      Insanely absurd, useless website. Too often, can't get signed in or stay signed in. A lot of technical issue errors (their errors, not mine).

      Kroger false advertising. Shopped last 3 weeks at Kroger in Gainesville GA. Was told by Store Customer Service Supervisor, all sale and digital pricing is done via Kroger Corp., that pricing is not in store pricing. Been shopping at Kroger for the last weeks, and each visit has resulted in overpriced sale and digital items. It’s always a hassle for me, the people waiting in line behind me and for the cashier. I always have to prove myself, while everyone gets frustrated, feeling embarrassed, it’s not worth it shop at Krogers anymore. Very disappointed with Kroger since I’ve been shopping there for nearly 25 years now, but no more.

      Have received expired products numerous times! My pick up orders always seem to be missing items, the last time it was NINETEEN items!! This store has no accountability or follow thru. The managers do not care. BEWARE!!!!

      Ordered food online only for the shopper to add items after I had already paid which resulted in my card being charged an extra 84 dollars. Contacted Kroger customer service only to be treated rudely and to be told my money couldn't be refunded. Now Kroger is a big business and this shouldn't be tolerated people work to hard to have there money stole by your workers

      I made contact with the managers at Kroger bcs I had been having issues with the cashiers about how they treat me when I shop there. This cashier by the name of Phylis gets upset if u go through her line with a bunch of groceries. She constantly beats on the belt rushing u to put the food onto the belt. I complained yet the manager of the store did nothing to correct this problem so I basically had to just deal with it. My side gig is being an instacart shopper but the cashiers don’t like ringing up our orders so they have nasty attitudes. This cashier was throwing my food around like she didn’t care if she broke anything or not. I wanted to handle things the right way so I called corporate to get the issue resolved. Well today I got the police called on me and I was told not to return or I would be arrested. I am the victim but yet they still treated me like I was a criminal. I did nothing to this cashier but shop there and they basically violated my civil rights. When I asked what I had done the police told me they banned me bcs they didn’t like my attitude when they’re cashier is the one that always have the attitude bcs of big orders that instacart gives us. At this point I’m starting to wonder do Kroger care about they’re customers and I don’t think they do. If it weren’t for the customers Kroger would not be open! At my job we place the customers first! I guess bcs my race is black I’m being treated this poorly. This isn’t far at all!!!!! It’s actually a form of discrimination.

      RIA canceled my transaction because the recipient was 3 hours away from nearest location. The complete and absolute moron of a supervisor in Millington said that she couldn't refund my money because I wasn't the recipient. I have been fighting this issue since October, 2023. My only option is to spend money on a lawyer to sue Krogers.

      The worst company After 38 Years I am Switching to ******  a much better company Cleaner stores incredible BOGO SPECIALS Outstanding bakery and u do NOT HAVE TO USE WORTHLESS KROGER DIGITAL COUPONS!!Bye Kroger

      Court st kroger is the worst store in Cincinnati the employees are nasty and lazy they don't want to help you with anything you ask for a manger they send over someone in a red vest that stands there rolling there eyes at you they have been out of cigarettes for 3 weeks then they get them in they don't have a key to the cigarettes case witch happens alot I feel if I'm shopping there I should be able to get everything I need there I shouldn't have to go to another store I shop at that kroger slot I will never be back in there again

      Manager snuck up behind me and started going through my bags. Saying where is my receipt. I told her wait she continued on. The black girl work the frontsaid I paid for it . She kept profiling mr Also a was sexually harassed by a man that work there. Heavy set tall guy black with glasses. He blew his breath in my face. He is most likely the one who said I was stealing because I was not liking his advancements and flirtatious behavior. After alit was all done he was looking at me laughing. A envious laugh and smirk ??

      They accused me of stealing (Im catholic, I wouldnt be able to sleep at night if I even thought of doing this). When I noticed I was being followed, it took me a while to realize it, but then when it hit me as to what was inaccurately assumed to be going going on, I stopped and I asked the tall manager who was following me, why he thought he needed to follow me. After I confronted HIM because it was so obvious he was suspicious of something, his shocked expression faded and oddly he smiled and said the strangest answer which was well why did you get a shopping cart when you came in today?..um how does this alarm someone they have a theft occurring? It just didnt make any sense and was and still am highly offended, and will not ever shop at this location again. If your going to accuse someone of such a thing you aught to have good reason and or even, I dont know, maybe Im SOME EVIDENCE!
