I opened a bag of Puffed Corn Curls. It was all air ,except for maybe 20 pieces, if that! My grandson loves them. You should be ashamed.

I want a complaint filed against KROGER STORE located on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington. Saturday 9/29/24 I had the Money Center ( Katy) wire ******* ***** $1000 to a bank ( ***** ***** aka *** Bank) and I wrote down a 10- digit acct number. It took her 3 tries to find the bank in her system. She had to call ******* ***** for help only to follow what I told her the first place which was that if it's not under ***** *****, try ** Bank. At the 2nd failed attempt I had asked her to go get a MGR to assist to which (with attitude) she claimed SHE IS the Manager. Found out today that's a lie, but to finish my complaint it was 24 hours passed when I noticed the long receipt she'd stapled to the top receipt that displayed my MTCN # was the sheet with my acct # and routing #. She did NOT enter all 10digits to my account # despite it being on the form I handed her. Now I have $1000 floating around and ******* ***** tells me this process to investigate and correct could take 3-10 BZ days. Meantime that money $1000 was needed in that account prior to 10/5/24 to cover some bills that's now going to late with penalties as well as bank overdrafts fees. The young lady offered not even an apology and was extremely non chalant about the matter even an attitude when spelling her name for me-- "yeah it's Katy, K.....AAAA. TTTT...YYY. Katy". I'm livid and I want Kroger to do something tangible in the way of a REAL apology seeing what this is costing in whole. Late payment, late fees , etc ..... Otherwise I'm gonna make the time to tell my story over & over and will never ship there again. I've shopped Kroger since 2004 ( 1-3 times week)

Kroger definitely uses shrinkflation tactics against its buying customers. At least the one in Lebanon, Ohio does. They have these Ganache Brownies by Private Selection in the Bakery that always came in 4 big squares, once I realized they changed up the packaging and made the squares into smaller multiple bite sized brownies I knew then in my soul they just did me dirty. They think they gonna charge the same price as the original brownies yet give less? Like someone ain't gonna notice that it weighs less, you get less brownies over all, and you ain't think to drop the price since you giving less now? Dirty. That's just dirty and plain stupid. Lemme find out ******** be making money still no problem and they combat inflation with the opposite of shrinkflation by giving more for the original price and dropping the price itself so you get even more for even less. Genius. Get like ******** Kroger, don't be robbing us thinking we can't tell cuz the price is the same. We can tell. All to well. You playin with my snacks. Play too much. Psht.

I was overcharged on my order today by almost $10. I was charged $5.49 each for chips instead of the $1.99 each sale price. I ordered 4 bags of the chips, per the sale criteria. Your store didn't have one of the flavors I ordered, even though when I placed the order early this morning and the site didn't say it was a low stock item.  It is not my fault the store didn't have the item. If I had known, I would have chose a different one or not ordered any of them. I like to take advantage of these lower prices since many items are not worth your normal prices. This has been an ongoing problem. I am continuously charged a couple dollars too much on every order. I finally sent an email last week but, of course, got no resolution, not even a response that wasn't computer generated. Now this week, you overcharge me by $10. I am un the process of moving to a larger city with more options. I've had enough of Kroger stealing from me. Sent from my ******** ******* ****** **********

Digital Coupon policy......Kroger is intentionally misleading the customer with their HUGE signage (Big Yellow sign with Red print) with a special price for a product, and not honoring it at checkout. When you complain about not getting the sales price, they tell you "well that is the digital coupon price". So after being told I have to get their "APP" , and then search for the digital coupons then "clip" it, only to not find it, after doing so; is such a time consuming headache, that you just walk away frustrated. I have shopped at Kroger for over 35 years, and have their special "Kroger" card that would always give me the special coupon price that was advertised by the very same bright yellow signs with red print. So why do I have to do both? THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY DUPING US INTO BUYING THE SPECIALLY ADVERTISED PRODUCT, AND NOT GIVING US THE ADVERTISED PRICE, BECAUSE WE DIDN'T NOTICE THE teeny weeny writing far from the price on the Huge sign that says it is a digital coupon. This is criminal...........I don't know why a company as large as they are (and soon to be a monopoly), are allowed to continue duping us shoppers with this very misleading advertising. MY ADVICE......GO TO *******

In ******** Kroger Delivery is a huge NO. They give you a fake total and when they deliver it you got a second charge.... almost the same amount like the first one.... and costumer service can't do anything about it.... It's not nice to place an order and not be sure about the total...

I am furious! Once again "a tote was left off the truck" for my delivery order. Sure I'll get credit for it but I have to wait for a another order AGAIN. I will call customer service but but they are disingenuous about order. I feel they should send someone with "the tote" to my home today. I would LOVE to speak to the warehouse manager! Don't count on Kroger delivery if you have family coming for a meal or celebration.

This is a corporation that doesn't care about consumer feedback or concerns. I've gone down and sat in the corporate office for an hour without anyone coming out to talk to me. The store down the street from corporate office are very rude and disrespectful. If I was stealing products, I'd be treated better than when I told the clerk whatever several times who then yelled for security. I will go to ***** from now on. This store is garbage
