    I've used smart pay once with success. Meaning out of the 3 times I've tried to purchase a phone I only received 1. They will take payment for a product not in stock and then refund you a week later saying that the phone isn't in stock. After asking to cancel my recent order I was directed contact my bank to refuse payment. The bank won't touch this as your in a signed binding agreement. Never again will I use this company. How are they able to sell a phone that they don't have and take a next day air payment?

    They ****. Their thrives. They lie to you. You start with straight talk and then end up with these folks. I think it's time we sue.

    DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. I got set up with them by ******** ********* in MA to "lower my payments" and "get a better apr" and that is is BOGUS. Smartpay THEMSELVES said it will not affect payments and even the bank was "you can just pay us now" and had NO idea who they even where. But, I cant because Smartpay has my money. All they do is pay on your "behalf" and take a membership fee they won't return. I called them to see whats up with my payments, first one so I want to make sure its set. NOPE said they sent a check dated Dec. 14th this was now the 26th 2 days before payment is due. Call the bank, I have 15 days grace so I'm ok I have time told them to look out for the check. 9 days pass I figure to check with the bank. STILL no check. I call Smartpay and they cant even do electronic billing?!? So now i'm stuck in limbo out $450. $300 in a check they supposedly sent and another $150 they are going to supposedly reimburse me on the 8th??? This was yesterday. MAN they sure can take money but giving it back. OH and the check supposedly needs 42 hours to cancel so we will see what happens there. Supposed to call them tomorrow or Friday to make sure they give me ALL my money back. HYPER SCAM. BBB needs a 0 star option. Thank goodness I get payed tomorrow so i can just chuck it at the bank ASAP. Once ALL my money is back I'm changing my bank number. Like changing the locks because I don't trust these buggers.

    Do not use Smart Pay Lease. They been harassing me for a couple of years now, calling my family members and calling my part time job. I got a lease with them a few years back at ***** *** I purchased an ****** that ended up being more expensive than what the ***** *** employee had sold it to me. I made payments and I thought I was done paying it turns out it was about $1,400! *** had financial hardship and unable to pay they are calling my family members and job. They keep saying theyre getting ready to send me to court. Theyre causing nightmares and stress in me.

    This is absolutely ridiculous how much they charge for a phone. My phone was only $400 and at the end of the payments I will have paid $752.51. That's $300.00 more than the phone cost in interest. Im so ****** and will never use them again and I will let everyone know not to ever use them!!!!!!!!! I was going to buy my daughter's a phone for Christmas but I will never use them again in my life. I'm a single mom on disability and I don't have extra money like this to just give away.

    I am completely dissatisfied with their service. They have close to zero live csrs, which makes it impossible to resolve ANYTHING. I was forced to settle early; even after paying it off they tried to add on an additional payment. Once that was resolved i attempted to renew my service and they RESTRICTED my account stating I had a delinquent payment , which is false! Terrible , terrible, terrible, I am thoroughly disappointed.

    Please do not use this company! Non existent customer service.recieved the product we where trying to lease damaged,sent it back,and was told they couldn't do nothing......still have to pay for it,and never received it back.horrible,horrible,horrible experience

    There’s no way to pay your debt with this company. This place is a scam. I’ve been trying to contact this please for over a year and still nothing if I could give this no stars I would.

    Tried Contacting Smartpay so many times and couldnt get an answer. I called about three times since July and we now in September. They keep giving me the run around. I really believe I been scammed.

    This is by far the worst company ever. I mean seriously. They only care about money. You have a THREE day grace period before they shut your service off, if you do pay it, you then only have to wait 3 long hours to get your service turned back on. Forget if you’re a parent, have a job, or in my case a mother I care for. AS LONG AS SMART PAY GETS THEIR $12! Screw everybody else! This is NOT the way humanity should be! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY! I only gave 1 star because I had too!
