ZETA -On February 7, 2023, around 5:30 pm. I went to the store located at 112 West 87th where the incident occurred. I rang up 5 items on the promotion. When the discount did not appear on the receipt, I was told by the cashier to go to the Supervisor. That was at 6:44 Since there was no one at the desk I asked for a supervisor to be called. It took 10 minutes When the Supervisor ( Anastasia) came after15 minutes, she seemed to be very hostile. She stated What do you want? Then I told her I was not given credit for the promotional items. she stated, "These two items are not part of the promotion" She said “I can’t help you if you don’t have an app on your phone. These two items you have to have an app.” I said, "OK, I just put an item back, just return these and I'll get the other item" She said, "leave your receipt" I did so. As I went to get the other items and returned, I saw her walking to the back with a customer and some children. She returned about 8 minutes later. She began to ignore me and wait on the new customer. When I complained that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes to do the return, she told me to wait until she served the customer who came in last. She then started waiting on customers behind me. Then I complained that I need to get my refund. She then threw my items in my cart breaking my eggs and other items stating, "I don't have to wait on you". When I asked why she called security to have me removed. I asked her to refund all my items . She refused and said I would have to come back the next day. I said I needed a return since I had not left the store. She called security demanding that I leave. Since security seemed to be non-confrontational, I decided to wait outside in the cold for the police after she called the police. The police arrived at 8:14 . I did not leave until 8:15. I told the young lady this was age discrimination and I'd be filing with the Department of Aging for harassments to a disabled senior citizen.

Can I give 0 stars? I went to customer service for coupon price adjustment. The customer service refused to help, seemed gloating about mistake I made. Told me I DO NOT Care when i complained about customer service. I will not go again to Kroger at 9700 Coit Rd, Plano, TX or any other Kroger.

Kroger London Ohio. Was charged an additional 92.60 for items I did not order or receive for an online order that was made. Customer Service was zero help except we are sorry about that we can get you refunded in 7-10 days!! Like y'all took my money out within seconds but now gotta wait 7-10 days for an error that was not my fault! With inflation people can not afford to be overcharged!

This store allowed my groceries to be stolen and have taken over 2 weeks to refund my money. I am on a limited budget so I have had to ask for food just so I'm not going hungry.

Kroger is scamming ppl who use on line shopping and pick up. I ordered an order but when I got there it was doubled amount so I couldnt get the stuff. Plus it was removed from the site on my end so I couldnt investigate why it doubled. Then the incompatent idiots took me around and around in circles to intentionally confuse me. Its bad enough with inflation, they doubled me bill and removed the order from my site so I couldnt see it anymore. Said the latest order was on January 12th. Clearly everyone doing the shopping on line/[pick up needs to either not do buisness with Kroger or print out your order right after you make it, or they will try and double your total at your pick up time!! Extremely stressful and a rip off! This happened in Roseville, MI.

False Advertising! I pay for the yearly Boost membership which advertises free grocery delivery on orders of $35 or more. The first 3 months of my membership were great and my groceries were delivered the next day as stated in my membership agreement. Now 3 1/2 months later when I go to order groceries (of course meeting the $35 minimum), it shows delivery availability of 3-4 days out. I called customer service and was basically told that "slots fill up and there is nothing that they can do". This is false advertising and failing to provide the service that I paid for and is in my membership agreement contract. In my opinion, this is a legal matter for Kroger and I fully intend to pursue this further.

I currently shop at the Kroger in ******, TN *** Sam Ridley Pkwy and they are consistently perpetuating fraud on consumers by falsely advertising pricing on alcohol products. They have signs in their store stating pricing on beer or wine and when you go to check out they charge you the full price. When it is brought to the employee/cashiers attention they always say it is a state law and they have no control over the pricing?? Why do they have signs in the store advertising the discounted pricing if it is controlled by the state?? I asked to speak to a manager and after 15 minutes and no manager I left. I called 4 separate times asking to speak to the manager after I got home, and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time and then someone would pickup the phone and hang up. What is a consumer supposed to do when a company has management/staff that has no concern or respect for the customer.

Kroger is so far behind on it’s technology. Also, I don’t believe they have a training course or customer service to teach their employees how to speak to customers.

This review is about the Krogers on ****** avenue Cincinnati ohio. A couple weeks ago I had to take my daughter to a emergency dental visit. Because of a infected tooth they prescribed her antibiotics Plus ******* with codeine due to the amount of pain she was in. Took the prescriptions to Kroger's and they said it'd be done by 2. I called and because of a issue with their system they weren't filled yet they said call back at 4. I called back at 4:00 and again still not filled. At 7:30 a half hour before they closed they finally called me told me the pharmacist not her doctor was not comfortable feeling the prescription. Nothing do with her insurance just she wasn't comfortable. They couldn't understand why I was upset yet I had to watch my daughter being pain all day waiting on these prescriptions. So I took them all out and took them to ********* where I got them filled with no issues. Now a few days ago I put in for refills on my prescription it was saying in progress I would check and they weren't filled so I put a refill back in check today and again not filled. I'm sure it has something to do because I pulled my daughters yet they haven't reached out or told me anything. These medications are something I shouldn't be missing and they are playing games with me to get them filled. I shouldn't have to go through all this to get prescriptions filled. Now I have pulled them all out and taking them to ********* but Kroger's needs to get their pharmacist under control they are not doctors they don't even understand my situation so they should not be telling me what my 160 lb daughter should be taking. Hopefully I never have to use Kroger's pharmacy again but just beware.

Store in Sandy Springs, GA has gone downhill for several months now, I noticed first at the cashiers, less personnel with the consequently long lines, ALL THE TIME, no matter if you go early, late, during the weekday or the weekend. Estimated time in line sometimes surpasses the 20 min wait. Produce is very limited and somedays not that fresh. Aisles every day more crowded with useless racks/ merchandise. But what made this time write a review (enough is enough!!) is that during my last visit this past Sunday, the automatic band at the cashier was utterly disgusting, I didn't feel I was in a respectable supermarket chain... Kroger do something because the managers won't do, I think this problematic surpasses their abilities.
