  My phone was turned off..so i made a payment to simple mobile for my service plan for $30..then made a payment for 21 to smartpay..Well they took my payment and made another service payment to simple mobile..Now i get a message my phone will be turned off in 2 days..

  With this 'business', apparently it's easy as pie to open an account. So easy that anyone can open an account in someone else's name, fraudently. FACT! I have first-hand experience, unfortunately, in this matter!On the flip side, trying to connect with someone, anyone, at SmartPay Leasing to rectify the problem is as painful as I would imagine passing bricks through the urethra.I can not help but believe this is a fraudulent 'business'.What are you doing, "SmartPay Leasing, LLC"?

  Smartpay took Money out of my account that was not for the phone said it was for my plan and I do not have phone service with them it was strictly for payment on my phone and they tried to say it was in the Agreement and I have proof that the only thing to be taken out a month is my phone payment not phone service.

  Created account with them, which includes giving them everything from photo of my drivers license, my social security number, address, bank account, attempted to verify account by entering amounts they deposited and withdraw from my checking account, and they did not verify my account they asked me to mail in a bill, for convenience of payment over the phone or 10c a gallon discount they asked for more information then DMV. After unsuccessful activation account they refused to delete my smart pay account, and saved all if my information and only deactivated it. This company is a scam, personal information thieves that pretend to be legitimate by giving membership cards at reputable places such as well know gas stations. You give your information willingly because of it. Its a very high end scamming game.

  I have had SmartPay cut my phone off and after I had made payment on time because you have to auto pay with the contract given online when you buy a phone from straight talk company through SmartPay Leasing however since Wednesday the July 19th 2023 they have continued to deactivate my phone every single day even though I've made payment and even though my phone has minutes straight talk continues to tell me that SmartPay is at fault SmartPay continues to tell me straight talk is at fault I think that SmartPay owes me a couple of months of service now and I don't know why they discontinue my phone every single day and I have to call them every day to reactivate I've been given confirmation numbers for every single payment I've made this company really needs to be investigated at this point for causing distress I have a disabled child in my home and need a phone on a consistent basis and I cannot make a phone call everyday to reactivate my services with them they need to get their computer issues straight thank you

  This company are very deceptive liars and scam people out of their money. I do not recommend using this company!! Make a payment a few days late because of changing banks and restrictions were put on the phone and smartpay supposedly took off but there was a glitchin the system. Straight talk blames smartpay and smartpay blames straight talk.Neither can tell me how to get the restrictions off. I called to get a shipping label and still no help about restrictions just wanted me to buy the phone at a discounted price!!

  Fraud an theft is their business. I had them an canceled 3 months ago. I have a letter from them saying we were completely done phone is returned no more payments we're all good. WRONG . They have charged two different cards I have stealing money an will not return it. Calling is absolutely pointless. The staff are highly incompetent. Could not explain why my money was being taken an would not return it. I provided my statements proofing the theft an have not heard back since. I'm making a police report in their home town of **********. Stay away if you're a consumer an AUTHORIZES PLEASE INVESTIGATE!!!!!

  I dislike smartpay I was set up on a monthly payment that I can't afford right now do to job cut. Smartpay says it's modified and can't be changed. Then ******* hung up me. ***** *** needs to find a new own to lease company.

  this is the worst company ever had my phone turned off for $10.45 then i paid it and i ahve been a week without a phone because they will activate it no one will answer phone or if they do you are on hold for hours WORST EVER NEVER AGAIN
