******* Pharmacy neglected to tell me they refuse to deliver my prescriptions. They instead decided to forget to say anything, forget to send it out, and screamed at me when I tried finding out if everything was OK. I was passed about on the phone like a holiday ham. The front service desk glossed over everything and wouldn't talk to me. Then sent me back to the pharmacy where I was getting no where with asking... and being clear while remaining calm, it was a query not a complaint. I wanted to find out if everything was OK, and would it be better to try and find a way up there to get my prescription or wait for the next day delivery. The cashier in the pharmacy started screaming at me at the top of her lungs what did I want what did I expect no one could figure it out and they didn't want to deal with it or me... all the while not letting me talk. It didn't matter I was looking for information on how to best handle this so it's not an issue. She escalated it without reason or effort. I tried putting in a complaint to HQ but I haven't heard anything back. These employees there have treated me like **** for years without provocation. They decide they don't like you and you can forget about any cooperation from them for it. I'm disabled without a vehicle. There aren't many choices in this town in where we can get prescriptions from. ******* makes it impossible to trust them when they do things like this on purpose. No one can be bothered to be adult enough to talk face to face and come to a working solution or resolution that both sides think fair. This needs to be dealt with and since I can't get a response from them or their hq I'm hoping the bbb can help me with it.

I am so upset with the practice of "Bate and Switch" at my grocery store! They advertised a ribeye roast on sale for $4.97 lb. on Dec. 13, 2023. They only had them available on Dec. 13, 2023 and would not issue a raincheck. Then they re-advertised the same sale on Dec. 20, 2023 and didn't have the product and aren't getting the product. Still won't issue me a raincheck! They also won't give me the rib roast in the meat case to fulfill my need of Christmas dinner because they say it is more money and they can't substitute it for the sale item. So I contacted the ******* ***** ********** ** ************** because refusing to give a rain check or comparable item of equal or greater value at the sale price advertised is indeed illegal. Period. Kroger said they could give me a $15 credit but that doesn't get me my roast! I want them to honor this sale by giving me the roast in the case!! Not sure what is going on with the Kroger store located at ********** Mall in *******, **. Have been a customer there for over 30 years and never been so disappointed as of the last few years. Shortage of products, pricing incorrect per ads, new management is blah! Have left the store several times and gone to the nearby **** ****. Even during COVID **** **** was stocked pretty well and always clean, with pleasant management and workers. If **** **** ever gets fuel availability and Kroger doesnt fix its problem, Im gone permanently to **** ****.

I am a SNAP card customer who shops via online for pick ups by other family members because of my physical disabilities. I appreciate Kroger setting up EBT online payments however over the "past 3 months" your site won't complete my EBT card transaction stating that there is a problem with my back up debit card. My phone & Kroger app are always updated, my account info is current plus your check out indicates Payment split $0.00. I make sure there are no non-food or hot food items, weighed items or taxable items in my cart. It is not a delivery. In fact my orders usually only total one half what my card balance is. Even if my debit card has a zero balance that should have nothing at all to do with my online EBT eligible selections that I'm precisely making. I sense either possible EBT payment discrimination on Krogers part or your shopping site needs to be tweeked. I trust your employees to do the shopping however 75% of my orders have mistakes that I either deal with or take the loss myself. Why must my debit card status be approved by Kroger before a picker even does my shopping? Kroger has become extremely stressful. I would appreciate an explaination so this problem can be solved.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever gone through went to Ralph’s store after speaking with dawn over the phone regarding bad meat I was sold . She was very polite and gave me two names to ask for James or Vivian . I arrived at the store I asked the cashier for those names Perla immediately was rude and said where is your receipt when dawn said k didn’t need one and sent me to a different line which both reps were rude and started yelling at me and yelling at each other which I was told they don’t get along I was embarrassed and felt I was being mistreated poorly

TOTALLY UNETHICAL! Posted pricing in the store and the price at checkout are different. When the prices are different, the check-out price is almost always higher! Sometimes this is due to the grocer posting signage denoting the coupon pricing, then charging "regular" pricing at the register. That bait-and-switch is unethical, but it gets worse. More often it has nothing to do with coupons, they simply charge more at checkout than what is posted in the store. Why is this not audited, internally and/or externally? When we as customers catch the discrepancies and address them with the cashiers or kiosk attendants, they flippantly say, "Oh, so sorry, I'll fix that." But what about the discrepancies customers don't catch and they get away with???? It's so blatantly vile, but the employees are getting paid by the hour and don't give monkey's flying feces! DECEPTIVE MARKETING AND PRICE DISCREPANCIES NEED TO BE AUDITED AND THE GROCER SHOULD BE FINED! Until then, I see no other option than to drive a bit further and shop elsewhere. WE NEED THE GOVERNMENT REGULATORS TO NAIL THESE CROOKS! And while you're at it, please look into the legality of coercively posting massive signage at the store displays for a certain price, but then charging the customer much more if the customer doesn't want to have their personal privacy violated by having that store's app on their phone.

I was a loyal Kroger customer for years and spend several thousand dollars per year. I recently bought a **** ***** gift card from a Cincinnati Kroger store and gave it as a gift to my daughter. My daughter attempted to redeem the gift card from **** ***** and was told it would not work. I gave my daughter the money instead and took the non-working gift card back and called the Kroger gift card customer service number. After 2-1/2 months of submitting copies of the gift cards and the receipts as requested, waiting weeks for a response and getting none, then calling back and resending the same emails and then waiting again for a response, Kroger finally responded with the answer that there is nothing they can do about it since **** ***** said the gift card was redeemed. I then called the 1-800-Kroger customer service number and was on the phone for an hour as they checked into the issue with their gift card customer service department. Finally, they also told me there was nothing they would do about it, even though we have the gift card activation receipt. Kroger does not stand behind their gift cards, and the activation receipts mean nothing. Terrible customer service from Kroger and I will spread the word to family and friends to never buy gift cards from Kroger because they don't stand behind them.

Do not purchase any gift card from any fry's food and drug stores. They sold a lot "fake" gift cards, and once the card is out of door then there is nothing you can do about it. I got a fake card from them and next day I found out it's not usable. And I contacted them, all they said was the card has been claim. Therefore, it's my lost. Questions is YOU SOLD ME THE FAKE CARD. And that is not Kroger's problem. Then they could sell any fake product and that should be okay too.
