it is the usual lack of quality at kroger. broken egg stuck the the bottom of the carton. i looked at the eggs by lifting the cover but i guess i need to twist them. a typical kroger response would be 'oh you damaged them in transit.' and try to get a refund? forget about it. receipt, credit card, passport and birth certificate. it is never worth the trouble of trying to get a refund. and this nonsense to scan items in the store to get a discount. sometimes it works. when it doesn't, it backs up the checkout line so hurry up and wait a kroger. self scanners are always problematic so i never use them. i wish there was another store close to me.

I was harassed today by a Kroger store manager in Lexington ky My wife and I was told never to come back to the store not only the harassment but we were Discriminated against because we are senior citizens I have never been so insulted in my life I have been a life long customer of Krogers and go to this store at least once a week and to be treated like this by any employee of Krogers more Especially a store manager is just Appalling…. No excuse at all none……. They need to fire Jeff the manager and give me a public apology for what they put my wife and I through I know customer service is a thing of the past but today was just to much All I can think of is all the money I have spent through the years at Krogers at that store and to thrown out like garage was just to much There store manager Jeff never even asked why I called for a manger he was already mad when he got to the service counter ( I guess cause he had to leave his comfy chair and do something He was just ready to harass someone and my wife and I was it He told us that Krogers wouldn’t care cause I told him I was going to call Krogers and he laughed I guess throwing a long time customer out of the store like trash was funny Something needs to be done about this Post haste

Horrible just horrible. The delivery *****. For 1 they don’t have enough time frame to get groceries, then they can’t find your location due the gps that you have no control over in you put all the details in that you need but they still didn’t do their due diligence by going down the other half of the street where you stay at in order to find your location. They called for the location and I called back but still had to wait on someone to answer and before you know it my delivers is cancel not only cancel I had to pay for the delivery even though I got none because y’all cancel it. I would highly recommend staying away from delivery. Also yall should put in after 30mins of not getting in touch with the person between their delivery if it’s 1-2 then you should give it a grace and if you can’t get intouch or find them cancel but this wasn’t the move at all. I would probably never support again.

Ive been using Krogers delivery services for years and never had many issues till today. My delivery was delivered to the wrong address and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and I have no groceries. If I ordered a pizza and it arrived wrong the pizza place would remake my pizza and send it back out right away. So why cant Krogers remake my order and send it out ASAP?!?! So I have no groceries and have to wait two weeks for my money to be returned. I just want my groceries

I live in *******; however, I never shop @ the Kroger in Westwood because it seems like every time I go in here I have a bad experience. I am retired and only go to the store on Glenway when I need something quick. Some of the employees here are sooo rude. This store is "ghetto ". Stay away.

I had a grocery order delivered to my home one day and 2 days later someone, somehow used my loyalty card # and debit card in-person at a whole other kroger store located 4 hours away from where I live and bought $250 worth of gift cards. They have thieves working there or contracted there and they are stealing people's information. Please be aware!! All I could get was a "reference" number from Kroger. Thank God my credit union is helping me resolve this issue. Who knows how many others they have gotten! This transaction was done in the store in person without an actual card! Scary!!

I contacted Kroger's reward points customer service because I never received 1000 reward points on my account. My receipt stated that I had earned 1000 reward points. When I contacted them they wanted proof so I sent them my last 2 shopping receipt's. It showed between the 2 that I had earned those points and they are still fighting with me over this. Does not make sense. I think this company has lost all respect for it's customer base. I have never known a company like this. No respect when the proof is right in front of them . I guess who ever sets up these programs on the computer never makes a mistake. Your human and you do make mistakes. Still dealing with this problem. 5/20/2024.

Horrendous customer service for their delivery service. They canceled my order DURING the window of its delivery with no reason or cause. I simply got an email stating it had been canceled. When contact customer service, they offered no solution and continued to repeat the "I do apologize" script endlessly to get me off the phone. Do not waste your time with the delivery service because if something goes wrong, you're out of luck.

I recently ordered $130 of groceries. The driver refused to acknowledge my delivery instructions. They did not deliver my groceries. When I filed a complaint I was told it would take 7-10 days for a refund. Oddly enough, they can get the money from my account instantly. Also, multiple times 1 or2 items I ordered and paid for were missing. I am done with Kroger.

Kroger, Lancaster, Ohio and I'm certain all Kroger's in Ohio. I have been going to file a complaint for a year or so. 1) The large packages of ground beef. FREQUENTLY the color outside is pink/red but, when separating to freeze in smaller packages it is an ugly brown inside. I sometimes only is able to set in refrigerator for 24-36 hours and then it turns bad. 2) OVERCHARGING, it is necessary to check your receipts. Example, the sale of soda, *****, **** and *** at the time of the sale. Buy 2 get 2 free. VERY OFTEN, the sale price of the free one does not come off a checkout. The persons who buy groceries in bulk, (and there are many at the Kroger at 1621 N. Memorial Dr. in Lancaster, Ohio) I believe never check their receipts. Example, ***** Toast Chee Peanut crackers. They recently changed to having 10 in a package from 8. Kroger $7.99, ******** $4.23. More examples but those are the 2 more recent. 3) This store is very busy each day of the week. They will only open 2 registers, all self checkouts tend to have a line, the on floor checkout supervisor rarely will open a register. The self checkouts will call an employee and they have to come over and review the camera, (each self checkout has a camera) and they will need to check the list of items on the screen and already rang up and look into your cart. They at times will stock shelves during the day (?) 4) Sale items pretty much run out the same day, not enough product for all the customers. Since Covid Kroger has never bounced back, their prices are outrageous, and they are not customer guided. Shelves on certain items are bare for weeks. ******* ******** PS If possible please share this with other consumer protection agencies
