      5 years ago i was referred by my bank and I paid $79 monthly for their minimum services with no serious issues. Every year they increased just by a few dollars and it seemed ok since I do understand the state of our economy but then, This past October they raised their rates with no warning to $250. This is very hard on a small business and no regards to how a small business budgets especially coming out of a pandemic. When I asked for clarification they simply said we decided to bundle everyone’s accounts.. no breakdown and no warning.
      They offered a plan today at $99 +$5 per employee which would end up costing me about the same @$250. This is the basic plan of just direct deposit? Again we are a very small business and max our monthly employee compensation between $2,500-3k
      I’m furious over the 150% increase without the opportunity to close my account.
      Getting out of their services is an even bigger headache then I ever anticipated. I’ve done my research and there are other options with better rates and better customer communication.
      This is why so many people opt to use ***** or ***** to pay their employees and prefer the pain of handling their own book keeping.

Unfortunately, the current pricing model you had has expired and the new subscription pricing has been set. We are unable to make adjustments to this new pricing. This new pricing model has many products and services you can take advantage of. You can leverage these products after logging in to Get Help and locate the My Bundle module. You will also have the peace of mind knowing exactly what your payroll costs will be each month. If you need a breakdown of the new fees and features, we have this available and would be happy to send it to you.

      Very happy my organization uses Paycor, we are a small/medium client and just needed some help with payroll, but Paycor ended up helping us with a lot more when we started using talent development. I also really like how they helped to make sure we were taxing our employees correctly, especially those working out of state remotely. The system is very intuitive, but they also have lots of resources to help out. My only complaint is that their reporting could be a bit more robust. As my company grows, I hope Paycor continues to invest in upgrades and new features!

      Far below average all the way around. We canceled service with Paycor the end of 2021, They filed 1st Qtr Taxes (as zeros) which threw a wrench in the correct filing of our taxes by our new payroll company. They continued to withdraw service/processing fees from on of our companies FOR EIGHT MONTHS and we have yet to see a refund. Service tickets are never answered. Speaking to a human is out of the question and if you are lucky enough to get one on the line, they can never help ad they tell you it will be resolved in 8-10 weeks. Emails are bounced with an out of office response. Not really sure if anyone even works there. They do not know the difference in a Roth and 401k deferral. Actually put deferrals in Match. Was never able to deduct PTO from Wages. Nothing ever calculated. Most horrible company I have ever dealt with. Save your money - do not sign with this company.

I also see that our service team has made you aware that your new provider would need to be the one to correct this as Paycor would not have the accurate totals.       I cannot imagine getting worse customer service anywhere else. I hired them to do my payroll and right off the start as soon as I signed up all communication stopped. The worst salesman I've ever dealt with, *************************** just wanted to sign me up and then let me suffer through one problem after another. I had reached out to him on multiple occasions with no response. Once you sign up you are on your own! They claim that they take care of everything but let me tell you it's a full-time job making sure they do anything. I called because they messed up my payroll and was on hold for 58 minutes until I talked with someone. If you think that hiring them will save time, no, just the opposite.

      We have been with Paycor for a few years now and they have been great to work with. I really enjoy all of the new features they are coming out with, and I've never had an issue with my payroll. They also have a great help center with training so I don't need to call in to figure out how to use anything. My only complaint was that it seemed like they were going through some staffing issues in customer service. It takes a lot less time to get someone on the phone than it did last year, however its hit or miss if you get someone that really knows what they are doing. I will say they're always good at getting back to me even if they don't know the answer right away on the call.

      We've been with Paycor for a few years and I've never been impressed with anything they do. Initially we just had problems getting support. We'd submit a ticket and if they responded it would usually take a few weeks. On several occasions I didn't receive a response at all.Over the past year they started making billing mistakes every few billing cycles. Often times it was an incorrectly applied ancillary fee, and we had to expend a lot of time and effort to get the fees refunded. I believe we only got one or two of them credited, for the others nobody ever responded to our support requests.Until now I haven't been a fan of Paycor but I tolerated them. However, their recent price increase was the last straw for us. I was only made aware of the increase when I received a random unexpected invoice. This invoice has different charges and amounts than our typical invoice. So I submitted a support ticket assuming it was an erroneous invoice. Nope, not the case. I received a response three days later about the price changes, which they claim to have notified me on 9/1. First, I am OCD about communications, I would never have missed such a notification. Second, a month is NOT sufficient as there is no way to switch providers in that timeframe. Switching payroll providers is a cumbersome task and requires months of planning. Especially in our case since we also use their time and attendance features. Bottom line, Paycor knows that they can push the boundaries of customer relationships because it is difficult and time consuming to switch providers. I wish my company never decided to switch to Paycor in the first place. And now I get to spend my valuable time researching other payroll providers, and eventually dealing with the process of making the change. But it will happen, because Paycor doesn't deserve my business.

      I dont k or how this company earns an A+If I could give a negative I would. Absolutely the worst business decision I have ever made to switch to this abhorrent excuse for a payroll company.Everything you have read in the other negative reviews is spot on.This is a company with zero Ethics, a fondness for undisclosed fees that kill your budget, no ability to resolve customer concerns, great ability to punt you from one department to another where you just sit and wait for them to call you as you cannot call them, and access to your bank account! Buyer Beware!!!!! They are great at sales and nothing else.Horrible experience from Day 1 and I cant get out!! Im a prisoner of Paycor.

      Paycor has been a game changer for my company ever since implementation. I love how user friendly it is and how its set up to work with minimal effort or support. Its saved us tons of time when it comes to tracking PTO and requests off. Easy to see my paystub and performance evaluations etc all in one place! Great product!
