I recently signed up for the Boost Membership. It took 4 people on the online chat and 1 phone to the toll free number to get a simple question answered. On the "Live Chat", I had 3 people end the chat on me without answering my question, which is rude. No one up there was answering my question, which was "when do my Boost points get applied once I make a purchase online? After the trial, or after I get my delivery?" How hard is that question lol I finally went on the phone, and again with the scripts these customer service reps "have to" read. It takes away active listening skills lol I have to repeat my question twice to him before he finally understood.
My point is this: if you're going to offer a service, make sure you train your people to listen attentively to the questions being asked, and to not hang up or end chats on people just because the rep doesn't know the answer or can't understand. Don't offer a service that your employees can't handle if you don't plan on training them for the services, duh, Kroger.
Please do not make me regret signing up for this service, because it is far too easy these days to shift memberships to your competitors.

I’ve continuously watched the Griffin, GA Kroger go downhill. I’m not sure if it’s the person running it or the lack of care of the people working there. The store is disgusting, food is bad and expired. The service is awful. They are always behind on pickup orders and live making you come back after you drove an hour to get there. Peoples attitudes are the worst here. They will just sit there and look away until they feel like greeting you.
Whenever I’ve contacted them for missing items off my pickup order or about food that I received that was spoiled and expired it’s always been an issue. I would go in but half the time they only have 3 lanes open which is why I do the pick up option.
I won’t be shopping here again. I’ll pay more at ****** even with inflated prices to save myself the time and headache.

They switch and bait. I ordered, online, a 6 pack of *** ****** hand soap. I received only one. Then when I called to let them know, the manager gas lighted me saying he is not seeing the 6 pack. It's right there on their website. I would like to be given the other 5 that I paid for.

More often than not I am unable to get through over phone when calling to check on prescriptions. IF I do happen to get through, their recordings do not accept any voice answers or number key dials that are supposed to be linked through their system. Worst Customer Service if you can't contact the pharmacy

The Kroger company is ridiculous, I was told that the company just got done eliminating a number of employees jobs, especially in their pharmacy. I spent an hour in line trying to get a blood thinner prescription for my husband since I was taking my husband home from the hospital after having a blood clot in his lung. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Now Kroger has purchased another grocery chain to RUIN! I guess NOW Corporate MANAGEMENT will take in their FAT CORPORATE BONUSES at the expense of CUSTOMER NEGLECT!!! I just guess there is NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE in any American corporation anymore, especially KROGER. And also everyone can see that Kroger doesn’t have any respect or caring for the employees they let go or the ones that the keep and overwork. Talk about a hateful uncaring, greedy company!

The Kroger at ******* ******** Warner Robins, Ga., store #257 deserves a retraining seminar on customer service, customer courtesy, the whole thing. A friend and I attempted to eat at the deli. The rude cashier- Mikalia- just completely ruined the experience. She actually abruptly stops taking my friend's order to take someone else's order. Of course, we reported it to management which seemed to be unconcerned and not at all surprised. We eventually spoke with Amber which explains the bad service we received. Amber's short answers, non-concerned attitude was just terrible and totally unacceptable since we waited at least 20 minutes for her to even show up. Please retrain this staff. This is not the first incident, but I simply felt I needed to start reporting this staff. Choose another Kroger if you possibly can. I would have given them a negative star if it was possible.

I went to a kroger in Colorado on 12/24/22 and about 8 of the 50 items rang up too high.....none in my favor. The total overcharge was over $10. The clerk had to send someone for a price check on each one and acted like I was causing the problem. What to do when only a ******* and kroger to shop in this town?
