This company made a huge 23K error on my husband's W2. His employers rep has reached out to them multiple times. He was told he would have his corrected W2 by today, 2/17/2022 and of course, nothing. Phone calls and emails made today have gone unanswered as of this writing. My husband's identity had been previously compromised and he had to unfreeze his credit lines so we could file our taxes. Our tax accountant pointed out the huge error, and my husband has been trying to get it fixed ever since. I'm so upset, because we are in limbo in waiting to do our taxes, and to receive our much needed refund and now we have no idea when it will be fixed! What is wrong with this company? If I could give this company zero stars I would. Mirroring other reviews, sales team promised dedicated service model and during implementation got a bait-and-switch to a call center that is worthless. No one knows anything, takes forever to get any resolution on issues. Currently working through a 401K reporting issue that I put a ticket in for almost a month ago. Called multiple times and after being told "it's being worked on" "it would take 3-5 more days to get fixed" I was told today that it JUST GOT ASSIGNED to someone today to work on and no one has in fact been working on it for the past month - so in fact Paycor's CS team has been lying to me for almost 4 weeks.Paycor, Inc.

It's disappointing to hear that your 401K reporting issue has been unresolved for almost a month, and that you have been given inconsistent information about the status of your ticket. It's understandable that you feel frustrated and that you don't feel that you've been given the level of service that you were promised. Hi, Thanks for the update. I did speak with the specialist, and I was told my issue had to be sent to yet another team and that I would receive an update the next day on my case. This company is useless have been trying to cancel payroll with this company since prior to 01/23/2023 and they are still debited my account after I told them they were NOT authorized. Their fees are out of control . From $85.40 in October 2022 to November 2023 to $150.00. They nickel and dime you for everything worse than the cable company. STOP going in to my bank account and stealing funds.Paycor, Inc.

Our small business had a terrible experience with PayCor; onboarding was smooth but weird. Lots of promises made by the sales team that never happened and trying to reach someone in customer service was unheard of! Emails went no where, trying to actually talk to someone on the phone was impossible and they messed up our PTO so badly that I had to start from scratch. We left after only a few months and switched to a different company to process our small business payroll.
I needed some reports for our new accountant and they hold your data hostage! If you are thinking about leaving, snag & run every report imaginable because once you leave, you have to PAY to get your reports run and sent to you. I've been trying for about 6 weeks to get our reports out and it has been a nightmare!Paycor, Inc.

I would not Recommend PayCor to anyone. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I created a case for an employee who had an incorrect W-2. After two weeks, five attempts at emails and three phone calls, I finally got a hold of someone who could help me, the problem is that they charged me over $600 to fix THEIR mistake. I had to agree to it because I had no other options because my employee needed his W-2. I am more than irate with PayCor and will be asvising our company to leave them soon.Paycor, Inc.

Extremely disappointed with Paycor. This company is a perfect example of overpromise and underdeliver.
- They lie about their prices. They will tell you what they consider an active user for their system, but then that happens to not be true and you end up getting charged double of what you initially signed up for (mind you we asked for clarification several times).
- Their costumer service is quite useless. They never know how to answer to anything. One of every 10 people you speak with is actually knowledgeable and you can fix your problem.
-They take WEEKS to respond to any case inquiry
- Their implementation is horrible. They are incapable of actually doing what you ask them to do. They input half of the information wrong. They do not help you get used to the system at all, and they ignore your questions and you are left chasing after them and feeling like a stalker calling and emailing all the time
- They lied to us about things that they integrated with.
Honestly, we were quite excited to use Paycor and now we are left with nothing but regrets.
The only star I am giving them is because of the few useful people and the great pricing they have.
Do not use Paycor, unless you don't want anything but headaches, it seriously was the biggest mistake we have made.Paycor, Inc.

I have yet to have a good technical support experience with Paycor.
Last week I tried to reach them by telephone and was automatically placed on hold and left there. After 26 minutes on hold, still no one had answered the call and I couldn't even leave a voice message.
I've reached out by email three times with no response, except for a an automated response that said they were "actively working on your request and will respond with a resolution as soon as possible." That started last week.
This is a company-wide payroll issue that we need help fixing. For this immediate issue, and for many others in the past, I give Paycor a "zero star" rating.Paycor, Inc.

My company has been with Paycor for many years, and we have always had a great experience. Today was no exception. I worked with Kelsey in customer service on a complex tax issue and she was immediately able to identify the problem and gave me a list of resources to correct my error. In the end Paycor once again save us a lot of money and headache down the road.Paycor, Inc.

I found this to be the most inept company. Salesman made promises that they didn't follow through on and admitted he is not knowledgeable about the system. Support was just as bad. Answer like - hmmm - I've never seen that before and I don't know how to fix. My favorite was - we don't know how to do local taxes so your going to have to call the local agency and figure it out. They continued to bill us for payroll services for months after they stopped doing services. The system was down routinely. The made several errors on our tax returns that are still being corrected. I couldn't switch fast enough.Paycor, Inc.

Terrible company. Things have rapidly gone downhill in the last year. Nothing works correctly on the website. Customer support is non existent. Products are very expensive compared to other HCM companies. I have had a case opened with their Client Service Support, and I cannot get a response. The only person that contacts me is my account rep that is just trying sell me more useless products. Very disappointed that we spend so much money monthly on their services and literally nothing works. You might as well just throw your money in the trash.Paycor, Inc.

Just like true Paycor fashion, nobody has reached out to me because nobody cares. Still having tons of issues, nobody responds to emails, support tickets or you can't get anyone on the phone. You can do live chat, but those people do not know anything and refer you to call.
