      Arrived within 40 minutes of our call - it was a sewage back up late on a Saturday so we were so grateful he came so quick. Sean really helped get things flowing again. Thanks RR!

      Roto-Rooter came out to check our water supply from our hot water tank to our faucets for an inspection for a buyer of our home in Canton, OH and did a through inspection and found nothing wrong and spend a hour checking it out and did not charge us. We had used them before for a sewer line and they did a very professional job.

      In January of 2019 we had Roto-Rooter attempt to fix our piping from house to the street. The whole process was really unprofessional, and we tried to wait for the promised completion days. This was supposed to be 2-3 days but ended up lasting a week and a half. First, they missed our pipe location and dug a large hole next to our house and realized they needed to reassess their locating process. Now, the section we agreed to be replaced was the damaged sections from the house to the other side of the sidewalk. Their service was so taxing that we didnt want to use their company ever again.About 10 months later we had to clean out the pipe again and we thought nothing of that because we were told the agreed section of pipe had been replaced. So, through the next 4 years every once and while it needed cleaning. Now, in this last cleaning we were asked to maybe camera the line and we told them we had the line replaced 5 years ago. Because we had a VIP service contact the camera would be free.Now to our astonishment the sect from the house to the front of the porch had not been replaced as we agreed, and that damaged part became more damaged and always needed to be replace as they promised. We contacted them about this, and they our warranty ran out January 8th, ****, but you didnt replace the agreed sections. They sent me a copy of my invoice and told me to read that your warranty is up.

      I booked an online appointment for a toilet leaking and possible shower body leak on 2/22/24. This was not an emergency however I was able to receive service same day within a hour. Upon arrival it was determined it was not a leak but the flapper in the toilet need to be changed. It was determined I used the wrong phrase leak instead of toilet running. He then stated let me check my van and proceeded to his vehicle which was parked a few feet away from the house. I went back upstairs because I was having windows replaced. (The work was being done in the 1st floor apt) I came back downstairs and the job was completed and the part replaced. I was never quoted a price and was shocked at the charge of 463.84, of which $403 was labor. I questioned the charge and was told this is Roto Rooter rate. I then provided my cc and signed the doc that the work was completed. He then provided me his personal number to call him instead of Rota Rooter because their price is to high. This is price gouging a $403 labor to install a $23.03 part in 10 min or less. I’m looking for a reasonable charge for time worked. Rota Rooter tech went against company protocol by not quoting me the rate before the work was performed. I’m looking for a reasonable industry rate for this type of work and an apology from Roto Rooter that their plumber Ricardo who is representing their company did not follow company protocol (did not quote the price, did not have me sign the work order before the job was initiated. This resulted in a dissatisfied customer. ****

      Great plumbers. He explained everything they were going to do. Showed me whay the problem was and how the were going to fix it. Went over all costs. Did a great job. Couldn't even tell they were there when they were done. Class act company. The guys we had were great too ! ********* ****** ********** **

      If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Twice rescheduled for a quote. Gave me a two hour window and three hours AFTER the window closed they let me know Id need to reschedule. Do not waste your time, patience or energy reaching out to this organization. If this is what they do to you prior to getting business it scares me to think what they do when youve committed money to them.

      I was hopeful not to have to put any stars. if you are reading this DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER!!! They are thieves!!! And they are bullies!!! You will get scammed. STAY AWAY. They left my home after a sewage backup a mess, stole my personal belongings, and lied about the issue that caused the damage in order to get $10k more out of me (they didn't get it, because a reputable Plumbing Company came out behind them and fixed the problem within 15 minutes for $300), and did physical damage to my property. Upon a complaint made to their office the entire team was disrespectful and narcissistic. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Could have been resolved easily without attorneys if they had any compassion or self-awareness. All they are trying to do is get insurance companies' money. I will continue to make sure this message is heard. Beware of Alan S******, the GM. Even his online ********* picture looks like a snake. Disgusting company and humans. Also, you can tell their ****** reviews are fake!

      They completed the sewer dig and connection. THEN told us we needed more work beyond the connection! The descaling job was not satisfactory. Very rough and shouldered. Excavators made a mess of my lawn beyond the dig and back fill. Not happy. I spent my teen years working construction for my father and never left a job like this. Sincerely, *** *****

      It is not my intention to give RR a bad name or review. However, after I've mentioned using RR for my needs, I've not heard good from anyone in my circle of friends, family and contacts.
      My last repair was done by a man who left RR due to bad practices (allegedly).
