On August 26th, 2024, at approximately 5:00 PM, I visited the Dillon's store located at 47th and Broadway for some grocery shopping. During my visit, I purchased some ********* drinks and groceries and exited the store around 5:17 PM. As I was leaving the store, the security personnel stopped me and proceeded to examine the contents of my backpack in front of other customers. This unexpected and embarrassing incident caused me significant inconvenience and discomfort. I was informed that backpacks were not permitted, despite the absence of any signage indicating such a restriction. I have been bringing my Spirit backpack to this store without issues for the past year. Furthermore, I also bring my work laptop to prevent it from getting stolen from my car and to avoid overheating in the high heat. Additionally, I sometimes bring my work laptop in my backpack to the ********* area while enjoying a cup of coffee. It was quite surprising to be approached for the first time about having a backpack in the store after a year of doing so, especially since many others have done the same without facing similar scrutiny. A few minutes after this incident, I called Dillon's customer service management, and she acknowledged that the security guard was incorrect in publicly humiliating me and should have conducted the search in private. She explained that random backpack checks are implemented due to an increase in theft by homeless individuals. However, if random backpack checks are in place, doesn't this contradict what the security guard said about a no-backpack policy? I expressed my disagreement, emphasizing that as a professional at ****** ***********, I do not fit the profile of a homeless person who would require a backpack search. Also, why would I only be searched after purchasing ********* drinks and grocery purchases? This is a prime example of my human rights being violated, since there are no backpack signs posted. Also, no evidence of a crime warranted a search.

Every week I go to Kroger to buy my favorite salad the ultimate Caesar salad it usually cost 3 bags for 10.00 yesterday I went to purchase and it went up another 1.46 now being 4.46 . What makes you think a consumer wants to pay that much for salad !!! I understand you want to make money but your going to lose another customer due to your greediness!!! I spend at least 500. Or more monthly , it might be time to spend my money somewhere else.

********** - Wilmot/Tucson. Greeted at entry by what looks like warehouse overload - so junky! Crates & pallets of water bottles & junk food. A definite hazard for any mobility challenged. All **********' deals on produce & real food items has been replaced by packaged & processed food. Meat deals on sale, have doubled, in what is now, a "sale price".... After being an **********' shopper for 50 YEARS... W/Kroger in ownership now, and showing off their "great deals" & "low prices"...it's a joke, it is price gouging at its' finest.

Was charged way more than I was quoted for a delivery order, customer service basically told me it was my fault when I tried to speak with them.

Placed an online order with Kroger for delivery. Order was delivered next day to the wrong house. After being on the phone with customer service for an hour, they refused to make it right. Actually told me to go to store and pick up what I wanted or make another order and have it delivered tomorrow. After 5 days, I have yet to receive my refund. Called customer service again and was told I needed to wait a week to get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

IS KROGERS BROKEN!!!!! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been a Kroger customer for over 15 years, and I am deeply disappointed with the Customer Service Center. I find it absolutely ridiculous I cannot add a payment method to my profile - I am consistently pasted off or dismissed!!! I would think that after 5 weeks, I would have some sort of resolution. I will now shop with their competitor - Kroger's doesn't need my business and they have made it very clear!

I just wanted to let you know that your cashier by the name of Tina at the Pigeon Forge location is always smiling and friendly. She is very pleasant and it’s always a joy to have her ring up our orders. We always try to check out in her line if she’s working. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about the customers. Thank you.

I think that the kroger phone app (as with other stores that have the same practice) is unfair and almost could be called a scam or false advertising! I have to spend twice as long shopping and getting frustrated with every advertised deal I attempt to get. Spending an hour updating an app in the aisle or trying figure out how to scan deals to get the advertised price. I am only 38 and this is an extremely frustrating process for me , so I can only imagine that 99% of elderly people or mentally/technologically challenged people are left with no choice but to pay an already ridiculously high full price. In one trip that can mean 30-50% more for the same items! It is Bull and unfair practice. If there is am advertised price in the aisle that should be the price at the register!
