successfully activated. When our HOA contest winners with the $100 cards tried to use them, they were refused. I checked only and all of them show $100 in credit on them and that they are valid... I contacted Kroger who immediately told me it wasn't their issue and to contact ****... After contacting ***** they state that the process begins with Kroger... So I contacted them AGAIN and explained the situation. Kroger acknowledged that it was an issue and that I needed to send them pics of the receipt and the front and back of each of the three cards. I did as they asked. A week later I sent a message asking for any updates. I was told that I needed to send the requested pictures that I had already sent them. So I sent them a second time and this time sent it with a receipt required when they received. A few hours later it showed they received it. Another week goes by and same thing, they claim they never received it, along with a long winded attempt to make it seem they were really trying to help me but I needed to send what I had already sent twice before. They finally admitted they did receive the images after I informed them I had proof. Now I can't get an answer from anyone at Kroger... Don't shop at Ralph's/Kroger... After experiencing this and reading the pages of complaints here and elsewhere, I told my wife, we will only buy from ****** ******** from now on.

      I ordered online to be pick up at 2 pm, I went, they personally notify me( with a note book) that it was going to be an hour late an they will call me once it was ready, at 4 pm I called because I didn't receive any message, they were rude to inform me that my order was not ready yet, i try to explain myself and they hang up on me ( more that 3 times), I called at 5, they told me that my food was ready since 4pm ( message or call that I never got). I drove to to frys, this lady called **** talked really disrespectful at me and says my last name proceed by" I know who you are" walks away, minutes later I finally get my food, food I supposed to get since 2 pm. I'm so disappointed at the way they handled the situation. I was late to feed my soon, to make my lunch and everything and on top of that they never apologize for the delay, I'm no looking for any discount I just feel like this shouldn't be a thing with this huge company. It's no my fault that they are late, they Don't have any right or reason to blame and mistreate the costumer because or their lack of personal or organization.

      Lawrenceburg Indiana store has Horrible customer service! Prices don't ring up correctly and when you ask an associate to correct it they give you an attitude and make you feel like it's your fault, for example, they always question you about the digital coupons and app. I recently had an issue and the customer service associate refused to let me see the manager.

      I was misled on the ad they have about meat and the weight and it was my bill was way more than what it was when I put the order in online like over $50 and people need to watch their groceries and the receipts because I was well cheated by the Kroger company. Also, when I contacted the company they would not give me a refund and finally they agreed to give me back $30 and they wouldnt put it back into my account which they took out of. They put it on my plus card so I have to spend it at Kroger, so please please be aware of what this company is doing And who they are cheating

      The Kroger pick up service at Glendale-Milford Rd is absolutely terrible. Twice I had to wait, once for over 1 1/2 hours the first time, then a few month apart I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours with my daughter and her two toddlers. Both times I waited because I used my debit card knew it would be days to weeks before my money was refunded. Also I had no other food options because the food I was waiting for pick up was what I /we needed to eat that night. I will never use their pick up service again. Pick up shouldn't take more than 20 minutes on a bad day. In my opinion. Kroger did give me $20 dollar credits both times, however that is nothing in compensation for the inconvenience. Don't go to Kroger pick up in Woodlawn if you want satisfaction. I would give them a negative star and a middle finger but this app forces you to give at least one star.

      Kroger’s has raised their prices more than twice as much as they need to. Every time I go in there prices are higher than the last time I was there. Oh and I go every week or so . Why ?? If ******* can keep their prices at a decent rate then why can’t Kroger ????

      99 cent peaches with card, fine print with dig coupon, didnt have glasse so missed. Was charged 2.99 lb well they can keep their 4 dollars, but i will not shop their ever again.

      I use to shop at the store on Academy and Austin Bluffs. After months and months of no cashiers or only one cashier and limited self check out, I no longer shop at ANY King Soopers. Try and place a pick up order and the app never works, either. I reached out to the store manager and never was able to speak to them. I tried corporate and they wanted me to pay a $1 fee to chat. This is no longer a good company. I now shop at ***** ****** ******** ** ******** instead. Shocking win, they're mostly cheaper than Kings/Kroger on 9 out 10 items.
