      I was shopping doing instacart and I decided to go through self checkout but my experience was so horrible it was unbelievable. I was having trouble scanning my instacart barcode so I had nicely asked the associate named Fafricio if he can help me scan it and his response was “ and what am I suppose to do with it “ I was like well I’m asking if there’s a scanner and he replied obviously there’s not one there and I said ok you know what don’t give me that kinda attitude and he responded I’m not it’s just common sense and I was like okay now you can stop talking because now your going to **** me off . Like enough is enough. I complained to the store director but I almost feel they won’t do much but people like “ Fafricio “ should not be employed because he was not obviously happy to assist and to work here. He was also flirting when I had walked in and that’s not complicated to do but to help a customer is a big deal to him and he does not know what to do right? I feel I was treated badly .

      Kroger#705 Richmond, KY. They let someone fraudulently use my debit card 12 times within 10 minutes. How can you run 1 card that fast. Store should have found the fraud or its an employee doing the fraud....

      AT ************* AT ********* AND ********** THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.EMPLOYEES ARE DISRESPECTFUL, THEY DISCRIMINATE AND DO RACIAL PROFILE DO NOT USE ************* AT ********* AND **********, in *****, **. According to ***** values their "staff is made up of highly trained professionals who are passionate about people and results, and demonstrate your core values of honesty, integrity, respect, diversity, safety and inclusion", but unfortunately, that is not the case with their pharmacist employees, whose names are **** and *******.Those two employees work at the pharmacy and are biased, and unprofessional, especially ****. She yells at customers, does racial profile, discriminates, humiliates, disrespects, mistreats, and verbally abuses customers.DO NOT USE ************* AT ********* AND **********, in *****, **.It is very sad, disappointing, frustrating, and lamentable that a well-known company as Frys, hires such low ignorant professional level employees as **** and *******. They do not have any right to mistreat, insult, disrespect, humiliate customers, or do racial profile. That is inadmissible and unacceptable. We are in America, and that is unconstitutional. DO NOT USE ************* AT ********* AND **********, in *****, **. I wish Frys Food and Drug, as a KRUGER company provide more and better training for the customer service staff, in order to teach them to be helpful, attentive, professional, respectful, nondiscriminatory, without humiliation and without doing racial profile. DO NOT USE ************* AT ********* AND **********, in *****, **. UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN *******.

      I am no longer pleased shopping at Kroger. I spend twice the time shopping that I used to. The pricing labels are nothing but deceptive advertising. In big bold letters, a price is displayed. Below that in smaller print is wording telling you another price if you do not have digital coupons or how many you have to buy to get the bold type price. I have no problem with them adding their gimmick prices, but you have to waste your time with every label to find out what you will pay without the gimmicks. The large bold face price should be the regular sellng price only. If they want to add gimmicks, disclaimers, or anything else, it should be below the regular selling price to read if you so desire. They try to decieve you into thinking you are getting a lower price, but then find out you paid more because you did meet the requirements to get the price. Many people do not check the receipt and wind up unknowingly paying more.

      I have Huntingtons which causes movements similar to Parkinsons. I'm a respectful guy who was a cardiovascular specialist. I was kicked out and banned from this store for making people feel uncomfortable for my movements. Which is illegal. I'm an advocate whose gone to congress about this disease for 10 years, and I'd love to have you help me fight back against this discrimination at this store.

      I shop at Kroger. I tried get advetised digital coupon price,except I did not have my working i-phone. They said if you do not have iphone,you can not get the low advertised price. This is contrary to my experience in **********,del,where you circle the digital price,take the flier to chechout,and you get the low price. Is this acceptable and legal in ********,Va, ? Yesterday's ***** Dispatch said there are many,many households that only have land line. You get to pay more if you are not iphone holder or a computor owner. Thank you for considering my complaint.

      The Kroger company is generally a good place to buy groceries. Their newer self checkout systems are NOT at all acceptable. Most use poorly aimed monitor cameras that make the normal honest costumer feel like they are automatically accused as dishonorable !! Nearly every visit the attendant has to come several times to view the "crime" and over ride the program to allow me to finish. If the point is to be sure every item gets scanned, then the system/programming should be absolutely UN-noticeable in its execution to the average customer who honestly spends thousands of dollars a year at this business. It should be noted that other large grocery store check outs do not glitch like Kroger's. I hope they address this so I don't have to switch vendors.

      I would not shop at any of Kroger foods locations or specifically fry’s food. The VIP card they are issuing is not registered for your fuel points. If you are not worried about fuel points then it’s ok however if you are fueling at their location I would recommend to not do it. I am not sure if they are trying to scam customers or what’s going on I am not sure about it. I have called customer service number multiple times to see why can’t I log into my app there is no help. Any purchase I made is disappearing which means there is no reward for that month.
