I have been for the past year or more harassed by an employee named ********** that thinks she owns the store that I am stealing just because I use self scan on my weekly purchase. She tells ******************** to keep an eye on me and she even has asked to check receipts after I leave the store to make sure I have payed certain items! She profiles myself and other customers & assumes we are stealing as I have been witness to it myself!! I have spoken to store manager about her twice and have called corporate to file complaint and it seems like not much is being done as she stops for a while then goes right back to doing it!! She follows customers outside the store chasing them down to take pictures of them if she wasn't able to do it inside the store!! I have spoken to her (***) personally in the store that what is her issue is with me and she plays it off like she doesn't know what I am talking about, when very well she does know what she is doing, but like the majority of her co-workers love her because she is **** and she feels protected and can't do no wrong!! It seems like this store and corporate want a law suit for harassment & profiling or want exposure from a local news channel of the treatment some customers are receiving at this location which is harassment and profiling customers based on there appearance and lacking proof that we are stealing or doing anything wrong!!. If this store or any store from this company has a problem with customers using self scan with a good quantity of items have more cashiers then do like other stores put a sign above self scan and on the number boxes on self scan 15 items or less or 20 items or less like many of your competitors do and no one will use them if we have more than that amount mention and *** doesn't have to be harassing or profiling customers and actually do what she was hired to do!! Please do the right thing as It is wrong to harass or profile anyone without merit or proof!!!

The past 2 times I ordered delivery through the app. Last time I was over charged 12.00 for "flash sale"items and a 12pk of soda. They gave me a credit and I was okay with that. I had an order for delivery scheduled this morning between 5am and 6am. At 5:14 I got a message saying it was delivered. It was not. I was here waiting for it. Tried to call and live chat but they were unavailable until Monday (message said) so I emailed. Then tried chat again and it worked. I told them it wasn't delivered and she said she was checking with dispatch. When she came back, she said it WAS delivered to the correct address, but since I didnt receive it, they will refund me... In 30 DAYS. not only did she insinuate that I am a liar, they are also keeping my money for 30 days!!! I am LIVID!! I will NEVER shop Kroger again. For anything. Crooks

Ordered grocery delivery. Later that day I notice my bank account has been charged THREE TIMES. Got the runaround from their customer "service" rep Frank and the store manager told to call tge 1-800 number and hung up on me. Terrible service, illegal activity and ZERO accountability means we'll never go back.

I was racially profiled at this store for the third time today. The same thing happened as on two previous occasions. There's call announced over the speaker for a manager then all of a sudden here comes employees and managers watch and following me through out the store. The manager or loss prevention then waits near the cash register area when I check out. This is not a coincidence. Someone is playing a cruel joke or they are distracting the store and it's employees to focus on the big black scary man in the store while their friends clean them out.

I've shopped this store since it was built. I did not want to leave a review until after GeneAnn was belligerent rude lied about me ha ging up when. She is the creep who hung up. I called to give them valid good Information and evidently they think they got it all right when they have nothing right. This store is going to be put out of business if it doesnt wake up and pay attention and the first thing is pay attention. To your customers NOT HANG UP ON THEM, GENE ANN!! ***** ** **********

On 4/28/24 I went shopping at Kroger located at 2115 East Dorothy Lane in Kettering,Ohio. I purchased **** Squeez applesauce. I was down to my last two pouches when my daughter discovered the applesauce had an expiration date of 3/23/23. Yes, that is a YEAR and a MONTH old outdated product that was left on the shelves. On May 20th, 2024 I came back up here to file a complaint and was told to contact 1-800-krogers. I did exactly that and will be filing a lawsuit hopefully in the future!

On 4/9/2024 I ordered food with included a ribeye roast which was on sale for $7.99 - when billed to my credit card company Kroger charged a Retail price of $15.99 (for a bone-in ribeye roast) was charged to my card on delivery day of 4/10/2024. Kroger customer service said the sale date did NOT apply and they were sorry!!!! I explained the order was done during the sale period because it was IMPOSSIBLE to order and have SAME DAY DELIVERY - over and get delivery on same day.Numerous complaints involving the same procedure of charging more than the advertised sale price of their own flyers - A WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!Avoid Kroger sales - especially on meat.

Was racially profiled and accused of stealing. The cops were called and I was harassed and interrogated. The cops found no proof that anything was stolen. Frys had no proof of me stealing. I was banned from the store, without a good reason. The employee who called the cops on me should be fired for racially profiling me. This is no way to treat anyone.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I placed an order, saw that it was 1 price and then the charged me way more. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund, only store credit. I had to place another order to use the store credit and then the same thing happened again! It showed the store credit was applied, but the next day it showed that it wasn't applied. I'm on hold with kroger now but they are still refusing to give me a refund. Kroger is essentially committing fraud.

I am very displeased and question shopping elsewhere because I feel it discriminatory against many ages, and an unfair practice, to give the best grocery/product discounts to only those who are forced to carry their cell phones into the grocery store with them. This forces regular customers to use cell phones for DIGITAL coupon discounts (watermelon with Fresh Perks Card costs $8.99 but if using the Digital coupon too you will save $4.00 - for a final cost of $4.99 per watermelon) or (T-bone steaks costing $9.99/lb. with Fresh Perks Card discounted $2/lb. with a final cost of $7.99/lb.) The Fresh Perks Card isn't good enough anymore, and having to go 'digital' makes the person next to me in line a more deserving person than me? Having worked in Marketing the rule of thumb is not to market to just one generation of people but to have business practices that reach the masses of all ages. Think how much more you could enhance your business. If I could add photos of the sale signs within each store department I would for proof of issue.
